参观完兵器馆我们又来到玉器馆呈列室，里面的玉器数量繁多，年代久远。最惹人眼球的是翡翠白菜与翡翠麒麟。先来说说翡翠白菜吧，它高10.3厘米，寛6.07厘米，长18.3厘米。是一块难得的珍品。翡翠白菜上半部分呈青色，下半部份逐渐变成晶莹透亮的乳白色，在灯光照射下十分耀眼。最令人惊讶的是层层叠叠的绿叶上竟然有红宝石做的小虫子。他们正在啃食菜叶，就连蚕食后的小洞洞的清晰可见我不得不赞叹古人的智慧，鬼斧神工的工艺。

如果说玉白菜是鬼斧神工，那么翡翠玉麒麟，它那完美的雕工，栩栩如生的造型就是巧夺天工，神之杰作。它令我如痴如醉，如梦如醒。神不知鬼不觉，时间如流水，夕阳西下，哥哥拖拽着我离开了博物馆。

话说“一千年历史看北京，三千年历史看西安”，历史上曾有十三个朝代在西安建都，给这座古城留下了宝贵的历史遗迹。去年暑假，我来到赫赫有名的中国四大博物馆之一的陕西历史博物馆参观。

远望陕西历史博物馆，便是一派大气、雄伟的仿唐代建筑，好像一座盛唐时期的宫殿。馆内共有一百七十多万件宝物。其中的基本馆是按年代顺序排列的，史前人类部分展出了距今115万年的陕西蓝田人、大荔人的头骨碎片以及他们使用的石器，陕西不愧是人类文明的发祥地。而夏商周时期，多以形状各异、种类繁多的青铜器为主，有生活用具、礼器、兵器……开启了人类制造工具的先河。之后，是以兵马俑为代表的秦代部分，其中的国宝厅有一尊与众不同的绿面跪射俑，神奇之处在于他的脸是淡绿色的，也是秦兵马俑出土的唯一的一个，虽然面部已经斑驳，但英姿犹在。在讲解员的介绍下，我才知道每一尊兵马俑原来都是被彩绘过的，封存在地下两千多年，只是在出土的一瞬间，接触空气就迅速氧化、褪色，变成了如今的土灰色。此外，这里还展出了许多兵器，有长短不一的刀、剑、矛，还有各种弓、弩、箭，可见当时秦朝军事的强大。

而后参观的汉、唐部分，则更是整个陕西历史博物馆的精华所在，这里展出了大量精妙绝伦的金银器和唐三彩，令人叹为观止，体现出古人无穷的智慧与精湛的工艺。其中一个“唐葡萄花鸟纹银香囊”，机关重重，无论怎样转动，里面的香料都不会洒落，而且做工十分考究，有繁复精美的镂空花纹，据说深得杨贵妃的喜爱，更是博物馆的镇馆之宝。

整个博物馆的大大小小的宝物令我目不暇接，流连忘返，是当之无愧的“古都明珠，华夏宝库”！

今天我和姥姥、妈妈一起参观了河南省地质博物馆。

还未进入博物馆的大门，就看见高大威猛的恐龙模型一下子吸引了我对恐龙的兴趣。来到恐龙厅，我们看到了亚洲体腔最大的恐龙，还有世界最小的窃蛋龙。中国唯一的恐龙结节龙。看到了巨大无比的恐龙骨架及恐龙蛋化石，让我十分震撼。

来到我最喜欢的地球厅，模型和高科技展览着浩瀚的宇宙天体，太阳系、银河系等无数的星球像点点繁星，沿着各自的轨道旋转着，在这里让我知道了地球的形成，演化的奥秘，增长了天文地理方面的知识，我不禁感叹在这浩大的宇宙面前，地球是多么的渺小，但我认为地球又是多么的伟大，她是我们六十多亿人赖以生存的母亲，她赋予我们生存最好的自然环境、水源、氧气及适应各种农作物生长的土地。我们一定要保护地球，减少污染，不让地球母亲受到人类自己的伤害。

