地板上放置着一个个雕像。它们瘦骨嶙峋，表情中写满了忧伤与绝望，佝偻着背的他们蹲在地上，那落寞的身影中透露着无奈和疲倦。地上还有一张表格，记录了华工在国外的死亡率，一串串惊心动魄的数字让人不寒而栗，明明同样是普通人，他们却遭受着这般非人的待遇，何不让人心痛不已！一张纸华工们辛勤劳作的照片写满了他们在国外遭受的一切不公平待遇，平日里遭人白眼，辛苦干活却还得被人虐待，最后还是只能换来一点点“猪仔钱”。看完这些照片，我感慨万千，华工们啊，你们佝偻的背何时能够挺直？何时能回到祖国？何时才能逃离外国人的魔爪？我相信，到国力强盛的今天，你们能够再次投入祖国的怀抱，脸上洋溢着做一个中国人的骄傲。

在这个非凡的境界里呆了三小时，感受，品味，斟酌了许多非凡的东西 。心里不禁生出了一丝羡慕，欣赏。为何上一代的人如此伟大?为何中华民族的文化如此璀璨?真希望，在将来的某一天，被称赞的是我们。品味着这一本收获，触动着笔尖，记录着这一段记忆。在千里之外，好像又听到了赞叹。

今天在学校的领导组织下，我们来到位于北京长安街沿线的首都博物馆。刚来到这个壮观的比武官时，我们的心情是无比的激动，从外观上看这个比我馆的设计是十分独特的，有一个像绿色的大钟似的东西突出来，拒收这是一个十分大的放映厅。从总体上看这个东西体现出了我们中华民族的特色。

一进入博物馆大厅，映入眼帘的是一面硕大的老北京式大牌坊，顿时一股浓浓的京味气息扑向我们。我们首先参观了“大英博物馆”，在这个馆中有272件展品是英国博物馆捐献出来的，展品出自古埃及，古希腊，古罗马等不同时期与各大洲。同时记录了不同人群和个人的多样化表现。在这次展览中有许多的展品都是举世无双的藏品，而且是首次在中国展出。如来自新西兰的毛利人战时用哨，著名画家伦勃朗的版画代表作《三个十字架》，达·芬奇的《裸体男子画像》，拉斐尔的《圣女像》等。我想这些展品的展出意味着我国与别国文化的交流。通过展出我们可以更好地了解自然，了解世界，了解我们的历史。 当然看完大英博物馆的展出，让我不得不向一个问题，为什么要“侵略”别国的文化?如果少一些侵略和掠夺，每一个国家都可以完好的把持各国的文化，在以后各国的交往中，可以享受一下各国的文化历史的特点。还有在以后的交往中就会少一些纠纷!

首都博物馆新馆于2006年5月18日国际博物馆日正式投入使用。它集北京珍贵文化遗产于当代建筑成就于一体，是一座国际先进、国内一流的大型综合性博物馆，年接待观众能力超过100万人次。北京国宝荟萃，首都博物馆收藏了一大批极具文化和艺术欣赏价值的历史文物。在这里，观众不仅可以看到历代宫廷古瓷，还可以欣赏名家翰墨;从温润玉器中体会古人对平安生活的向往，从古朴的青铜器遥想燕赵悲歌。新首都博物馆拥有3000多平方米的临时展厅，陈列了《古都北京历史文化与城建》、《古都北京艺术精品展》、《京剧文化展》《京都旧事老北京民俗展》，另外地下一层还有潘玉良画展，可谓是民族文化遗产的集中展示。

我逐一参观了每一层的展览。我对历史还是比较感兴趣的所以先参观了历史文化展览。从战国时代一直到民国解放时期的历史文物一一陈列在橱窗中，货币、撰文、玉器、碑文以及皇室专用物品都展示在观众眼中。清朝盛世时期的街市微缩景观图全部用木头雕刻，做工精细，工程繁杂，陈列了皇帝身穿的龙袍，每一针每一线都凝聚了制工者的智慧与辛劳。皇帝戴的金翼善冠制工相当考究，笔筒、带勾、凤钗、金簪、金錾花饰件、纹镯等全部是纯金做的，显示了皇室生活的奢华，这些是当时的百姓望尘莫及的啊!

