石马小学、黄龙小学等多所学校利用大课间时间，组织学生开展消防和防踩踏演练，活动围绕发生火灾时如何正确报警、怎样扑灭火灾以及如何逃生自救等内容，提升了学生安全避险、自救互救能力。3月27日，九华第一中学、毛家小学、九华中心小学组织全校学生进行安全知识竞赛活动，比赛现场，同学们仔细阅卷、认真答题，在考试中掌握基本的安全常识，使安全知识入脑入心。

发生火灾时，如果被大火围困，特别是被围困在楼上时，在拨打了119报警电话后，我们应千方百计设法自救。如火势不大，可浸湿棉被、毯子等披在身上从火中冲出去。此时，要当机立断，切不可犹豫不决，以免火势越烧越大，错过逃生时机。身处烟雾捂口鼻若被困周围烟雾很大，这可比火更为可怕。因为烟雾中含有大量的有毒有害气体，如果不加防备，就会被有毒有害烟气熏倒，这往往是火灾事故中死亡率最高的原因。如果一定要冲出烟雾区，必须用湿毛巾等捂住鼻嘴，尽可能地猫腰贴地跑出，这样才能减少烟气的吸入量，以免中毒倒下。如果建筑物有避难房、疏散楼梯的，可以先躲进避难房或由疏散楼梯撤至安全地方。如多层建筑物火灾，楼梯已被烧断，或者火势已相当猛烈时，可以利用房屋的老虎窗、阳台、下水管道或其他可以接地牢固的物件逃生。如生命受到威胁，又无逃生之路时，可以用绳索或将床单撕成条状连接起来，一端拴在固定物件上，再顺着绳索或布条滑下。如果万分情急决定跳楼出逃时，可先往地下抛出一些衣物棉被等，以增加缓冲，然后手扶窗台往下滑，以缩小跳落高度，并尽力保持双脚着地，尽可能地保全性命。“隐患险于明火，防范胜于救灾，责任重于泰山”。

Nowdays, with the rapid development of the road, cars have been playing an increasingly important role in our day-to-day life. It has brought a lot of benefits but has created some serious problems as well. Traffic safety as the most importent one, is closely related to everybodys business.

This phenomenon exists for a number of reasons . Some of the accidents are due to mechanical problems. As the vehicles in the road become common, the function of vehicles has improved and the speed is getting faster. They drive regardless of speed limits, run through red lights, drive in the wrong direction, talk and laugh while driving, and turn at will without giving signals. Some effective measures must be taken to slove this problem. The major cause for traffic accidents is people’s lack of safety awareness. Completing a safety driving education course is a very important way to reduce the number of traffic accidents. The key point for this issue is people’s awareness towards safety. It is a long-term goal rather than a single course for safety driving. The best way to solve the troubles is that we all abey the traffic rules. 我们学校的活动设施总体来讲很安全，而且样样都齐，一样也不缺。

不过我建议：

一、最好尽快把那座教学楼修好，一经很久都没修了，不然很容易给同学带来一些安全隐，伤到同学们。

二、应该修几个厕所，因为每天午休起床后太多人去上厕所了，排个队都要十多分钟，很可能会造成踩踏事故，不过，如果学生们一个一个地排好队，就不会了。以上的是我提出的两条建议，虽然只有两条，但是做，可能会比较难做，不过尽快吧！

记得有一次，上三年级的时候，三二班的梁建锋同学和其它几个同学在楼梯上完耍，玩“爬楼梯”，但是不好的事发生了，梁健锋同学突然从楼上摔下去，从三楼一直摔倒二楼，那时，他的心一定碎了，他一定想：为什么我要玩这样的游戏……听说他骨折了，没了，后来他的伤好了，但是每当想起那一幕，还是惊心肉跳。因小事而吵起来，还有的同学甚至把生命也搭上了。这些所引起的不是一句道歉就可以挽回，而是一辈子的后悔啊。

学校是我们共同学习、生活的地方，有老师，有同学，有花草树木，小样就相当于我们的家呀！通道这些你是否想过，比如：课间同学们互相追逐打闹，从楼梯扶手滑下来，都是很不安全的。可是有两个同学偏偏不听，最终有一个同学掉下来，幸好没什么大碍。还有一个同学在上学期期末考试时，不遵守校园安全纪律搞得左手骨折了。

