Most people, when given an opportunity to aid someone in need, are eager to do whatever they can to be of service. Those of us who have chosen to make healing the world a vocation are grateful for any occasion to send light and love to people in our immediate spheres of influence and beyond. As we apply our passion and our principles to this altruistic endeavor, we often forget to send ourselves the same bountiful gifts of wellness, though we ourselves may be in dire need of it. We overlook ourselves, not because we forget, but because we fear that focusing on the self is an indicator of selfishness. It is moreover much more difficult to heal oneself than to heal others because the seeds of uncertainty are more easily banished when we act on anothers behalf. When we send healing light to ourselves, it is important that our intentions and our self-trust be stronger than ever to counteract doubt. As we bless ourselves in this way, we serve as both an active channel and a passive destination. This should not change the way we interact with the valuable energy we wish to receive, however. Though we may be tempted to consciously direct or influence the manner in which light impacts our lives because we know ourselves most intimately, we should not try to control its path. When we draw the white light of protection and purity to our bodies, taking it into ourselves with each inhalation, our belief in the fact that it will naturally move toward areas of dysfunction will ensure that it flows through every muscle and organ. And when we fill our spaces with this light, our environments are cleared of all the negative energy that can sap our strength and our spirit. Surrounded inside and out with healing light, we feel safe and protected, healthy, relaxed, and content just as those who regularly receive such loving gifts from us do. If you sincerely believe that there is a part of yourself that exists independently of upset and illness, the love and light you send yourself will help you connect with it. You will see the affirmative impact of this connection almost immediately when you include yourself in the recipients of your healing gifts, as lifes frustrations become more tolerable and your bliss becomes ever more palpable.

We all like to make friends, because no one can survive without a friend. If you ask someone how many friends do they have, most will answer a lot. Indeed, we make friends in different stage, even we are old, we still make friends. But not all friends are as honest as they are, some friends we made since we are young, some are just meet a couple of times and we don’t know much about them. The former are real friends, while the latter are not true friends. What is the real friend, a real friend is someone who you can talk about anything and can be show up the moment you need. In school, Wang Ying was a 3-A student. She did well in every subject. But she never seemed to be proud of her achievements. She was hard-working and good-natured to younger students. I remember the little incident that took place two years ago. One day I caught a bad cold and had a high fever. I had to stay in bed. This prevented me from going to school. 日子一天天过去，十三天后，一个蛋壳裂开了，一只鸟宝宝破壳而出，粉嘟嘟的，眼睛还没能睁开。它看到自己的孩子，心里亮堂堂，等着别的孩子。过了一会儿，两只小鸟也出来了，鸟妈妈起身飞到草丛里，用嘴刨土，挖出几条蚯蚓来，叼在嘴，送给儿女们吃。

假若有别的大鸟来抢食，它就用火箭之速冲上去，啄大鸟的头，开始一场空中作战，把它们赶出老远。当我凑近窗户去看看它们的时候，稍微弄出一点声音，它便伸长脖子，眼睛滴溜溜的环顾四周，像侦察兵一样，身子一沉，保护的更紧了。

它的母爱真伟大啊!我再也不讨厌鸟儿了!

The free day ,I want to go to Los Angeles.Because this is the second largest city in America! And the sun always seems to shine in LA!I need some suggestions. Firstly I want to join the 2 hours walking tour.because it is a so great chance .Secondly I will go shopping in Glendale Galleria. Finlly I want to citadel outlets and South coast plaza.

A good friend of mine is Zhang Yachun. Her eyes are big and round, bright, like a black pearl, beautiful black hair, like heaven planetesimals, skin white and tender, like a small baby, likeable.

Chuns personality is optimistic, have a happy thing, can share with me, not happy mood, I will share with her. Her body is very soft, you can easily when they are cheating on low back, let everybody envy very much, on the expression of sports subject always let people sit up and take notice, not only that, even comity people daily life, everywhere for others, as a kind of angel, won everyones favorite.

Remember when we first read the kindergarten, she always took me by the hand tightly, walk around with me, at that time, I think each other like blood sisters, Im impressed. Every time I go to her home to play with barbie dolls, she is the most beautiful for me, I admire her spirit of comity, because I cant do that, I think she is a thoughtful, considerate and sensible man.

Im very glad to have such a good friend, I hope we always keep a warm friendship, becoming the best childhood memories.

我的好朋友是张雅淳。她的眼睛又大又圆、明亮有神，就像黑珍珠，头发乌黑亮丽，好似天上的星子，皮肤又白又嫩，有如小婴儿，令人喜爱。

雅淳的个性很乐观，有快乐的事时，就会和我分享，心情不愉快时，我也会和她一起分忧。她的身体很柔软，劈腿时很容易就可以下腰，让大家非常羡慕，在体育科目的表现上总是让人刮目相看，不仅如此，连日常生活都礼让别人，处处为别人着想，犹如一位和蔼可亲的小天使，赢得大家的喜爱。

记得我们第一次读幼儿园时，她总是紧紧牵着我的手，带着我到处走来走去，那时候，我觉得彼此好像亲姐妹，我留下深刻的印象。每一次我去她家玩芭比娃娃，她都把最漂亮的留给我，我好佩服她的礼让精神，因为我做不到，我觉得她是一个善解人意、体贴懂事的人。
