在这里，我认识了很多朋友。有老师，有家长，有小博友，还有校讯通的叔叔阿姨，他们都是我最亲最近的“家人”。每天，不管多累，我都会到“家”里看看我的“家人”，欣赏欣赏我的“家人”发表的，在他们的里和他们一起开心快乐，并写下我的感悟和对“家人”的祝福。我还会参考和学习一下他们的一些写作方法和经验，并用留言的方式留下我的困惑和感悟与大家一起探讨。我有时还用日记的方式记录我每到一个地方的新奇见闻、所想所感、喜怒哀乐，不管是开心的、快乐的、烦恼的，还是悲伤的，我都用键盘打成一行行文字，做成一张张美丽的图片和我的“家人”分享。在这里，我得到了无数从未谋面的“家人”的关心和爱护；在这里，我体会到了成功的喜悦和幸福；在这里，我从一个蹒跚学步的写作菜鸟成长为班级博客之星；在这里，无数关爱我的“家人”激起了我浓厚的写作兴趣，树立起我对写作的坚强信心……

校讯通，让我在电脑网里开辟了一片崭新的天地。它就像一片充满生机的绿洲，在我用心血和汗水的真诚浇灌下，焕发出生命的光彩！

电脑网络，已不再是我玩游戏、看动画的专属，它已经是我生命的一部分，因为它让我体会到了成功和幸福……

校园安全以人为本，首先从宣传教育做起。江泽民主席说过：“隐患险于明火，防范胜于救灾，安全工作责任重于泰山。”关注人本，确立安全意识是校园安全的前提与保障。要定期组织“安全”专题宣传栏、广播、墙报，让学生投稿、编撰，在活动中培育他们的安全意识;通过开讲座、播专题影片等学生感兴趣的活动，传授各种自救措施，如火中自救、触电救护、饮食中毒抢救，特别是遇到犯罪行为如何处理以及消防知识等，提高师生安全防范意识和自护自救能力;推行“安全教育周”，举办丰富多彩的安全主题活动;举行消防、安全知识竞赛以及安全主题的作文竞赛;组织教师为校园安全工作进言献策，并对有价值、有创意建议予以奖励;组织学生为校园安全拟警示语。在活动中，师生的人本意识得到了激发，积极主动地关注校园安全，如安全警示语征集活动中，涌现了诸如“不挤不拥不打闹，怀文校园更美好”“轻声慢步不打闹，上下楼梯要走好”“楼梯非跑道，上下勿奔跑”等等学生自拟的安全警告语，安全意识深入人心。

校园安全以人为本，注重校园安全的制度化，以制度促安全习惯的养成。把以人为本抓安全的理念施诸于学校生活的每一时段，贯穿于怀文校园的每一个角落。

教学区：楼梯墙壁贴有文明提示语，规定学生上下楼梯的顺序。如“过走廊轻声慢步，上下楼靠右缓行”等等;老师上课实行交接班制度，引导学生不在楼梯上奔跑，并控制学生班与班之间流动次数。

活动区：初中学生普遍好动，学生在一起活动难免发生碰撞等不安全事项，并且我校的活动区远离教室，也就远离了老师，学生就会在活动区干一些违纪的事情，对此一方面要予以“控”，加强活动区的巡锣，及时处理突发事件;更主要的是予以“引”，以人为本，尊重学生的个性发展和身心特点，由政教处、各分部、年级、班级组织丰富多彩的活动，充实他们的课余生活。

生活区：食堂是饮食重地，高度重视，率先垂范，实行领导、老师尝饭尝菜制度，确保饮食安全;食堂员工定期体检，服装整齐、配证上岗;学校严格控制进货渠道。宿舍管理更要体现了以人为本的理念，领导、老师深入宿舍与学生一齐就寝，既营造了如家庭般安全温馨的氛围，又可及时掌握学生动向，确保校园安全。

消防器材设施齐全，摆放位置固定。因学生常对其感兴趣，易导致损坏;一方面注意疏导，引导学生正确认识其作用，班级设立安全员，学会正确使用消防设施;另一方面经常检查，及时更换并制定应急方案。

校园安全事关千家万户，努力汇聚全校师生的智慧与力量，以人为本、群策群力，消除各种安全隐患，打造平安校园。

When a variety of problems plague the information systems, the critical

importance of information security becomes the focus of peoples concern.

It does deserve the unprecedented emphasis.

It is widely accepted that information security, to some extent, outweighs

other spheres in the field of information. So the related authorities,

enterprises, institutions and organizations place the high priority on it.

Information Security concerns a range of problems- information

interception, loss, damage etc. Business and military information leakage will

have an devastating impact.

For the information owners and monitors, they must drive their efforts to

enhance the security protection and maintenance. For example, a strict control

over the access to the secret data shouldnt be absent.

The network and software provider should take a set of tailored protection

measures targeting different computer crimes.

The security issues should be also considered at the legislative level, so

we are clamoring for a law designed to clamp down on various cyber crimes.

ncreased stress results in increased productivity--up to a point. However,

this level differs for each of us. Its very much like the stress on a violin

string. Not enough produces a dull. harsh sound. Too much makes sharp, annoying

noir, or causes the string to snap. However, just the right degree can create

magnificent tones. Similarly, we all need to find the proper level of stress

that promotes optimal performance, and enables us to make harmonious music. Good

health is more than just the absence of illness. Rather, it is a very robust

state of physical and emotional well being that acknowledges the importance and

inseparability of mind/body relationships. In the next program. I hope you will
