阅读也是必不可少的一部分，英语书籍、英语杂志、英语小文，都是很好的英语阅读的选择。这样做，既可以开阔视野、增长见识，让我了解更多外国的风俗和习性。更可以学习到更多的英语单词。读得多了，我在对英语的阅读理解上也会有很大的提高。让英语水平步步高升。

我还将购买一些七年级的英语众享课程，和名师面对面学习英语，也是在做一个英语的拔高。这样可以提前学习初中的内容，让我在升学后迅速适应。也为升学考试时的“突击题”做防备，让成绩更加理想。我将把英语的句型结构和表达方法深深地印在脑海里，努力学好每一词、走好每一步。

我在博客里发了2篇英语小文，虽说在语法上还有错误，但在校讯通里热心的老师的指点下，最终改正了过来。我以后也会多多注意这些用法，争取下次不再犯相同的错误。我相信，一点一滴的积累，最终会化为知识传输到大脑里的。学习之余我还会多多学习博友们的英语作文，好进行对比与学习。

此外，我还要搜集一些名校真题，抽出时间练习一下。只有对自己意中的学校的试题有一个大体了解，把握才能更大。其次，我可以从每次试题的错误中查漏补缺，及时弥补自己的不足之处。

When I returned from guilin, I made a plan to make me a full, happy summer vacation.

First, in terms of learning. Because there is so little time for reading, I will read a few extra books during the summer vacation, and make sure to read an hour a day and do "a book". Write an old poem every day, write a journal, and practice calligraphy for 20 minutes. In order to improve my English, I still have to read English for 15 minutes. 四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

还记得走进大学校园时的恐惧和欣喜，那时是自己第一次离开家，真正的走进一个陌生的环境里，面对的是陌生的人群还有无数未知的恐惧。害怕军训，害怕和室友相处的不好，害怕很多东西。这个时候的我们是不是都有此样的心情呢？当我看见我的第一个室友的时候，那个普通话不是很标准的山东姑娘，白白净净的坐在那里看书，看着以为是以为很文静的女孩，但真正的接触下来你便会发现，全都是骗人的，她真的很会伪装的，几乎在哪一刻骗了我们所有的人。在这四年的日子里，我们慢慢的发现了真正的她。偶尔有点小温柔那也只是对不熟悉的陌生人，时常会有点小暴力，这倒是大家公认的，有点男孩子性格的她，就像是一个大姐姐担负起了照顾我们所有人的重任。会烧得一手好菜，我们都说任谁娶了她都是他的福气，唯一的缺憾就是要忍受她偶尔的小暴力，她也会多愁善感的，谈论生活是为了什么？她给了我们一个让大家笑喷了的答案，“为了生存”这一直以来都是我们寝室的笑话。就是这样一个乐观开朗的山东姑娘，陪我度过了大学四年的生活。带给我无数的欢声笑语。直到现在走上工作岗位的我，才认识到只有学生时代的友谊最真实，最纯洁，没有任何杂质，它会真心的关心你，在乎你的喜怒哀乐，在乎你的人生得失。

大学就是一座桥梁，连接社会和校园。这就是两个完全不同的世界，但有人说你在大学里的表现就是走向社会的答卷。大学就是一个小社会，是走进社会的提前演练。大学的确是让人成长和不断充实自己的地方。在这里我不仅学到的是知识，锻炼的还有为人处事的能力。如果你想要获得成功，一味的学习是不行的，你还要有良好的人际关系，你还要有令人敬佩的才艺，你还要学会阿谀奉承等等。大学就是一个大课堂教你学会许多你曾经不会甚至不屑做的事情。他让我们慢慢的成长。当你走进社会，你才会发现大学相对于社会而言只不过是小巫见大巫。你要想生存下去就必须学会接受所有自己不喜欢的东西，就必须忍受生活对你的各种考验。总之社会这条道路不好走，尤其是是对老实人来说，走的会更为艰难。大学里也有许多美好的东西，那就是拥有着纯真笑脸的同学，博学多才，风趣幽默的老师，三点一线的规律生活，安静宽阔的自习室，拥有大量藏书的图书馆，这些东西至今仍自记忆里留存。

军训对于我来说，并不陌生，顾名思义，就是以军人的标准要训练我们，而在我心中，一直觉着：一个人如果没有经历过军人的生活，将会是一生中的遣憾。

军训的日子是苦的，是累的，而在我们的军训中掺杂也有怨，有愤，百味杂味，而我们也必须努力的配合教官，以一个军人的姿态严格的要求自己。

军训中有苦，有累，每次军训下课后，整个人就像一个泄了气的身子，也要将腰杆挺得直直的，而每当我们踢正步的时候，做到力度与速度并存时，使劲的跺脚，那些不甘落寞的尘土，总会兴奋的飞向空中，飞向我们的眼里。嘴里，鼻子里，而身为一个军人，首先，要做到的三条就是：第一，服从。第二，服从。第三还是服从。所以我们只有让那些家伙恣意的飞入我们的身体中，呛得我们流出眼泪，因为军令是一个军人的第二生命。

