虽说本人女孩子，但十几年来也没下过几次厨房，做这顿“国庆大餐”的难度可想而知。不过还好，家里有个“神厨老爸”给我作指导。时针慵懒地指向数字“11”，我实在按奈不住心中的兴奋，拉起正专心致志备课的老爸，骑上“小毛驴”----一辆银白色的电瓶车，飞奔向菜市场。 20分钟后“哎呀，终于可以开始做饭啦!”

我跑进厨房，拿起菜刀，向那可怜的土豆挥舞过去。我学着爸爸妈妈以前削土豆的样子，小心翼翼的为它脱去土黄色的外衣，却又因为N多个不小心让它的体重减轻了许多。爸爸换好衣服准备“拯救”土豆时，已经晚了，他只好“望豆兴叹”了。 哈哈，检验我刀工的时候到了!早上，我为了让土豆丝看起来更好看些，在家用胡萝卜练了一上午哩!也许是处在 “刀工考试场”上，心情比较紧张，切出来的土豆并不像丝，而像一根根木条。唉，失败呀!我本以为这是一件让老天爷也无力回天的糟糕事，可爸爸却像救星一样，对我说：“为什么不做炸薯条呢?”我猛拍了一下脑袋，恍然大悟似的说：“对呀，为什么不炸薯条呢?”我虽不是那种说风就是雨的人，但因急于想做出一道菜，也没听爸爸那“先做菜，后炸薯条”的“大理论”，五秒钟便将煤气

灶搞定。等锅烧热后，我往里面兑上些油，然后把我切的薯条通通“扔”进了滚烫的油锅，色拉油顿时活跃起来，油点子“跳”得到处都是，儿时与色拉油“亲密接触”的情景仍旧历历在目，吓得我跑到了客厅里，不知所措。而爸爸不但不帮我，还硬生生地把我推进了厨房。油点子似乎不/那么猖狂了，我开始慢慢接近油锅，刚开始时，我只敢用漏勺轻轻拨弄一下在锅里活蹦乱跳的薯条，后来，我的胆子渐渐大了些，可以用筷子翻动翻动那不听话的薯条了。

“上菜喽!”我像一个胜利者一样端着我的作品，围着餐桌转了一圈儿，轻轻的放在爸爸妈妈面前。“不错，炸熟了。”“妈~~!”“嗯，是挺不错的!”

我咧开嘴笑了，笑得那么开心。原来能为父母做一件自己力所能及的事情是如此荣耀啊!自己既学会了生活自理，还可以减轻一点爸爸妈妈的负担，得到他们的夸奖，一举两得，何乐而不为呢?同时，通过这件事，我体会到了父母做饭的艰辛，暗暗的下定决心：我以后一定帮助父母做一些力所能及的事，用优异的成绩报答父母。
