开展祭拜民族英雄、祭扫烈士陵园和参观爱国主义教育基地活动。教育、工青妇等部门要联合组织在校师生、学生家长集体祭扫苏联红军烈士陵园，参观爱国主义教育基地，举办主题党日、团日、队日活动，缅怀纪念先烈、学习英雄事迹。

开展网上系列活动。开展“清明祭先烈 网上签名寄语”活动，教育部门组织青少年在网上进行祭扫，开展网上祭英烈、网上敬鲜花和网上签名寄语活动，以此引导中小学生表达对先烈、先人、先贤的感恩、敬仰和追思。网络文明传播者要积极发挥作用，动员社会各界网上祭扫。开展手机传播活动，通过短信、微信等进行传递。

广泛开展清明志愿服务活动。各单位要组织教育广大干部职工积极倡导“和谐清明，文明过节”的理念，开展文明祭祀劝导活动，鼓励职工、群众网上祭扫，不提倡在市内各街路口焚烧祭祀品，确保清明祭祀活动文明、和谐、安全。各志愿服务组织广泛开展慰问烈属、烈士遗孤，帮助在外乡贤祭扫家乡先人等活动，以此传承烈士精神，告慰温暖烈士亲人和在外乡贤。

做好宣传报道工作。一是刊播活动通知，积极营造舆论氛围。二是广播电视台要展播爱国主义教育电视专题片。三是宣传挖掘清明节思想内涵，以此弘扬和传承民族精神，进一步增进爱党、爱国、爱社会主义的思想情感。

In my heart, my father is a great man, he wakes up early and goes to work,

in the event, he goes home late. He is working so hard, all he does is for the

family and to support my education. Once I ask him if he is tired, he smiles and

says that I am his sweet burden. I feel so moved, his love for me is so