军训中有涩，军训过程中总感觉到一天我们吃的灰尘比我们吃的饭还要多，衣服上，身上的灰尘特别多，整个人就像个灰人一样。仿佛就是那非洲士兵。

而每当我们大家在一起做一个动作时，做得不怎么整齐时，教官就会很生气的罚我们，让我们做正步定位，保持蹲姿几十分钟，等等。而教官每次总会罚我们好几十分钟，到最后腿麻得没有知觉，手僵得不能动时，才让我们起来，虽然明知道教官一切都是为了我们的，但我们在心里还会偷偷的诅咒教官不近人情，多半的学生对教官敢想不敢言。

其实在大部分人的心中，有着对教官的怨与不满，因为在军训以后的七天，我们是按各系分在一起，然后由别的教官来挑，出学习不同的内容，看着别的女生，男生们都在学习匍伏，练擒敌拳时，而我们只能练起步，走正步，那时我们的心里总是载着无尽的不满，认为那太不公平，而他们的借口就是你没有那个能力可是不试试又怎么会知道呢!看着别人练着特别有兴趣的。而我们的是那样的枯燥，我们就越来越没心思去练习那些我们更不感举的。

很长的一段时间，我们在火辣的骄阳下军训，当下课的哨声响起时，每个人都像背了一块石头似的，疲劳不堪，就像是一棵棵被霜打过的茄子，这时教官就会过来做一些活动来活跃气氛，让我们这些无精打采的人重新恢复朝气。 。

尽管军训很累，很苦，但我们还是一步一个脚印的坚持过来了，军训并不意味痛苦，累，而意味坚持，信念与意志，军训不但让我们的身体更加的结实，强壮，而且还锻炼了我们的意志，增强了我们的自信心，体验军训生活让我们对自己的要求更加严格了，做事也更加谨慎。

军训固然很辛苦，它就像攀登高峰，“苦”是那路上的荆棘，但我相信，胜利之间永远会为我们敞开它宽广的怀抱的。

当进行曲一遍又一遍的回放在校园里时，我们抬起头，平视前方，踏着步子……

我相信，“坚持”就是我们大学军训的主旋律!

I went to beijing to play during last summer holiday.

I went to Beijing more than eight times. Beijing is the capital of China. It’s a big city. I am very familiar with Beijing. It takes an hour and forty minutes from Nantong to Beijing by plane. There are many tall buildings in Beijing. It’s a modern city. My family visited the Great Wall, the Palace Museum, the Beihai Park, I went to the countryside of Beijing to go boating and fishing. The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

大学第一年，略带稚气的我坐在教室等待教官的到来，准备迎接大学第一课——军训。别人眼里的军训又苦又累，可我偏对军训情有独钟，我喜欢穿着整齐统一的军装，喜欢喊着“一、二、三、四”的口号，喜欢像部队训练一样的生活。军训的日子里，我听从教官的命令，努力地练习队列动作，尽管脚伤后遗症一再复发，我仍然坚持训练。我喜欢这样充实的生活，也正是军训让我快速地适应了大学生活。

大学第二年，身穿教官服的我在体育馆等待新生报到，准备带领他们开始大学的第一课，我想，这是我的责任，也是我的荣幸。看到新生们一张张脸庞，听着他们一声一声的喊着我教官，我知道两个月的辅导生训练是值得的。回想训练时我也曾因为太辛苦而抱怨过、流泪过，但是我从未后退过，也从未后悔过，那时我说“身体疲惫，心却不累”。我知道这是我想要的生活。

大学第三年，看着周围的同学准备考研，看着我最好的朋友毕业找工作，我也给自己制定了目标，我要考所学专业的职业资格证书和人力资源管理师证书。有了目标，除了努力学习实现目标，别的都是无用功。在顺利拿到本专业三级证书后，这个我从未接触过的人力资源管理师专业让我发愁了，只有一个月的时间复习，着实担心自己考不过，正想闷头苦学一个月，却接到系里通知，让我去帮院里老师整理资料，结果只有两周复习时间，就差废寝忘食、挑灯夜读了，还好皇天不负有心人，让我顺利过关。这样忙中有闲的生活也不错。

如今我大四，即将离开生活了三年多的校园，不由感慨万千。三年多的大学生活，记录了我多少喜怒哀乐，又给了我多少收获，才让当年那个稚嫩的我变成现在这个成熟的女孩；三年的大学生活，遇到的或大或小的选择，都要自己抉择，才使我变得这样稳重。回想过去的一幕幕，我也曾迷茫过、无措过，但我的大学生活始终过得充实。我做兼职、竞选辅导生、选择当教官、加入学生会、为自己的目标奋斗，如此种种，我只是希望大学里比别人多一些经历，希望我的大学生活能够和别人与众不同，不求标新立异，只想毕业后能值得回忆。

The summer holiday is coming. It is a great time to do something interesting.