四层是艺术精品展，古瓷的精品都在这里一览无遗了，彩瓷、青花、黄釉等种类繁多，我对这种古董没有什么研究，只能停留在看的水平，看哪个好看就行，我拍了两张比较喜欢的，一个是松石粉彩多穆壶，还有镂空六方套瓶，这两种都应该算彩瓷，当然还有喜欢的，但手机屏幕小拍不下了，有些许遗憾。京剧是我国的国粹，一进入这个展厅，首先映入眼帘的是个仿搭的戏楼，里面在介绍京剧的角色、行当，我没有坐在那里看，继续参观，从左边看是京剧大师马连良先生的演出资料以及他演出时所穿着的戏服，做工精致，保存完好。右边是京剧的脸谱及角色，因为我对京剧不是特别懂所以就不多介绍了，说错了就是对国粹的亵渎了。

还是看看民俗文化展览吧，还是民俗最贴近百姓生活了，这一点无论何时都是让人怀念的。这也是中国悠久的历史文化中的重要组成部分，也是民族文化中的精髓，这是西方国家所没有的，许多外国观众对这些老北京京腔京韵的文化也是感到惊奇不已的。当我进入这个展厅时，感觉像回到了老北京，亲切之感油然而生，看到这里立刻感觉到了做个北京人的自豪与骄傲。老北京的结婚习俗、过年习俗、包括生子的习俗让我们这些生长在80后的人感到新鲜。结婚在老北京是件很繁复的程序迎亲仪仗队、抬婚轿、抬聘礼、洞房花烛等一系列的程序，虽然繁复但热闹非凡，新娘要穿凤冠霞披，女孩子一辈子的大事就在这热闹非凡的氛围中完成了。过年是中国的大节日，过去的百姓一年中最盼望的就是这个节了，从腊月二十三一直到大年三十每天都有事情做，送财神、卖年画、贴对联、祭灶神，充满了年味，大人孩子各个精神饱满，迎接春节。老北京的街头满是热闹的景象，街头卖艺的一人踩高跷、舞扇、杂耍，一片太平盛世，体现了老百姓对平安生活的向往。

地下一层是画家潘玉良的作品展，她是中国画家的女中人杰，最早一批留学海外的画家，从师西蒙等国外知名油画大师，虽然我是学艺术类的，但是对她的作品了解的并不多，但看了就有益处。

这次参观令我大长见识，对中国悠久的历史文化感到自豪，更加深化了我的爱国主义思想以及民族自豪感，博物馆浓缩了一个国家的文明精华，民族的就是世界的。

圆明园，一个历史悠久的世界级文明杰作。它凝聚了中华人民的智慧。但在公元1860年，它遭到了一次重大的破坏。多数文物被侵略者所夺取。

今天，我有幸见到了被我国人民用重金赎回的圆明园四大兽首。 圆明园原有十二个兽首。如今仅剩四个，这四个兽首分别是----牛首、虎首、猴首和猪首。

接着，我又仔细观察了虎首。这只老虎两只耳朵竖了起来，似乎在听有没有什么声音。眼睛大大地，瞪着你，嘴巴却张得老大的，似乎在吃什么东西。额上的一个“王”字使它的威信更高。

虎首旁边是猴首。猴首活灵活现！也将美猴王的形象表现了出来。细细观察，这尊猴首身上的汗毛都可以数得清清楚楚。真佩服古代人民是怎么雕出来的。这个猴首两只眼睛紧盯着你不放。它的嘴巴微微咧开，仿佛在朝你微笑。

最后是猪首。这尊猪首造型与中国传统猪的造型差异较大，尖嘴长吻，獠牙外凸，颇似野猪的形象，但蒲扇般的大耳朵又显出中国传统审美趣味。瞧它那双小小的眼睛正打量着你呢！

接下来我们又参观了一些新出土的几千年前甚至几万年前的菩萨雕像。这些雕像惟妙惟肖，制作精细，虽然埋在地下那么多年，但仍然弱栩栩如生，活灵活现。

参观完博物馆，我认为这些文物都是奇迹，在几万年前科学那么落后的时代里，那些精美的文物又是如何制作得比现代工艺还好呢？我想是中华人民的勤劳和智慧以及他们的探索精神创造了这个奇迹。

谁不想去无垠的宇宙间遨游，谁不想去探索天空的奥秘？无数闪着光辉的星球、光彩夺目的流星群、千万艘往来穿梭的宇宙飞船……宇宙中的一切是多么的美妙。这无垠的天空是何等的新奇。因此，探索宇宙的奥秘成了我最大的向往。

暑假里，我和妈妈去北京旅游，参观了北京天文博物馆。

那天，天气晴朗，万里无云。我坐在公共汽车上，眼睛望着窗外闪过的高楼大厦，脑海中想象着博物馆的样子，幻想着神奇的宇宙。

“旅客同志们，天文博物馆到了，下车的旅客请下车。”一阵清脆的报站声，把我从遐想中惊醒。我急忙挤下汽车，驻足观看。首先映入眼帘的是“天文博物馆”几个苍劲有力的大字，随之看到的是一座高大雄伟的半圆形建筑，十分奇特。我真不知道天文博物馆为什么建成这个模样。

