负责维护红军烈士陵园沿线交通的交警告诉遵义晚报记者，去年清明节活动正好是周末，因此大量学校、单位的扫墓时间，都集中在4月2日和3日，受天气晴好影响，整个红军烈士陵园超负荷运转，人最多时超过了1万人，同时周边车辆也多，秩序管理难度非常大。

交警预计，今年的扫墓高峰会出现在本周四(3月30日)至周六(4月1日)。为确保整个老城片区的交通秩序、学生的过街安全以及扫墓人群可能出现的拥挤踩踏事故等，交警建议，所有接送扫墓人员的车辆，一律在政务中心停车场临时停放。各级教育行政部门、学校组织学生步行进入老城后，带队老师可随时与路面交警取得联系，由交警护送学生过马路。

另外，本周红花岗交警大队将加派警力在红军山沿线值守，加大各类交通违法行为的整治力度，给市民扫墓营造一个良好的道路交通环境。

“在群峰碧翠的竹山，那里的人民用神话的方式传颂着许书记英勇就义的传奇;在天幕葱绿的新仓，那里的乡亲用祭奠的仪式来表达对许书记绵延不绝的思念……”此时，三位年轻的老师正声情并茂地讲述着新仓革命烈士许明清的英勇故事，通过这样一种形式，感恩这位年仅28岁的英雄，铭记这段难忘的历史。

舞台上，缅怀先人的诗歌深情朗诵着。台下，三五成群的村民则久久站立在新仓本土孝道故事展板前，这里有独自撑起清贫之家的13岁男孩庄晨缘，有无怨无悔照顾瘫痪丈夫17年的张丽萍……一个个新仓人身边的故事，虽文字简短却触及人的灵魂深处。

清明，在新仓老百姓的眼里，不止蕴含着对先祖的怀念，也有着对传统习俗的快乐传承。

放鹞子(风筝)、编柳环、挖野菜、做青团……每一个民俗体验区里，孩子的笑声与父母家长的呼唤声都相互交织着，欣然有趣。

记者走到编柳环体验区时，石路村村民孙秋平正给兴高采烈的儿子带上亲手编织的柳环。她说，编柳环是她小时候过清明最喜欢干的事，如今却少有人知晓。第一次带着小孩来参加清明节民俗活动，不仅是为了来赶这一场热闹，也是希望通过这样的文化熏陶，能让小一辈的孩子懂得感恩。

“类似这样的民俗文化活动，新仓镇今年将陆续上演120余场。”新仓镇宣传委员顾炯杰介绍，这些活动，有的因二十四节气而生，有的则就孩子们的寒暑假而行。总之，就是要通过这一系列的活动，让文化礼堂热闹起来，让百姓的日子快乐起来。

值得一提的是，活动还邀请了当湖书院的五位老师，他们以方言吟诵的方式，让大家领略了《清明》这首诗独特的古风韵味。

作为吟诵者之一的曹维军身着一袭暗红麻裙，谈起吟诵满是愉悦。她说，读经学法、吟诵诗词是这几年来最醉心的事，通过现场教授大家学习吟诵更是让她感觉意义重大，她也希望有越来越多的市民能加入吟诵的队伍，为传承传统文化贡献自己的力量。
