这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢?唉下午要去请教高人了。

My winter holidays plans me studying for my English , I will make great

今天，踢球踢得真开心。

母亲在子午路上给我买了一块小菜园，我们每到周末，有时间就去看望我的小菜园。今天母亲带我又来到了小菜园。看看我们上周播种的菜籽发芽了没有，一路上我都在家小菜芽发出来是个什么样子的呢?终于到了菜地，哇，长出一层小小的，绿绿的小芽，可是我都不认识它们是什么菜。母亲指着一一给你说：有小青菜，油麦菜，卷心菜，香菜，波菜，空心菜，蒜苗。

我问母亲：“这菜怎么和我看到家里买的菜不一样呢?”母亲说?“因为它们还太小了，我们吃的都是长大了的菜”我又指着绿绿的小青菜问母亲?“这些小叶子上怎么都是洞呢?”母亲很耐心的回答说：“这些都是小虫子吃的。”我担心的问?“那怎么办啊，菜都让它吃了，我们还能吃到菜吗?”母亲又耐心地给你解释：“因为我们要吃绿色的菜，所以不能打农药。否则就不叫绿色的菜了，”后来母亲问我：“儿子你知道大蒜种到土里会长出什么吗?我说：”蒜苗“，母亲又问：”你知道蒜苗上面会结什么吗?“我说：”会长出蒜苔“，母亲又问：”蒜苔收完，最后还会收什么吗?“我回答不上来，母亲说：”蒜苔抽出后，最后在蒜苗的根部会长出大大的蒜瓣，炒菜的时候用一点可以让饭菜更有味。“听了母亲的解释，我明白了很多关于菜的学问，学到了很多知识，这也是母亲当初种这块地的目的吧。

早上我练习篮球，然后和珊蒂一起去看电影，它真是一部相当好的的片子。 所有歌曲中我最喜欢"说你，说我"。 我喜欢卡们歌舞片，舞蹈十分美妙，而音乐也很好听。

My schoool life is busy and fantastic. First, we have four classes in the

morning and three in the afternoon. We have to get to school before 7:30 because

we have a morning class. Second, I like my school life because teachers and my

classmates are friendly and helpful. We also have lots of after-school activies.

Third, our school environment is very beautiful, the teachers all can make their

lesson interesting and instructive. So I like my school life very much.

This summer holiday I plan to go to the beach. I will go there with my

parents and cousins. Well stay there for three days at the local hotel. The

trip will be the most wonderful one that I have ever had. Because we will do a

lot of things there, such as playing volleyball, windsurfing, having barbecue at

night. Im really looking foward to it.

Today, our class held the monitor election. And I became the new monitor in my class. I was very happy, but I was still very nervous now. When the election began, I was so nervous that I can hear my heart beating heavily. I tried my best to calm down for a long time.

Then I went to the platform to begin my prepared speech. I felt my brain was blank when I was having my speech. Before the election, I was confident for this position, but I still so nervous when I was in the platform.

回家后我和老姨在客厅摆多米诺骨牌，我们拼一段，倒一段，老姨惨叫“啊啊啊……倒了倒了!”她没信心了。爸爸来了，妈妈来了，我们一起拼。爸爸建议拼好的多米诺拆几块，就是倒也不会全部倒掉。爸爸真是出了个好主意，后来又倒了几次，真的没有全部倒掉。我们用240块骨牌拼了一个像“3”的图形，我敲了一下铃铛，呜呜呜，所有的骨牌倒下，真好看!后来我用骨牌搭积木，我搭呀搭呀搭呀搭呀，搭好一个城堡，我用小动物骨牌当守卫，梯子骨牌当大炮，咚咚咚……今天玩得非常高兴，非常开心!

晚上我和爸爸下围棋，爷爷说爸爸输得太多了;第二盘才走到第六步，爸爸就认输了。我又和爷爷下，输了20个子。

虾兵们顿时信心倍增，一鼓作气，又干掉几只小蟹，青大将军见势不妙，准备趁机开溜时，被大龙虾率大军团团围住，青蟹磨尖了大螯，正要与大龙虾决一死战，突然水草丛中又冒出一大批小虾兵，这下，青蟹见大势已去，只得乖乖束手就擒，激烈的战争也终于告一段落了。

my father. They always live in Beijing. They must get up early. Because they
