People often say that gold and silver are the most valuable things in the world.ButI don‘t think so. In my opinion, to read books is more valuable than anything else.

The old saying "To open a book is always helpful" clearly tells us how good it is to read a book.

Books are our teachers. They teach us troth, science, literature, and philosophy of life. Besides, they increase our knowledge, enlarge our experience,strengthen our character and do many other things which we can not do without them.

放大奥运会的星河，一颗颗星星闪烁着耀眼的光芒，仔细一看，那颗星小的奇特，却亮得刺眼，作为年龄最小的奥运跳水者，年仅14岁的全红婵家境贫困，在照顾生病的家人同时，她艰苦训练，以外来的天赋和内在的努力脱颖而出，她比我们年龄小，但承受的却比我们多的多，她因生活拮据没有去过动物园，她也很想去亲眼见见那些动物，她也没有去过游乐园，也想去玩过山车和摩天轮，当我们沉浸在书本的香墨时，她在照顾家人，当我们与同学嬉戏打闹时，她在训练，她或许并没有我们这么勇敢，也没有我们这么幸福，或许她人生中第一次跳水，也会害怕在奥运跳水台上也会紧张，但她害怕却没有退缩，反而勇敢迈出去，她也许会想要放弃，但她没有自暴自弃，都咬牙坚持了，教练说她有天赋，但天赋只是加分项，努力才是必修课，她最终以青春之貌换取青春之年华，她的努力也没有白费，妈妈和爷爷受到的医疗，家里也一改往年的风貌，更有热心网友赠与她游乐园的终身试玩券等……而她的人生也一跳成名，她用自己的汗水与坚持获得了奥运跳水台上有史以来的成绩。

再次放眼奥运星河，一颗颗小星星围在一起，围成一团，围成了可以七站胜的女排团队，中国女排从曾经的无名小卒到如今的国人骄傲，中国女排经历了太多太多的心酸，她们是一群爆发力凶猛，战斗力惊人的东方狮群，在一次次的困难失败面前，团结拼搏，顽强创新，吃苦耐劳，一次又一次的迎难而上，她们在害怕的时候相互鼓励，在失败的时候相互安慰，在成功的时候相互拥抱，她们是彼此坚持下去的动力，亦是对方倾诉时的倾听者，在一次次的跌倒之后爬起来，终于中国女排似奇迹般将所有人的希望重新点燃，她们宛如一批雄健的黑马驰骋在奥运赛场上，赢得了一枚枚金牌，她们的人生因排球而精彩。