还有生物厅、地质厅、矿产资源厅等，看到了千奇百怪，五彩斑斓，形态各异的各种矿石，大理石、花岗岩、石英石、水晶、玉石，让我们感叹大自然的鬼斧神工，为人类留下了这么美好的宝贵财富。还让我知道了我国矿产资源原本还是挺丰富，但最近由于人们大量开采，导致矿产资源枯竭或消失。矿产资源不能再生，让我们珍惜这些矿产资源吧，多给以后的人留下一些宝贵的财富。

三个多小时的参观，让我知道了不少天文，地质，资源，环境等方面的知识，使我大开眼界，受益匪浅。

星期五天气晴朗，阳光明媚，中午吃完饭我们在大厅集合，因为我们四（4）班要代表四年级去参观梅李镇历史文化博物馆和孝廉文化广场。而且说是由以前的老校长陆校长带我们去以及给我们讲解。同学们都非常开心。

带着无比兴奋的心情我们第一站聚沙公园内的历史文化博物馆。一进门里面有很多树林，走到客厅前面有两根红色的高大柱子，中间有个玻璃框，里面放了一个像花瓶样的古董。这时陆校长给我们介绍了梅李镇的由来。原来很早以前有两位武将，一位叫梅世忠，一位叫李开山，梅李镇因他们的姓氏而得名。梅李建镇距今已有整整1100年的历史。沿着楼梯往二楼上去，在二楼分别有“革命斗争史厅”和“文物厅”。革命斗争史厅内陈列了著名的梅李抗日英雄任天石，薛慧民等革命烈士的事迹介绍和照片，以及他们用过的物品，还有抗战时缴货的日军指挥刀，解放时武工队用的党旗。真是看得我们眼花缭乱，让我们深深体会到我们今天的幸福生活是多么的来之不易，我们应该向那些崇高的革命烈士致敬，更应该好好的珍惜现在的幸福生活，一定要认真学习，长大后努力成为社会有用之才。

从历史文化博物馆出来沿着小路往东西方向走，我们到了第二站孝廉文化广场，看见了石碑上刻着《劝孝歌》，梅李是孝爱文化之乡。孝爱长廊里有古代二十四孝故事，也有梅李十四孝故事。听说同时梅李还首发了《梅李的故事》孝廉篇连环书籍。在陆校长的带领下，我们最后一站是聚沙塔。塔院门前有两颗高大挺拔的古银杏树，像古塔的忠诚卫士。听陆校长介绍聚沙塔以前叫“聚沙百福宝塔”，始建于南宋绍兴年间。八面七层，高20多米，系仿木塔楼阁式砖木结构。几百年来历经严寒酷暑，狂风暴雨，仍巍然屹立着。1997年，聚沙塔经过大修复原，并在塔周开辟聚沙公园。园内有“中共常熟县委，常熟人民抗日武装诞生纪念碑。现在聚沙公园已成为梅李镇的文化游览中心。聚沙塔更是成为了我们梅李镇上一座标志性著名的古塔。

时间过的真快，在陆校长的讲解下，我们已不知不觉走到公园门口了。最后吴老师让我们合影了张照片，结束了这次愉快的旅程。这次旅程让我收获了不少。”东乡十八镇，梅李第一镇“，原来梅李拥有着这么多悠久的文化历史。生长在梅李，作为新时代的梅李人，我感到骄傲与自豪。

今天是个好日子，阳光明媚，万里无云。中午，我们吃完饭就挺着大肚子兴高采烈的来到一楼集合，准备向聚沙公园方向行进。一路上蓝天、白云、绿树都分外美丽，我一边走一边哼着歌“我们是共产主义接班人”。要过马路了，车可真多，一辆接着一辆，我有点心惊胆战，幸好孙老师带领我们有秩序的穿过了马路。我们又走了10分钟左右的时间，终于到了目的地———聚沙公园。