我带着疑问，怀着无比好奇的心情，走进了博物馆大厅。此时，我如同置身于一个色彩缤纷的梦幻世界：镶嵌着各种花纹的天花板晶莹透亮，能映出人影来；几个玻璃大吊灯，庄重典雅；大理石铺成的地面像水洗过一样，十分干净。四周雪白的墙壁上，挂着许多星球的照片，下面还配着星球的介绍，有土星、木星、金星……咦？那是什么？圆圆的，闪着光辉，更有趣的是它还拖着一条长“尾巴”。噢，原来这是彗星。我绕大厅转了一圈儿。发现这展厅大极了，像个大会堂。

从大厅顺楼梯向上攀，就到了第二层的放映厅。我环顾四周，这里与普通的电影院不同，银幕在天花板上，还是个半球形的，像个大锅扣在上面似的。我这才知道博物馆为什么是半球形的。电影开始放映了，是关于星座的影片。周围昏暗了，“天上”出现了满天星斗，顽皮地眨着眼睛，仿佛在向人们问好。“看，那是什么？”随着影片中指示标所指的方向，我抬头仰望，只见一条银色的光带横穿星空，那就是银河。牛郎、织女的爱情故事想必也是家喻户晓了。我正在遐想之中，指示标又指向另一个星座，啊！“天蝎座”。它多么像一只弯弯曲曲的大蝎子呀！我又看了“金牛座”、“天琴座”等。这些星座，有80多种，影片还介绍了有关它们的来历和传说，是那么美丽动人。此时此刻，我仿佛坐在宇宙飞船上，仿佛在和日月星辰交朋友。啊，宇宙给我带来了无尽的想象……

看完电影，我来到了天文博物馆的第三层。第三层是天文望远镜和许多其它天文仪器，我沉醉在美妙的宇宙中。

时间过得好快，转眼已是下午，我恋恋不舍地离开了天文博物馆，深情地望了它最后一眼。因为，我在这里得到了欢乐，获得了知识，了解了宇宙……

Fast food has flooded in our lives nowadays. Concerning fast food,

different people have different attitudes.Some hold that fast food is necessary

in our society while others argue that fast food is harmful to our health. As

far as I am concerned, fast food is necessary but not a must in our lives.

On the one hand, fast food is necessary in our today’s society. Although

fast food is not as nutritious as home-made food, it is a good replacement when

we are in hurry and have no enough time to prepare food by ourselves. It can

help us to save much time. In addition, fast food is cheaper but various and we

can taste different kinds of food by using less money.

On the other hand, however, fast food is not a must. Fast food can be used

to replace our home-made food sometimes, but we should not eat it very often.

Compared with home-made food, the nutrition provided by fast food is far less.

Therefore, eating fast food only can not provide enough nutrition for our

growth. Besides, the problem of food security is another factor we should

consider when eating fast food.

In a word, fast food is necessary sometimes in our lives, but we can not

eat it very often. At the same time, to fit for the need of people, fast food

restaurants should develop and provide more and more nutritious food and

strengthen the supervision of food making.

Gorky said: "Books are the ladder of human progress!" It is obvious how

important reading is! Reading books allows us to learn a wealth of knowledge,

but also make people progress.

Usually we should read more books, and we must read good books, such as:

science fiction, composition, fairy tales, fables, myths and other useful.

Meaningful book. However, for books like comics, it is best to read less.

"Reading through thousands of books, writing pens is like a god." I think

that reading more is good for writing. When reading, you should accumulate some

good words and good sentences, and then copy them on your notebook. Learn more

about other peoples writing skills. Content, so that when writing, the

Books are our good friends; books are also our good teachers; none of us

leave anyone, book this intimate teacher, this competent teacher!

Every year, my school holds sports meeting in about October, I am very

exciting about it, I can watch the wonderful game and don’t have class. My

school’s sports meeting lasts three days, the class is suspended, all the

students go to the play ground to watch the game. As an audience, I am so

nervous and yell out “come on” to my classmate, watching they get to the final

line, I am so proud of them. The part I like most is relay race, that is so

exciting, all the students yell loudly, the athletes chase one by one, nobody

can be sure who is the champion until the last minute. Sports meeting bring me

so many beautiful memories.

Its Sunday today. I got up early and did my homework on the table. All of a

sudden I remembered the mothers day, a picture of my mind, remembering a past

thing that moved me.

Thats the case. After coming home from school that afternoon, my mother came

back. I found that my mother was very tired, his eyes were squinting, and I

yawned. So she sent me to do my homework at home. But I felt very sad to see my

mother working so hard, so I decided to share the housework for my mother. I

began to pick up the stuff in my home, first fold the newspaper, and then the

glass was cleaned.

I put the glass on the pot filled with water, and then picked up the cloth, a

brush up. I found a little dirty in a cup, and I took some detergent to wash it.

Suddenly, the cup from the hand slipped, piercing sound startled me. I hastened

to pick up the pieces of glass on the floor. At this time, I found that my

your hands. Let me come." I stood up and bowed my head embarrassed and said,

Looking back on this, I felt very warm. It told me that maternal love is