所谓食品安全，就是食品里不含任何对人体有害物质。如果食品变质或者含有毒物质，就会给我们身体带来危害甚至危及生命。食品安全关乎人的生命健康。劣质食品极大得危害了人的健康，轻则拉肚子腹泻，重则中毒昏迷，更有甚者可能会引起死亡。的确，食品安全直接关系着群众的身体健康和生活质量。学校周边有许多小店，那诱人的“美食“发出阵阵香味，同学们抵挡不住零食的诱惑，你五角，我一元地买了许多零食，结果有些买零食的同学都因为买了不卫生的食品而拉肚子。

以上事例都足以证明食品安全的重要性，食品不安全的事件给人们的生活造成了很大的影响，食品监管部门也一直很重视这个问题。相信有关部门能够严肃处理，严格管理，给大家一个放心的食品食用环境。而我们作为一名小学生，作为社会的一份子，我们也应该要不断提高自我保护能力和自我保护意识，以及尽自己的绵薄之力配合监管部门工作。

大家知道，人类最基本的需求——除了对空气、水和食物的需要外，就是安全了。报纸、电视、新闻的内容越来越让人感到恐惧，如火灾、矿难、洪水、海啸、地震、车祸、战争、恐怖袭击、暴力等等，我们已经确信自己生活的环境不能100%的安全了。

作为学生，一年有绝大部分时间在学校和学校周围生活。在这个人口密集，面积狭小的特殊的环境里，安全更是我们的一直关注的重点，国家有关部门为此专门立了相关法律法规，制定了相关条例。如《学生伤害事故处理办法》、《未成年人保护法》、《预防未成年人犯罪法》等，同时国家也提出了“安全工作责任重于泰山”、“安全第一，预防为主”的方针，同时，国家又成立了安全总局，负责全国安全工作的管理，这说明国家非常重视安全工作。调查显示，我国中小学生因交通事故、建筑物倒塌、食物中毒、溺水、治安事故、暴力犯罪等死亡，平均每天有40多人，相当于每天有一个班的学生失去他们如花的生命!楼房拥挤造成学生受伤，课间追逐打闹造成骨折，课堂上被铅笔头扎伤、实验过程中被烫伤、溺水身亡、学生打架斗殴以及车祸等意外事故令人防不胜防。枯燥冰冷的数字，这些令人心颤的事实背后我们看见了什么呢?逝者以他们的鲜活而短暂的生命向我们提出了哪些警示呢?望老师、同学深思!

尽管生活中有不可避免的突发灾难，未知遭遇常让我们胆战心惊，手足无措，但研究表明，通过加强自我保护意识，提高自我保护能力，若能在灾难和伤害降临的初期，及时采取正确的措施，80%的伤害是可以避免的。

我们小学生正处于生理的发育阶段，心理非常单纯，最容易受到各种各样的伤害。但是，生命总是眷顾有安全意识的人，而安全意识是从日常行为中体现出来的。比如：遵纪守法，遵守交通规则，自觉抵制暴力、黄色信息和毒品，遇事要冷静，做事多想想后果，做到三思而行，同学间有了矛盾要冷静解决，不要以非对非。学会求助他人，学会躲避风险，如：遇到火灾要及时报告大人，或拨打119报警电话，不能贸然只身去救火，因为我们小学生人小无能力;遭遇暴力(以大欺小)一定要想办法及时脱身，报告老师或拨打110电话报案，要学会拒绝别人的无理要求或不良诱惑，养成良好的生活习惯，这些知识很简单，但如果做不到，我们的健康甚至生命就可能收到威胁，同时我还希望同学们做到“四防”，即：防火——严禁玩火，禁止把火源带入学校，杜绝火灾事故发生，一旦遭遇火灾，要学会正确的逃生方法(班主任按要求指导学生);防水——严禁私自下河堰洗澡，杜绝溺水事故的发生，如果发生同伴溺水的危急事情，要马上就近找到大人求救，千万不能因为害怕而逃离现场;防盗——关好门窗，注意自身财物的保管;防自身安全——自觉遵守公共秩序、社会公德和学校安全常规，严禁课间或户外活动时不听从老师教导、追逐吵闹伤害事故的发生。

同时，我希望全体员工要进一步增强“校园安全责任重于泰山”和“我是安全工作责任人”的意识，每一个人在自己所在的岗位上把好每一关，关心学生胜于关心自己(今天下午的火场逃生演习全体师生参加，除班主任、进班老师外，科任老师一律随班参加);各个班级要高度重视安全工作，做到“四化”——教育经常化，制度科学化，安全措施具体化，学生行为规范化，努力创建安全文明校园，为学生勤奋学习，快乐生活，全面发展提供一个和谐的环境。