我们先去了梅李历史博物馆。走过一条磨的溜光的石板路，就看见了为我们讲解的陆校长。我细细的打量他，只见他白发苍苍、相貌和蔼可亲，声音洪亮。陆校长带领我们先来到通史馆，在这里我明白了为什么这里称为梅李：以前这里被称为梅林，因力这里有一片梅树林，战争时代，为了纪念战死沙场的梅、李二位将军，所以被后人称为梅李。陆校长又领我们到楼上去，我们轻手轻脚的走上楼，哇，这里的文物可真多呀！有穿孔石斧、马奔文化三足陶鼎、战国印文陶罐真是数不胜数啊！我们还看到了日本人烧杀抢夺中国人，看到这时我心中仿佛有了一团团的怒火，就要喷发。

通过小路到了聚沙园，这里的植物可真多啊，有红枫、孝顺竹、菊花我们向第一站孝爱文化广场走去，我们参观了古代的二十四孝，现代十四孝，我看到这些故事万分惭愧，在家里妈妈要我干什么，我都是答应：“知道了”然后又去玩，妈妈的话当成了耳旁风，最后还是妈妈干。跟他们比我还差十万八千里呢。陆校长还给我们布置了一项不一样的作业，是回去后帮爸爸妈妈干干家务，给他们洗洗脚、捶捶背。之后我们去了第二站聚沙百福塔。塔高七层，高度是32.8米，内室正方形，周围有五十六个铜铃，微风吹铜铃唱起了欢快的歌，菊花听见了，在秋风中笑红了脸。

我们最后在公园里照了张照片，给今天的参观画上了一个圆满的句号。

七月十日，我、妈妈、刘新颜和官阿姨到博物馆去玩。

到了那里，我和刘新颜便迫不及待的参观起博物馆来。博物馆有植物厅、动物厅、地质厅、中国古代文化厅等，还有科学画廊、书画廊和辉煌成就展览。

就说中国古代文化厅吧，那里有许多象征中国古代文化的遗产：有原始人用的石斧;有古代人用的青铜剑;还有出土的古人陪葬品等。有一个站着的猪头俑特别奇怪，身子和人一样，穿着古代的衣服，头却和猪差不多，长着长长的嘴巴，两只大大的猪耳朵耷着，有趣极了!可惜展品介绍里我们有很多字不认识，无法读出“它”的名字。于是，我把妈妈叫上来用手机查，有一个字是“钺”，我猜它读“yue”，刘新颜没猜出来，我妈妈用手机一查，果然读“yue”，我高兴地大叫：“我猜对了!”真没想到，在这里参观，我除了增添了不少科学知识以外，还认识了很多汉字，实在太开心了!

不知不觉，我们在博物馆里已经参观了两个小时，直到坐上了回家的车，我还沉浸在刚才参观时的情景里。难忘的峨眉山博物馆，我一定会再来的。

The Culture of China is home to one of the worlds oldest and most complex

civilizations. China boasts a history rich in over 5,000 years of artistic,

philosophical, political, and scientific advancement. Though regional

differences provide a sense of diversity, commonalities in language and religion

connect a culture distinguished by such significant contributions such as

Confucianism and Taoism. Confucianism was the official philosophy throughout

most of Imperial Chinas history and strongly influenced other countries in East

Asia. Mastery of Confucian texts provided the primary criterion for entry into

the imperial bureaucracy.

With the rise of Western economic and military power beginning in the

mid-19th century, Western systems of social and political organization gained

adherents in China. Some of these would-be reformers rejected Chinas cultural

legacy, while others sought to combine the strengths of Chinese and Western

cultures.

China is a unified nation consisting of many different ethnic groups.

Fifty-six different ethnic groups make up the great Chinese national family.

Because the Han people accounts for more than ninety percent of Chinas

population, the remaining fifty-five groups are generally referred to as "ethnic

minorities." Next to the majority Han, the Mongolian, Hui, Tibetan, and Uygur

peoples comprise the largest ethnic groups. Although Chinas ethnic minorities

do not account for a large portion of the population, they are distributed over

a vast area, residing in every corner of China.

