一天，我无意中发现了一张照片，上面有一个小女孩，正在笑嘻嘻的看这美丽的风景，她的背后是五颜六色花朵，在蓝天下显的更加漂亮。这个小女孩就是我。

每当我看到这张照片，都会想起我在森林公园的经过：

那是一个阳光明媚的好日子，我、妈妈、弟弟坐着33路公交车来到了森林公园。刚进去，我就被这美丽的景色吸引住了，我一会看看这，一会又看看那儿，百看不厌。我又来到了一条河的旁边，这里真是美丽，青青的草地上，有着五颜六色的小野花。我把饼干扔进去，不一会儿，便来了一大群鱼，它们争先恐后的抢着饼干吃。如果它们会飞的话，恐怕它们早就把饼干抢完了，我心里想。这么多鱼，其中我最喜弞的就是那条又肥大的鱼了，它的身体是肉色的，在鱼群中最显眼，我不断的向它扔饼干，不一会就把它吃完了。真能吃!我又向前走来到了水上娱乐区，这儿真是太好玩了，我把每样都玩了一遍，到莲花台的时候，我感到害怕了，不过，我还是一口气跑了过去，途中，我差点掉到水里，往左去，经过一座桥，我把香蕉拿出来，跑到一个大铁笼旁边的猴子看到我拿的香蕉，都非常小心，我看着猴子的手和我们的一模一样，就是有点黑。我把香蕉分成几小块，分给这些猴子们，有一只大猴子特别坏，我真想过去打它一顿，叫它还抢别人的东西。

我又来到了鸟语林，这里的鸟可真多，数都数不清，我经过鹦鹉长廊的时候，看见了好多不同颜色的鹦鹉，它们的大小还不同。在往前走，我看见了一种我从没见过的鸡---火鸡，它可真是难看，身子大大的，脖子细细的，下巴那没有毛，还有两块肉，太难看了，走了许久，我们就来到了鹦鹉表演场，就坐下来认真的看起来，当我看到鹦鹉做健美操的时候，我看呆了，自己的身子也动起来。

时间过的飞快，转眼间，我们就要离开了，到了大门口，我对妈妈说：“妈妈，给我照个相吧。”“好啊”，妈妈爽快的答应了。

妈妈拿着照相机，一、二、三茄子!照片照好了。看到这张照片，我就想到在森林公园玩耍的一天。这一张照片永远使我难忘。

我眼里的夏天的雨，无所不能，在这喧闹的城市里，我需要它的滋润与呵护，我需要他的放纵与宠溺，我需要它指引我前进，我需要它在这平凡的城市里创造不平凡。

书，是人类进步的阶梯，让我们踩着它一步一个脚印，攀登上光辉的顶点。凯勒说过：书随时是你身边的顾问，随时可以提供你所需要的知识。不错，每当生活中，学习中遇到困难，书就会帮助你，给你一个满意的答案。字典不就是一个很好的证明吗？每当我们遇到不会读的字时，字典派上了大用场，人们只要掌握了查字典的方法，就能准确无误地查出自己想要懂的字，真是名副其实的好老师。

在小的时候我什么都不懂，爸爸妈妈教我写字，走路画画，从一数到十等，是我爸爸妈妈教我的。

在八岁的时候，爸爸妈妈在做晚饭，家里的佐料没有了，爸爸妈妈叫我去外面买。但我皱起眉头说：“我怕黑，怕有蛇，我怕有鬼和老疯子，我怕有……”。妈妈说：“在小区里哪有这些东西，有保安在你怕啥”。我还是在面对，顺便还可勇敢去吧，顺便还可以买一些东西吃。我拿了钱穿了凉鞋，踏着轻快的步子来到我楼底下。我真后悔不应该答应妈妈，因为没有灯是那么的阴森恐怖。大树有的树叶飘落下来，好像要把我抓住。我有了一个好办法，唱唱歌就可以轻松过这关。后来我就开始了。去去到商店买了走了，终于可以买我最喜欢的零食，买完就就要原路返回。提着佐料和零食，我觉得我觉得还是拿着跑。

后来跑到了家门口，都喘不过气了，满头大汗在楼下休息了几分钟。妈妈在楼上叫我，我说：“我在下面休息一会儿，等下上去”。妈妈说：“快一点上来，爸爸要用佐料，快一点！”我只好赶紧走上去。

人的成长会遇到很多的事情，有酸、甜、苦、辣、咸。我们克服了这些事情，我们也就长大了。

大家都听说过大长今吧！大长今做饭可是一流的。我，小小年纪就会做饭，这都是爸爸妈妈为了培养我的自主能力才让我学的。但今天，我们一家要PK一下，看看谁是大长今，这可是我们家顶有趣的事。

I am at present a student at Mary High School, Hong Kong, where I have been studying for the past five years. take a visit. One of the famous sites is the Statue of Liberty. Everybody knows

this great site and it has become the symbol of New York.

