(二)鉴于县烈士陵园正在进行维修改造工程，给开展纪念活动的场地带来一定影响，各有关单位集体组织的祭扫活动要落实专人，提前预约，错时祭扫。特别是各学校要精心组织，做好学生安全保护工作。县烈士陵园要根据预约情况，统筹安排，认真细致地做好接待工作。 (县烈士陵园联系电话：4162757)。

(三)县烈士陵园管理处要牢固树立服务意识，认真做好各项准备工作。要制定祭扫活动预案，认真做好统筹安排，做到服务意识强、职责任务明、业务环节熟，树立良好的窗口形象，以诚恳和热情的态度为烈士亲属和前来祭扫的广大干部、群众、军人、学生提供满意的服务。同时，县烈士陵园要对祭扫活动场所以及相关服务设施进行一次全面检查，制定具体的安全措施，指定专人负责落实，确保祭扫活动安全有序地进行。

(四)祭扫革命烈士是一项严肃的政治活动。在祭扫革命烈士活动中，要做到文明、环保，严防山林火灾发生。每个参加祭扫的人员要自觉遵守烈士陵园内各项管理制度，服从管理处工作人员的统一安排，要爱护园内的一草一木，共同保护烈士纪念建筑物等公共设施，严禁在烈士陵园内从事与烈士瞻仰、祭扫无关的活动。

由于人类不加节制地砍伐森林，大量排放污水、废气，使得全球环境迅速恶化。原来蔚蓝的天空变得灰暗了，清澈的河水变得浑浊了，热闹的森林也变得冷清了。大量排放二氧化碳这种温室气体，又使全球出现了温室效应，导致全球气温变暖，海平面上升，又给一些国家带来了严重的灾难。

虽然环境还在继续恶化，但世界各国都在积极地应对着。这说明，人类已经开始觉悟了，我们人类终于认识到了保护环境的重要性。现在，国际上于1972年6月5日至16日在瑞典斯德哥尔摩举行联合国人类环境会议以及世界地球日、世界海洋日、世界环境日也都给地球带来一些宽慰。毕竟，人类“懂事”了。