Particularly since the implementation of Chinas opening and reform policy,

the central government has increased investment in minority areas and

accelerated their opening to the outside world. This has resulted in an upsurge

of economic development in these areas. Each of Chinas ethnic minority groups

possesses a distinctive culture. The Chinese government respects minority

customs, and works to preserve, study, and collate the cultural artifacts of

Chinas ethnic minority groups. The government vigorously supports the

development of minority culture and the training of minority cultural workers,

and fosters the development of traditional minority medicine.

The relation among Chinas ethnic groups can be described as "overall

integration, local concentration, mutual interaction." Concentrations of ethnic

minorities reside within predominantly Han areas, and the Han people also reside

in minority areas, indicating that there has been extensive exchanges among

Chinas ethnic groups since ancient times. With the development of the market

economy, interaction among ethnic groups has become even more active in the

areas of government, economics, culture, daily life, and marriage. Linked by

interdependence, mutual assistance, and joint development, their common goals

and interests creating a deep sense of solidarity, Chinas ethnic groups

resemble a great national family, together building Chinese civilization.

In a few days is the National Day, our school will be on holiday then.

The students know the origin of the National Day? Now I introduce you to the students.

On October 1, 1949 the day announced chairman MAO on the tiananmen rostrum, the founding of the Peoples Republic of China.

So this day is called "National Day".

I also saw on TV the peoples liberation army uncle for the motherland people can live a happy happy life, is not afraid of Japan on the battlefield, with their life for our happy and beautiful life today.

And outside people have a holiday back to work and study, and the family reunion together, about this season.

This is my idea of a "National Day", I hope everyone can enjoy a nice holiday.

Today father took me to the Science and Technology Center. I am fond of invention very much. I know that science and technology is the greatest driving force of human progress. When we entered the Center, there came an interpreter who explained to us the process of those inventions. I saw many plane and satellite models that I have never seen before. Its really an eye-opening day to me.

今天爸爸带我去科技中心。我非常喜欢发明。我知道科技是人类进步的最大动力。当我们进入中心,有一个翻译的过程向我们解释那些发明。我看到许多飞机和卫星模型,我从来没有见过的。这是一个令人瞠目结舌的一天对我来说。

Cars and Air Pollution

Too many cars have created a lot of serious problems in our world. Besides congestion, accidents and fast fuel consumption, cars are responsible for a good part of air pollution in big cities. All the time, they are pumping huge amounts of waste gases into the atmosphere. These gases are very harmful, causing disease and even death.

One possible solution is to design and develop clean cars and clean fuels. In Shanghai, some of the public buses begin to run on natural gas, which does not give off as much carbon dioxide as the petrol. But it may take decades for the new models of clean cars completely replace the traditional ones. Another solution is to develop modern public transportation systems and restrict the use of private cars. If the price of petrol rises constantly and the public vehicles are efficient and convenient enough, most people will not buy private cars. And the total number of cars in big cities will reduce greatly.

On the whole, the elimination of air pollution needs the collective efforts from the government, the public and the environmentalists.

i do the normal routine, eat dinner, clean the house, write-the usual stuff. and then i lay down hoping to fall asleep quickly so my new day will hurry up and arrive. a new day with a brand new sun. but as i lay there and wait for the world to turn half way around, i think about her. and sometimes i smile, and sometimes that smile will turn into asnicker, and then often that snicker will turn into a burst of laughter.

我按平时的规律吃晚餐、打扫屋子、写作--做着日常事务。然后我躺下，希望能快点入睡，新的一天就能快点到来--拥有新生太阳的崭新的一天。可当我躺在那儿，等待着世界的日夜回转时，我想到了她。有时我会笑起来，有时那微笑变成了窃笑，然后窃笑又常常变成爆笑。
