The Olympic Opening Ceremony was an international event and the whole world was watching! The event was held in a stadium designed to seat a large group of people.

我们家还用洗衣服的水来冲马桶。妈妈洗衣服前，总是先把洗衣机的排水管插到桶里，这样排水的时候，水就全流到桶里了。不过，这可不是一个轻松的活，因为还要定时把满出来的水舀到另一个桶里。我就舀过一回，舀好时我觉得腰很酸，因为必须得一直弯着腰。妈妈就用存在桶里的水拖地、冲马桶。

夏天天气很热，开空调自然是大家最好的选择。不过，我开空调可不像其他人家那样开得很低，我只允许开28、29度。我爸是个胖子，特别怕热，有时我发现空调温度是25度，我知道那一定是爸爸干的“好事”，我立马会调成28度，而且还把爸爸“教育”一顿，爸爸呢，当然也拿我这个宝贝女儿没办法。

暑假在家，我和妈妈还有一个“潜规则”，就是不到下午不开空调。一开空调，我们家的电扇就停止工作，在客厅里看电视的爸爸都被我赶到空调房间里来，大家各取所需看看书，节约电能。

除了这些还有，只要我发现爸爸的手机充完了电，就立刻取下来，因为手机在插座上插着时都会排放出可怕的二氧化碳。我还经常鼓动爸爸少开车，因为开车会有大量的尾气排放，污染空气。

早晨起床，就会有一个“机器飞梳”来帮你梳头，它的个子十分迷你，是一个浅白色的小长方体。身体中间有一个蓝色按钮，只要一按它，小长方体就会变成一把金色的梳子，你只要在数据库中选择自己喜欢的发型，他很快就能帮你设计出来，你就可以美美地出门去了。

早餐也不用愁，机器管家都会帮你做好，一天一个花样，绝对不重复。瞧，机器管家正在大显身手呢，他一挥手，蔬菜变变成了丁条状，“呲啦”一声，右手握着的鸡蛋已静静躺在锅底，不一会儿泛起气泡，一个荷包蛋便完成了。香糯的米粥，香喷喷的油条，一桌中式早餐已经呈现在我眼前。

如果要洗衣服，智能洗衣机就是你的好帮手。它是一个黑色的“箱子”，身上有一个特别的白色按键，只要轻轻一碰，它就会伸出两条长长的手臂，把要洗的衣服塞进它的“大嘴巴”里。然后给自己放水，倒洗衣粉，运转起来。衣服洗好以后，它会把衣服拿出来，晒在阳台上。

未来，当你想要去一个地方的时候，就要用上“智能飞车”了。它的外形和现代的汽车不一样，类似于一个小型的飞碟。而且，它是悬浮在半空中的，你一坐上，它就会在你面前显现出一个智能屏幕，上面会出现地图，你只需要选择你要去的地方，“唰”一下，几分钟就能把你送达，真是相当于火箭的速度啊！

嘿，要是真有这些智能高科技就好了！

Let me tell you a little about my lifestyle.

I often eat fruit and vegetables. Apples and oranges are my favorites. I love junk food, too, and I eat it three or four times a week. I sleep less than seven hours ever day. I often feel sleepy. I brush my teeth once a day. I run in the morning, and play ping-pong after school. In my free time, I enjoy surfing the Internet. On weekends, I often go to the movies with my friends.

I think I’m kind of unhealthy. I shouldn’t eat too much junk food. I’ll try to have a balanced diet and sleep more. I should brush my teeth twice a day. I hope I can have a better lifestyle.

社会不断进步，科学不断发展，使我们的生活更加美好。

现在已经和以前不一样了，树木茂盛，鲜花盛开，现在是五彩缤纷的世界。汽车不断升级，能像飞马在空中飞翔；房屋增加功能，能像机器人一样灵活走动、辨认陌生人、自动打扫？

早晨，6点的时候，房屋自动做好早餐端到桌子上，准备好洗漱用具。起床后，床自己会把床上整理的干干净净，有一点灰尘都不行。

到上学的时间了，飞快地汽车奔向你，再像箭一样到达学校，让你安安心心的上学去。

商店，会自动开门，在屏幕上，只要说出你想要的，就会5秒做出来，还香喷喷的哦！衣服也是，5秒做出来，绝对让你出乎意料。

生日的时候，很多人都为你庆祝生日，做一桌大餐，自动为你放起优美、动听的音乐，专门让你看精彩马戏团表演，在电视上，还能看到电影。会让人难以忘记这一天，快快乐乐，幸幸福福的！

到现在我还记得那一年春节，又是下雨，又是停电，让我印象特别深刻。

春节那天，我们正在看春节晚会，看的正起劲时。“哗——哗——哗”

“轰隆隆——”

“哗——哗——哗”

“噼里啪啦——”

外婆赶紧关上窗户：“今天下得雨可真大呀！”“是呀！是呀！早上都没下雨，晚上就下了。”妈妈一说完，电视“啪--”就关掉了，灯也熄灭了，看样子是停电了。我害怕极了，赶紧拉着外婆。妈妈打开手机找了一根蜡烛点着了。我看见了妈妈慈祥的脸，我才安下了心，心里重重的石头掉了下来。

没有了电视机，没有了明亮的灯光，静静的听着雨声，我们全家坐在一起感到很幸福，真是特别的夜晚。

How time flies! One month has passed before I could take any notice of it. This is the start of my freshman year in Fudan University. At the very beginning, everything and everyone is strange to me. But now, everyday and in everyway, I am getting better;I am getting used to it.

I would like to tell you two things in my university life that are of great importance and interest.

Freedom is what I am looking forward to since the very first day of my primary school. A lot of people said to me, "Study hard, and you will get freedom when in university." But when I really entered university, I find the real situation is different.Freedom costs me a lot. If I refuse to wash my clothes, for example, they will just lay there, unclean. In a word, I have to do everything and take care of myself. Well, it doesn‘t mean that I don‘t like the life style. On the contrary, I like it very much though it is hard at the beginning. It is really a challenge for me.

I appreciate a famous saying from Albert Camus, "Freedom is nothing but a chance to be better." That‘s right. Real freedom comes with responsibility. Some teenagers believe that freedom means doing whatever you like. But I think that is not real freedom at all. One can have his or her own freedom, while at the same time respect others‘. It is not easy to think on behalf of others. University life provides me with this precious chance to practice it.
