前不久发生的一件事，使我非常难忘，那天早上，我比平常起早了些，那是因为妈妈生病做手术，身体还没恢复有加感冒，爸爸又不在家，我想自己做饭我穿好衣服，忽然闻到了牛奶的香味，原来妈妈已经为我做好了早餐，只见妈妈额头上冒出了细细的汗珠，嘴里不停的咳嗽着，她捧着一碗热乎乎的牛奶，用嘶哑的声音说：“博博趁热喝了吧。”这是我心里热乎乎的，眼睛也湿润了，觉得妈妈一夜间憔悴了许多。

想起妈妈平时经常为了我学习上的粗心，而责骂我，为我做错了事而惩罚我，今天我才明白妈妈这都是为了我好，而我却不懂这一点，不明白妈妈的苦心，还经常跟妈妈顶嘴，让妈妈生气，想想真是不应该呀!

我想对妈妈说：“妈妈，您辛苦了!感谢你对我的爱”

每次当我看到奶奶、妈妈包饺子，就会想，包饺子看起来真好玩，我也学学。终于有一次，妈妈说：“来，我叫你包饺子！”我高兴极了。“首先，把擀好的面皮放在手心里，然后用勺子把一些饺子馅放进面皮里。”妈妈边说边示范。我也跟着做了起来。才做完这两步，我就骄傲起来：“原来包饺子就是这么一回事！”妈妈见了，告诉我：“不要骄傲，这才包了一半，包饺子并不是那么简单的。”

接着，妈妈又说：“最后，再把面皮一捏，饺子就做好了。”嘿，别说，妈妈包的这饺子可真像个活生生的“小胖孩”！我赶紧学起来，轻轻一捏，捏不住。我气得使劲一捏，呀，饺子馅露出来了！我只好又拿了一张面皮包在外面。唉，我包的饺子又胖又丑，真是个丑八怪呀！我这才知道：原来包饺子真是看着容易做着难啊！

妈妈安慰我道：“没事，包饺子，要慢慢来。”而我却羞红了脸，怪自己不该那么骄傲。之后，妈妈和我又包了几个饺子，我的饺子总算合上了嘴。啊，饺子终于能下锅了，不一会，饺子煮好了，我看着自己包的千奇百怪的饺子，不好意思地笑了。

大年初一吃饺子是中国古老的传统习俗。今年春节，妈妈也教我包饺子了。

首先，我们开始调馅。妈妈说：“阿曼，你帮我打几个鸡蛋吧！”“好哇。”我乐呵呵地拿出几个鸡蛋，把它们打碎在碗里，然后用筷子将蛋清和蛋白打匀，不一会儿，碗里就全是金黄色的蛋液了。妈妈把荠菜、猪肉、香菇、黑木耳、豆干、冬笋和虾米切碎，拌进料酒和盐里。接着，我们一起将鸡蛋液倒入馅里。

妈妈拿来饺皮，说：“你先看着我的动作，一会儿要自己包哦。”只见，妈妈先在饺皮周围抹了一圈水。接着，放了一些馅在饺皮中间，然后将饺皮对折，捏紧上方。再按照顺序捏出褶皱，最后用压紧，一个鼓鼓囊囊的饺子就包好了。“你来试试吧！”她说。

我也学着妈妈的样子，可是，当我做到最后一步：把饺子封口时，里面的饺子馅全都溢出来了。妈妈走过来说：“你放馅放得太多啦，现在要拿出一点。”妈妈用筷子将饺子馅挑出来一点，然后把它重新包好了。

我又试了一次，这回，我小心翼翼地放了很少的馅，可是，这个饺子瘪瘪的，一副无精打采的样子。妈妈见了，突然问我：“你知道饺子为什么要包得鼓鼓囊囊的吗？”“不知道。为什么呢？”我疑惑不解地问道。妈妈笑着说：“你看这饺子像不像一个白色的小钱包？”我点了点头：“像啊。”“如果钱包瘪了，不就没钱了吗？如果馅溢出来了，就表示钱太多了，钱包都装不下了。所以饺子要包得不胖不瘦，刚刚好。”妈妈接着说道。“原来是这样啊！”我乐了赶紧又包了起来。终于，我包出了一个可爱的“胖肚子”饺子，开心极了。

最后，我吃着自己包的饺子，觉得香极了！