The Statue of Liberty stands on an island of the New York City harbor. It

is the tallest building ever built. When people get there, they will see a woman

holding a torch of fire. In her feet, people can see the chains that are broken,

which means she gets away from the restrictions and chases for freedom. There is

a book on her right hand, which is the Declaration of Independence.

The complete name of this statue is Liberty Enlightening the World. It is

the present from French people to American people. The meaning of friendship and

freedom are shared by both countries. Today, the meaning of the Statue of

Liberty is shared by the world. People can feel the peace when they see this

image.

于是我就用脚踢了她一下，没想到她不但没有醒悟过来，而且还反过来踢我一脚。由于她用力过猛，不小心踢到了我的椅子，痛得她“哇哇”大叫，我想：老师就在教室里，她还敢叫，真是胆大包天呀!老师和同学听见了便抬起头来，用疑惑的眼神看着她，她看见老师来了，连忙把漫画书放到课桌里去。幸好她放得快，老师没有看到她的那本漫画书，她就这样逃过一劫。害得我为她出了一身冷汗，这下我心里的一块石头也落地了。突然，老师问我为什么踢杨怡琳。我分明是在提醒她，可她却“恶人先告状”，我不由向她投去了鄙视的目光，可她却装出一副得意的样子。我没有回答。我想：下次再也不理她了。下课后，老师叫我们两个人到他的办公室里去，他有话跟我们谈。老师问我为什么去踢杨怡琳?就在我快要回答的时候，杨怡琳却说：“他是不小心，才踢到我的。”老师又问我：“你是不是不小心踢到杨怡琳的?”为了不让老师继续追究下去，我只好点了点头。于是，老师就让我们回教室。

回到教室之后，我问杨怡琳为什么要帮助我，杨怡琳说：“我知道你是在提醒我。”我又问：“那你为什么开始又说我踢你?”“因为唯有这样，老师才不会对我起怀疑。”她说。“哦，原来是这样呀!”我顿时茅塞顿开。

Human growth is a process of experimentation， trial， and error ultimately leading to wisdom。 Each time you choose to trust yourself and take action， you can never quite be certaion how the situation will turn out。 Sometimes you are victorious， and sometimes you become disillusioned。

The failed experiments， however， are no less valuable than the experiments that ultimately prove successful； in fact， you usually learn more from your perceived "failures" than you do from your perceived "success"。

If you have made what you perceive to be a mistake or failed to live up to your own expectations， you will most likely put up a barrier between your essence and the part of you that is the alleged wrong—doer。 However， perceiving past actions as mistakes implies guilt and blame， and it is not possible to learn anything meaning while you are engaged in blaming。 Therefore， forgiveness is required when you are harshly judging yourself。

Forgiveness is the act of erasing an emotional debt。 There are four kinds of forgiveness。

The first is beginner forgiveness for yourself。

The second of forgiveness is beginner forgiveness for another。

The third kind of forgiveness is advanced forgiveness of yourself。 This is for serious transgressions， the ones you carry with deep shame when you do soimething that violates your own values and ethics， you create a chasm between your standards and your actual behavior。 In such a case， you need to work very hard at forgiving youeself for these deeds so that yo call close this chasm and realign with the best part of yourself。

This does not mean that you should rush to forgive yourselfor not feel regret or remorse； but wallowing in these feelings for a protracted period of time is not healthy， and punishing yourself excessively will only creats a bigger gap between you and your ethics。

The last and perhaps most difficult one is the advanced forgiveness of another。 At some time of our life， you may have been severely wronged or hurt by another person to such a degree that forgiveness seems impossible。 However， harboring resentment and revenge fantasies only keeps you trapped in victim hood。 Under such a circumstance， you should force yourself to see the bigger picture， by so doing， you will be able to shift the focus away from the anger and resentment。

It is only through forgiveness that you can erase wrongdoing and clean the memory。 when you can finally release the situation， you may come to see it as a necessary part of your growth。

在我的成长过程中，发生了很多事情，它们像星星一样，数也数不清，但又一颗星星令我难忘。

有一次，我和妈妈一起去西广场玩，看见了很多小朋友在骑自行车，我既不会骑有怕摔，但妈妈还说让我试试，我害怕极了，但我急中生智，死活就不上自行车，过了一会儿……妈妈那我没办法就走了。

一个星期天的下午，我在楼下看见了很多人，原来是一个帅气又威风的男孩在骑自行车，威风极了，我立刻让妈妈给我买辆自行车，她爽快的答应了

第二天，妈妈就把自行车买了回来，我二话没说就到楼下和妈妈练了起来。

这虽然是一件小事，但对我以后的工作是一件大事，他让我明白了世上无难是只怕有心人。