In my class,talking there are it. many Some classmates about students are going to travel with their parents. Some are going to play ball game with their friends.

As for me, I want to read some books when the beginning of the holiday. I’ll go to the nearly library to borrow some interesting books like the Necklace of raindrops and the Lolita. In fact ，here are lots of surprise waiting for you. Of course，if you want to miss it. What fling time in the library!

I’m very glad to tell you about my winter holiday .It will be both relaxing and meanful . Let me tell you in detail.

First, studying is the most important thing for me, so I have to finish my homework carefully and do lots of exercises everyday .I’ll probably have two or three lessons so that I can make more progress.

Then I should do sports at the same time. Not only because the PE exam in next term, but also for my own health.

Phsics interests me a lot ,and I also like to read some books about it in my free time ．At the end of the vacation,maybe I’ll go sighting with some friends and some books to another city .

I think my plan is the best possible one .I’m hopeful the winter holiday will come soon .

When winter holiday is around corner,I have so many plans,but now I just like coughpotato. My sister and I sleep in the morning,my parents get mad at us.They force us to get up,we lock the bedroom door until we are both hungry.Ha... Because of final exams,our skin in bad condition,my sister said that sleeping is good for skin.Yeah,female do care about their appearence all the time. Afternoon belongs to friend.Call them out and go shopping toghter.We gossip all the people we know.This feeling is so cool,you may find that friend is so important in the world,no on can live without them. I have found that the more time I spend alone, the more comfortable I become in my own skin because I can truly get to know myself. This provides me with more patience to accept myself as I am, wherever I am in my journey, on a daily basis.

我发现独处的时间越长，我越觉得舒服、放松和自信，因为这样我可以认识真正的自己。这让我每天都有更多的耐心来接受自己，接受自己在生活旅途中的位置。

This lesson was something I learned after spending a summer alone in Italy with a family friend.

这堂人生课是我独自一人在意大利学到的，当时我在一位世交朋友家里度过了一个夏天。

I embarked on the journey, turning off my phone for the first time, well, probably ever. I would be jetting all over America then landing in a country with a family basically unknown to me.

It wasn’t until two years after I returned that I wished I had spent more time living in the moment while experiencing the greatest adventure of my life. I was not comfortable enough in my own skin to truly be present in the magical moments presenting themselves in a foreign country.

My mind stayed distracted as I wondered what people were thinking of me, and what I would post online to my friends back home.

At 19 years old, it seemed much more important to capture photos to upload to social media. The Internet was a crutch for me to not feel so alone in an unknown territory. As brave as I was to be completely alone in my adventure, I had a thousand people to “connect” with on my lonely nights!

I now wish I had traveled to nearby cities, spent my days reading in a cafe, tried acupuncture—anything out of the ordinary.

The truth was I didn’t have the hobbies I have now. The trip did help me grow, but I regret that I could not simply enjoy the moments, instead of wanting thousands of others to see I was enjoying them.

I discovered that if I want to be happy, it would be my own doing. Happiness is an interior process and comes without validation from others.

This is something that is a lesson to be relearned each day.

Spending small moments of time alone—sans phone, tablet, laptop, TV, and radio—allows one to really tune in. We need to ask ourselves things like: What is my body telling me today? How do I feel today?

用碎片时间进行独处——关掉手机、平板电脑、笔记本、电视和收音机——允许自己真正地进行调整。我们需要问问自己：我的身体今天告诉我什么?今天感觉如何?

There are all kinds of things we can do to enjoy our alone time, some of them very simple. I enjoy my shower, my yoga practice, and the scenic drive home, all without communication to the exterior world. This helps me to really absorb my practice and just “be.” I find it helpful to journal, old fashion style, with a pen and paper after this little escape.

我们可以做很多事情来享受独处的时光，有些事情非常简单。我喜欢淋浴，喜欢瑜伽练习，喜欢在开车回家的路上看秀丽的风 景，这些都不需要和外部世界联系。这能帮我真正消化自己的所做所为，仅仅安静的待着。我发现在这种小小的消遣之后，用在纸上用笔写日记这样古老的方式很有帮助。
