昨天，我还在操场上和小伙伴们打水仗，可今天我就躺在病床上，一直高烧不退……

昨天“泼水节”，今天“感冒日”。瞧，我和小朋友们在操场上打水仗，我们每个人手中都有一把水枪，水枪里灌满了水。然后，打水仗游戏便开始了!大家在操场上你追我赶，玩得可开心了。这时，一位戏称“李白”的同学朝我射了一枪，我感到背后一丝丝凉意，立即反应过来，迅速朝他射了一枪，他马上“回敬”了我一下。就这样，我们两个人你射我，我射你，闹得不可开交，大汗淋漓，全身都湿透了。

第二天早晨，我刚想起床，却感到浑身无力，鼻子像被什么塞住了，头昏脑胀，手脚不想动了。我把手放在额头上一搭，阿，好烫呀!这时，妈妈走过来，我有气无力的对妈妈说：“妈妈，我是不是感冒了?”妈妈拿来体温计，给我一量，居然烧到了39。5度，妈妈说要赶紧到医院去。妈妈给我穿好衣服，背着我就往医院跑。到了医院，医生给我检查后说要给我打针。在病房里，护士给我扎了好几针才扎进去，我疼得直哭。

我憔悴地躺在病床上，望着窗外那高达的白杨，才猛然感悟到：拥有健康是多么幸福的一件事呀!是的，金钱可是买很多东西，但是，却不能买来健康，不能买来快乐，不能买来幸福，不能买来平安。我们要锻炼身体，拥有健康的体魄，那样我们才会拥有幸福。
