伏尔泰说过：“生命在于运动”。漫长的暑假中，为了让我的身体倍儿棒，一定要多做一些运动。我最喜欢的一项运动莫过打乒乓球了，我可不能错过这么好的机会，准备暑假里去体育馆“杀”上一回，和真正的“乒乓球高手”过招，向他们学习学习打乒乓球的要领，并找出自己的不足之处，努力学习，争取让乒乓球技术有质的飞跃。我看着小黄球上下跳跃，虽然汗流浃背，但心里涌现说不出的喜悦。

放假在家，上英特网是少不了。我这条“网虫”当然要过个瘾。打开“小荷网”，看看，包一包眼福，然后到BBS上去灌灌水，发发帖子，了解了解新奇趣事。玩累了，闭上眼睛，听一会儿悠扬的音乐，让思绪休息一会，抑扬顿挫的音乐高低起伏，感觉整个人都沉浸到音乐之中了，真是一种享受啊!自曰：随时聆音乐，赛过活神仙。点开“百度”，热点的新闻报道马上出现在眼前，嘿，真多啊!全国上下大大小小的事情马上呈现眼前，真是数不胜数啊!英特网还有许多百科知识，我就在知识的海洋吮吸着知识的营养，补充一些课外知识。可谓是：丰富英特网，假期好伙伴。

我理想中的暑假生活，也许不是最丰富的，但是是最适合我的，我相信，我会过一个最充实、最有意义的假期。

国庆节到了，但是老师不允许我们出去玩，我只好待在家里。首先把假期作业做完，然后复习一下功课，看看电视，没事的时候帮妈妈做做事。这就是我的假期。

it was a sun day of the summer holiday. the weather was hot. my little brother and i decided to go to the resrvoir to swim by bike. it took us half an hour when we got there, many people were swimming. the we dived into the water……

about an hour later, suddenly somebody called: “help! help!” we were surprised to see a boy struggling in the deep water. as quickly as possible. we swam towards him and pulled him to the shore. he lost his consciousness. we sent him to the nearest hospital at once luckily, he was saved.

in the end, we were worn out, but felt happy. that day was meaningful. we did a good deed!

My hobby is not novel, but a wide, even the parents often plaint.

Love reading hobby also from about four years ago. Thats naughty I didnt love reading, but on one occasion, from toys pile was found in a book is opened. Curiosity prompted me to look down. 爱看书的爱好还得从四年前说起。那是贪玩的我并不怎么爱看书，但有一次，从玩具堆中发现了一本被翻开的书。好奇心促使我看了下去。一下子，我马上被书中那精美的插图与那精彩的内容给吸引了。长大后，我越来越爱看书了，每天都要看，少看一天都不行，成了一个不折不扣的“小书虫″。为此，我还闹出了笑话呢!记得有一次，妈妈让我烧水，烧水时，我顺便拿起一本书，津津有味地品读书中的精彩内容，看得忘乎所以。

虽然我因为看书误了事，但我仍然爱读书，因为从书中，我学会了许多知识，悟出了许多道理，认识许多朋友：丑小鸭、灰姑娘、孙悟空、鲁迅、冰心、爱迪生……读书还使我的作文水平提高了不少呢!
