The first day for me to go to high school, I felt so excited, because I came into the new stage of my life. The school asked the students to live in the dormitory, so I had to move out and left my parents. This was such a big challenge for me, because I never left home before. I needed to learn to be independent, what’s more, I also learned to get along with others. High school was like a little society for me and I handed the problems well. The other challenge was from study. I had to learn so many subjects and fought for my future college. 今天是11月14日,离我们的运动节还有4天的时间.在这之前我们曾经都在不同的中参加过运动会.但是也许这将是我们最开心的 一届运动会,也许这是们在高中学习生涯中的最后一次运动会.

回忆起曾经在小学里渡过的六届运动会,至今还历历在目,那令人既紧张又愉快的比赛.

小学,我曾经在这学习六年的小学.仅仅只隔了一条马路,感觉上确隔了一个宇宙一样,让我回忆起了曾经在那里发生过的事.

不由的来到了的操场,突然一丝凉风飘到了我的身边.我向后退了两步,靠在了树杆上,刹那间,我的脑海上呈现出了曾经在这操场上腾跑过的同学.顿时,在我的眼前出现了当年运动会上的情景.

“请群体师生到规定的地点入座.”广播里出现了谢巧红老师的声音.

在上午8：30分时,老师和同学都到了自己的座位上,等待着那令人兴奋的时刻到来,因为那是我们6年级同学在小学里最后一届运动会.

终于在9：00时运动会开始了.听着运动进行曲时,我们都感到了那多年来没有过的兴奋.

“砰,砰砰…”体育老师手中的枪响了起来,站在跑道上的运动员们个个都精神饱满,像一个个饥饿的老虎.听到枪声后,运动员们就像离弦的箭一样,跑了出去.

一圈二圈到了第三圈,运动员们奔跑的速度似乎在告诉我们：“这场比赛要在这里决出胜负来了,你们看着吧.”刹那间,他们从离弦的箭转变成了一只只野豹似的,在那广阔的草原上奔跑.过了一会,从终点处发处了结束的枪声.同学们都跑上去等待着结果的到来.过了一会,徐老师走了出来说,与此同时大家的心就像被绳子拉紧了似的：“第一名 604班沈瑶.第二名 604班徐佳波………”听完名次,有的班级很开心,有的班级不开心,种种情绪都在那一瞬间爆发出来了.

到了下午,是女子的实心球比赛.当然,代表我们班出赛的是我们一直支持的“老班”华馨宁.她拿着实心球来到了比赛场地,看着她拿矫健的身躯就知道她一定能拿第一名.果然,不出我们的预料,“老班”真的拿着第一名的奖状来到了我们全班同学的面前说：“你们看,我拿到第一名了哦,怎么样?你们的老大厉害吧.”听着她的话,我们大家都笑了起来.沈老师看见我们这个样子好意的走了过来,可是不知怎么的她也跟我着我们笑了起来.因为看着华馨宁那个样子,谁看了都会笑的.

就这样,我们全校师生在2天快乐的运动会里,既流过泪又有欢笑.

悄悄的来,那就悄悄的走,永远都不要流下记忆,这是我曾经对他说过的一句话,因为这样就不会有任何痛苦.

曾经拥有的记忆让它悄悄的过去,现在拥有的事物让我们好好的珍惜.将来拥有的梦想让我们好好的幻想未来要发生的事情.

This summer vacation, I joined a social practice to be a part-time tourguide. There I found something that impressed me a lot.

People who love traveling are always finding places to take a vacation, which caused a lot of troubles.For example, I found that some people were used to dropping out the trash everywhere. They just regarded the sightseeings as their houses, which cost a lot to clean it up. Besides, some one should write down their names on the trees and walls. People who wanted to leave their names whereever they went are always to punish in future.

Nevertheless, I also found some good examples, such as teaching tourists not to destroy the places of historic interests, helping clean up the environment,etc..I think we all need to teach more people not to hurt our precious nature. What we really need to do is protect them form destroying.
