Today is the Duanwu Festival.It is a special festival in China.On this

day,we usually eat zongzi,a kind of food that is made of rice.So I tried to cook

some zongzi today.First,I bought some bamboo leaves.It is an important part of

zongzi.I made the leaves in the shape of small bottles.Next,I put in some rice

and meat.So the leaves can make the rice more delicious.Then,I found some thin

ropes and tied up the leaves——And then the zongzi was finished.The final step

语言，是信息传递的一种重要方式。

学英语，那是因为它是世界上使用范围最广的语言，就连你现在使用的计算机系统都是用英语编写的呢。

I have dinner at about 6:30 p.m.. After dinner, I often go to the outside

to play games with my friends. We live near to each other, so we always play

together. Sometimes,we play table tennis or badminton. Sometimes, we ride on

at 8:00 and then take a shower. After that, I spend sometime in study or watch

今天的英语课上来Tt这个T呢，是最、最、最简单的，好简单好简单，实在难不倒我，你知道有多简单吗？实在是太简单了，因为我已经都会了，我熟得都变成烤鸡了。

下课的时候，我本以为外面是很热很热，结果没想到比教室里还要冷。

It is a special day today. My mother sent one hundred basket of red bayberries. I like to eat red bayberries. It tastes nice. When they arrived in Shanghai, they were still fresh. 这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢?唉下午要去请教高人了。

日记一般分成生活日记、观察日记和随感日记三种。

1、生活日记。

生活日记，就是把自己每天的生活、学习、工作情况有选择地记录下来。要写好生活日记必须注意以下几个问题：

（1）内容要真实。生活日记是自己经历的实在记录，而且要给自己看的，内容真实才有查考的价值。

生活是七彩的，它多姿多采地呈现在我们每个人的面前。学校、家庭、社会，都会有时代的浪花飞溅，只要我们能自觉地去观察生活，观察周围的人和事，你就会发现一个“宝藏”，就会有源源而来、取之不尽的真实材料。

（2）事情要有意义。有的同学说，日记就是把自己一天中亲身经历的，或所见所闻所感的东西记下来，记得越多越详越好。如有个同学写 正月初一的日记，把这一天当中所有的事都记下来：早晨起床吃饺子，而后给陈老师拜年，到学校游园活动，中午到外婆家吃饭，下午和表弟一起上街，晚上回家看电视，临睡前写日记……简直是眉毛胡子一把抓，成了典型的流水帐。日记的篇幅毕竟是有限的，同学们不可能把一天中的大事小事芝麻事件件都写进去。一般要选择印象深刻的，有意义的一两件事记下来，其他的不写或略写。

（3）语言要简明、通顺。写生活日记，内容可长可短，但语言必须通顺明白。

2、观察日记，即观察记录。就是把日常生活中的某一侧面，通过有目的的，细致的观察，把它记下来。可以写零碎的片断，不必讲究文章结构；也可以写得比较完整，类似一篇记叙文。经常写观察日记，可以提高观察能力，养成观察习惯，还可以积累写作素材，提高语言表达能力，这种日记最适宜我们小学生记。

要写好观察日记，必须注意以下几点：

（1）观察目的要明确。观察，有多种多样的目的，或为了积累写作素材；或为了进行科学实验；或为了弄清楚某种“奥秘”……只有目的明确，观察才有方向，才有重点。就是观察同一对象，由于目的的不同，方法和角度就不同，结果也就不一样。

（2）观察要全面细致。全面，就是要对事情发展的全过程，事物构成的各部分，以及事物之间的相互联系，观察清楚；细致，就是要求观察深入、彻底，抓俗语事物的特点，规律和本质。

（3）观察要持之以恒。观察事物难于一次完成，需要反复进行。这就要同学们有恒心。

（4）观察日记的语言要准确。观察日记有很强的科学性。因此要求使用语言要准确，不能用“大概、差不多”这类似是而非的词语。

3、随感日记。

这种日记主要是就一篇文章、一本书、一部电影或生活中的某一件事情，抒发自己的感想。日记中以议论为主，叙述是为了议论，有时整篇日记都是写自己的感受。

I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year. Playing

basketball is always my favourite, so some of my classmates and I will form a

small team and play basketball together. Sometimes we may have a match against
