一大早起来，就觉得跟平常不一样，喉咙有点痛痛的，额头和身体都有点烫，下床的时候，头有点晕晕的，不舒服到了极点，我赶紧告诉妈妈，妈妈要我回到床上休息，之后妈妈向老师请病假，再带我去医院检查。

到了医院，进门一看，除了医生伯伯、护士阿姨以外，还有一屋子的病患。等了好久，好不容易轮到我，医生伯伯问我哪里不舒服，我一五一十的告诉医生伯伯，医生伯伯说我感冒了，开了药方，要我定时吃药;而且要多喝水、多休息，少到公共场所。

在回家的路上，我深深觉得生病很不好，身体不舒服，要吃苦苦又不能不吃的药，只能乖乖躺在床上，什么也不能做，哪儿也不能去，妈妈也要请假在家里照顾我，还要为我担心，生病真的不好。

记得论语中曾 有孟武伯问孝。子曰：「父母唯其疾之忧。」好好爱护自己的身体，也算是一种孝顺的行为。所以要爱护身体，多运动，多吃新鲜又有营养的食物，不偏食，营养才 会均衡;营养均衡，才会有抵抗力;有抵抗力;才不容易生病。如果有流行性感冒的时候，更要避免出入公共场所，做好自己的卫生，准备好手帕、卫生纸，吃东西 前一定洗手，保持卫生习惯，不吃垃圾食物，不喝垃圾饮料，永远保持愉快的心情，才能拥有健康的身体。事实上，健康就是财富，而要拥有财富，就得先拥有健 康。因为我生病了，所以才能感受到健康的重要。

随着科技的高速发展，人类对资源的需求越来越多，致使南极北极冰雪融化的速度加快、海平面日渐上升、南极出现臭氧空洞、北京的沙尘暴、雾霾天气不断增加、日本大地震后造成的核泄漏污染……

当我们在享受美好生活的同时，是否想到保护环境的重要性呢?

那么，请同学们关注一下我们的校园，看!操场上、校门口、楼梯过道上漫天飞舞的纸屑、食品袋、饮料瓶;瞧，雪白的墙壁上那些张牙舞爪的涂鸦……这些都是和我们校园文明不和谐的一幕啊!

同学们，如果我们大家都行动起来，争当环保的主人翁，不乱扔纸屑、果皮，不乱涂乱画，随手捡起地上的纸屑垃圾，爱护环境，把我们的校园装扮的漂漂亮亮。当我们在绿树成荫的校园小道上漫步时，一定会感到心旷神怡;当我们在窗明几净的教室里读书时，一定会全神贯注;当我们在整洁优雅的环境中学习时，一定会心情舒畅。

优美的环境，让我们懂得珍惜，学会爱护;优美的环境，让我们知书达理，更加文明;优美的环境，让我们学会谦让，学会做人;优美的环境，让我们道德高尚，使我们的学习更加进步!
