17、大海波涛汹涌，一个巨浪连着一个巨浪，仿佛是一只只张开大口的狮子，好像要把我们做的快艇给吞没。海是那么蓝，好像一匹宽阔无边的蓝绸子，一直铺到天边，海面上一只只海鸥忽飞忽降，给蓝绸子秀上美丽的图案。

20、风来了。 先是一阵阵飘飘的微风，从西北的海滩那边沙沙地掠过来，轻轻地翻起了夜行人的衣襟，戏弄着路上的枯叶。旷野里响着一片轻微的簌簌声。一会儿，风大了，路旁的高粱狂乱地摇摆着，树上的枯枝克喳克喳地断落下来。一阵可怕的啸声，从远远的旷野上响了过来，阴云更低沉了。沉雷似乎已经冲出了乌云的重重包围，克啦啦啦像爆炸似的响着，从西北方向滚动过来。

21、左右两边都是高大的山，瀑布顺着刀劈一样的绝壁流下来，仿佛青龙吐涎，激起一朵朵水花飞溅在山涧。溪水清澈见底，溪底是五色斑斓的鹅卵石，银色的水泡似一串串珍珠抛在水面上，泛起微微涟漪。

22、大地穿上了一件金黄色的毛衣，枯黄的扬树叶和鲜艳的枫叶飘落下来，好象是几只彩色的蝴蝶在空中飞舞。虽然寒霜降临，可青松爷爷还穿着碧绿碧绿的长袍，显得更加苍翠。花园里，菊花争芳斗艳，红的如火，粉的似霞，白的像雪，美不胜收。柿子树上的叶子全都落了，可黄澄澄的柿子还挂在指头，像一个个大大小小的橘黄灯笼，红通通的海棠把树枝都压弯了。

23、清晨，甘棠湖上一片白茫茫，像仙女的白纱巾在飘舞。太阳出来后，一道道阳光映在湖水里，湖面上波光粼粼；一条条游船在湖里游来游去，湖水划出一道道波痕。湖边一排排大树把湖给包围起来了。

24、升高了，更高了，火红火红的太阳悬在空中，放出耀眼的光芒。周围的一切清晰地呈现在我的眼前。啊！太阳升起来了，它把温暖洒向大地，把光明带给人间。

胡同两侧开了好多门，门的颜色大多是黑色的，也有红色的或白色的等等。有的门楼很高大，有的门楼低矮。有的门的两旁立着两只大石狮子，威武极了!

过年了，好多住户的家门上都贴了春联和“福”字，有的人家门前挂上了两个大红灯笼，还有的人在胡同里放起了鞭炮，炮声可响了，红红火火!

在无星辰的晚上，我和几个刚认识的小伙伴在胡同里捉迷藏，胡同里漆黑一片，听着咚咚的脚步声，嘭嘭的回音，既刺激，又害怕，好玩极了。

In explaining his fascination, Mr Hoare said: "This wonderful mysterious creature so elusive." "Theyre so under threat from climate change, from noise pollution," he went on.

I would often get up early to watch the sunrise when it was not yet quiet light and all was quiet except for the droning of the ship engine.
