我先找了一张凳子，坐在妈妈对面。然后，拿起一个饺子皮，就包了起来。结果，包的饺子馅露了出来，饺子皮粘在我手上怎么也下不来，非常好笑。唉!我包的第一个饺子算是彻底失败了。看来，我得先拜师了。我仔细的学着妈妈包饺子的样子，先拿一个饺子皮放在手上，然后把馅放在饺子皮中间，再用筷子把馅压一压。注意：尽量不要把馅弄到饺子皮的边上去，否则，饺子皮就粘不住了，就会像我刚才一样 露馅了。好了!我成功的包好了一个饺子，然后，我把这个饺子放在了面板上。这时我突然发现：妈妈包的饺子是站着的，而我包的饺子是躺着的，这是为什么呢?然后妈妈告诉我说：“饺子包好后，用两只手捏住饺子边往中间挤一下，这样饺子就站起来了!”我试了一下，还真站住了，我高兴极了!接下来我又包了好多饺子。

今天我非常高兴，因为我学会了包饺子。当品尝了我自己亲手包的饺子后，心里甜甜的，我终于能帮妈妈包饺子了!我终于能帮妈妈干活了!

包饺子开始了，我先拿了一张饺子皮，摊在左手心上，右手用筷子挑了一些肉馅放在饺子皮上，用手一捏，可是這些肉馅就像一个个调皮的小男孩，一个劲地往外钻，弄的我手粘乎乎的。我不灰心，又拿了一张饺子皮，這次放了很少的肉馅，捏了一下，像一个月牙，可是太扁了，放在帘子上，连站也站不住。哎，包饺子看似简单做起来不容易呀！妈妈见我泄气了，就对我说：“一开始包嘛，万事开头难啊！看我的吧！”说完就开始包起来，只见她不多不少地用快子挑了一点馅子放在饺子皮里，先在中间一捏，再把左边的皮儿向中间一折，右边也一样，然后在边上捏几折。捏好后看起来就像一排排波浪似的。我学着妈妈的方法，也包了起来。嘿！這次乖巧了许多，肉馅再也不往外挤了。而且还能站稳了呢，我越包越好，看着自己的“作品”，虽然比不上妈妈包的饺子好，但心里美滋滋的。

饺子下了锅，不一会儿就煮熟了，妈妈和客人吃着我包的饺子，连声夸道：“不错，不错！”我高兴地笑了。
