玩得最尽兴的就是在游乐场里边玩水车，我怀着兴奋的心情爬到上车点，刚刚坐上去的时候，水车行驶得很慢，活像一只缓慢爬行的蜗牛。

过了一会儿，车就来到了一个小坡，上坡的时候也是一点点往上升，我不经意地往下望了望，恐惧也就随之攀爬上来，车上去以后以百米冲刺的速度俯冲下去，我们车上有很多人都吓得龇牙咧嘴，大声尖叫，一声声尖叫把我的耳膜都几乎刺穿了。接着便来到了一个高达15米的大坡，车动得更慢了，突然冲下去的力量溅起了十几米高的水花，那水花十分壮观，好似从天空慷慨地降下一场甘霖。不过水花落下来的时候，刚好落在我的头上，前一秒美好的幻想立刻破灭，我们瞬间变成了一只只狼狈的落汤鸡，大家你看看我，我看看你，都笑得前仰后合。

暑假，我要和其他几位同学轮流到南京新闻广播电台去主持“开心的百灵鸟”节目。这是一个暑假少年儿童节目。我听了这个消息，心里既高兴又紧张。高兴的是，我在播音室里说的每一句话，全市小朋友都能听到，同学们知道了肯定会羡慕我：紧张的是，我第一次当主持人，能不能当好……我带着疑惑的心情去了广播电台。

走在宽阔的大道上，我边走边想：那本书放在什么地方?课外读物类!最靠近儿童读物的一排，不错!可是我又停下了脚步，为什么呢?因为我忘记读到哪里了。没关系，我可以重新看嘛!想到这，我才从容地走进书店。

十月三日，我去了半坡遗址。半坡遗址位于西安市东，是一个典型的母系氏族公社村落遗址，属于仰韶文化。

一进大门就宁静了许多，首先看到的是“半坡姑娘”的雕塑。雕塑下方是一个水池，里面的流水清澈见底，里面有鲤鱼，红的、白的、黄的……雕塑周围是花坛，我发现里面的桂花香飘十里，牡丹虽然只开了几朵，但也有蜜蜂环绕，让我想起了园博园的美景。

陈列馆里是半坡人使用的陶器，虽然不是五颜六色，但是也足以显示出他们的智慧。很是出名的小口尖底瓶应用中心原理，打水很方便，瓶子在装满水后会直立在水中。里面还有一些彩陶盆，最著名的就是人面鱼纹彩陶盆了，那里面画着鱼纹和人脸。

接着是一个大展厅，牌子上写着“半坡遗址”四个大字，母系氏族的制度尽在眼前，在那时，人们“只知其母，不知其父”，大围沟告诉我们他们的战防体系，那些古老的遗骸也告诉我们他们的祭祀文化……我感觉自己已经身临其境，在那个时代生活着。

我看了一个小时，发现大部分都是外国人在参观，在研究，却没有看到几个中国人在真正地观看，大部分人在展柜外看着展品一扫而过。我们的端午节都被韩国人注册了，我们该怎么面对屈原呢?我们中国的文化怎么都跑到外国了呢?如果我们都不去关注，那怎么把中国的文化传承下去呢?难道要让外国人来吗？

我们要亲自去看看古文化，我们的`祖先是多么的聪明，历史不容忘记，古文化更需要传承，我们一定要好好保护中国的文化。

时间过得飞快，转眼间，愉快的暑假生活马上就要结束了。今年的暑假我过得多姿多彩：暑假两个月的时间我报了游泳培训班，花了六天的时间学会了蛙泳，现在一下子就能游100米；我在两个月内读了《鲁滨逊漂流记》、《苦儿流浪记》、《父与子》等5本书，还写了3篇读后感；我还去了香港、广州、新加坡旅游体验当地的风土人情……但是，我印象最深的还是在香港旅游。

烈日炎炎的夏季如期而至，暑假也在一个忙碌的学期过后，在这个酷暑难耐的夏日与我们邂逅。

On Tuesday, I went visiting my uncles family with my parents. We went to celebrate our good time at a fancy restaurant in Shanghai. Later that day, we sang karaoke in my uncles house. We stayed for the night.

On Wednesday, I went shopping with my cousins. We bought some brand name t-shirts and pants. In the afternoon, my cousins gave me a fun ride on the city highway. They also taught me how to drive their fancy car, so I tried to do some turning and parking. It was not easy first. But I learnt quick.

On Thursday, we returned home with many gifts from our trip. I tried to get some rest. At night, I chatted with my classmates on the phone, and I watched CCTV before going to bed.

From Friday on, I started to finish up my homework assignments on my personal laptop. Some of my assignments were quite boring. After I finished the homework, I emailed them to my teachers. That was the end of it. I started to prepare things for school on this coming Monday.
