继重庆、广西和深圳陆续出台针对校园贷监管政策后，上周，广州互联网金融协会下发了关于校园贷的“八项不得”。其中包括网贷平台不得向未成年人或限制民事行为能力的学生提供借贷撮合服务;不得委托学生、校园工作人员、校园商户等在学校开展推销或代理活动;不得开展违规违法的催收行为等。(9月13日经济参考报)

校园贷野蛮生长的历史，不过再次印证了“不作不死”之定律。2016年上半年，与爆发式增长的校园贷生意相匹配的，是“跳楼自杀”、“裸条借贷”等各色负面传闻。借钱的、催债的……一幕幕惊天大戏，在校园与借贷公司之间上演。最后的最后，舆论声压之下——8月24日，银监会就有关情况召开新闻发布会并明确提出，目前对校园网贷采取“停、移、整、教、引”五字方针。

大势已定之后，属地管理的紧箍咒一声声念起。9月7日，广州互联网金融协会发布《关于规范校园网络借贷业务的通知》，明确八项具体规定;次日，上海金融信息行业协会牵头发起成立“上海校园贷绿色联盟”，提出“五要五不”规则……算上重庆、广西、深圳等地的规定，校园贷任性妄为的历史，基本算是快要画上句号了。

借贷消费自然不是洪水猛兽，大学生作为成年公民，亦有合法的消费自由。不过，下面两组数据还是值得警惕：一是据统计，2015年，全国在校大学生有3000万左右，这个群体有超过80%的人资金短缺，估算消费信贷市场超过4000亿元。二是根据融金宝理财此前发布的《2015年大学生消费分期调查报告》，30家平台大学生分期购物平台中，七成费率不明确或者标示不清，逾期不还后，不同平台逾期费相差10倍。黑色公司、诱导消费、格式陷阱……当无序的校园贷市场呼风唤雨的时候，阅历尚欠、自制力弱的大学生们，估计难免会成为砧板上的鱼肉。

有人说，禁得了欲望，禁不了需求。这话当然很有道理，校园贷领域的问题，比如很多是违法事件，显然也不该让金融模式背黑锅。一刀切地禁绝校园贷，既不利于学生成长，亦悖逆市场规律。不过，此起彼伏的失范行为，起码传递了一个共识：校园贷当与高校保持安全距离。

这个安全距离，当有两层含义：第一，校园贷可以“卖苹果”，但不能扮演“美女蛇”。一切以挑逗或蛊惑为手段的校园贷，恐怕起码是悖逆商业伦理的。第二，校园贷乱象中，即便是合规公司，不少也是违规操作，审核形同虚设、监管牛栏看猫，更别谈不少公司涉嫌高利贷式经营。如果不能及时“清理门户”，校园贷求生的呼声，恐怕就谈不上理直气壮。

发学生的财，固然也是生意，但怎么去发财，显然不该僭越法理与情理之“双轨”。

Everyday we go to our beautiful school in spite of rain or shine. We’ll spend a whole day in school. In the morning, we come to school. Most of us get up earlier to avoid our names to be listed. But of course, there are few students who have no time concept and are always late.

With the ring for break throughout the schoolyard, we all become as lively as monkeys! Some of us run or jump in the playground, some skip ropes, play badminton, kick shuttlecock, read some books and the others sit around and chat with each other cheerfully . Recently, we’ll have a sports meeting in our school.

So some of the students are very excited about that and they practice a lot.

《交通安全知识》是一部交通安全教育主题影片。当我们看到影片中很多因为违章而造成惨剧的场面后，心里久久不能平静。其中有骑自行车闯祸的，也有卡车、轿车等。发生事故后车子面目全非，人也是血肉模糊，再是亲人的嚎啕……那样的惊险和凄惨场面是我们从未见识过的。

看完全片，同学们都受到了深刻的教育。的确，我们每个人每天都要出门，去上学、上班、买菜……。当我们走在马路上,交通安全是很重要的。我们小学生是社会未来的接班人遵章守纪，就是尊重生命，尊重自我。当我们能做到这一切的时候，我们的社会便向文明的彼岸又靠近了一步。重视交通安全，是我们每个人的义务，更是我们每个人的责任。让我们携起手来呵护这文明之花，让我们远离伤痛，珍爱彼此的生命吧。让我们要把平安的种子撒播进自己的心田。当它发芽开花、长成参天大树，我们必将收获更多的祥和、幸福和安宁！

Create a Green Campus

It is of great importance to make and maintain a green campus in our university or college. Obviously， a growing number of people are beginning to realize that it is our duty to do that in the present days， since the concept of “a green world” has become the focus of the society. The idea of “a green campus” is beyond a green environment. To begin with， the development on the campus is to be sustainable and recyclable. Some of the authorities’ budget should be on how to reduce of the waste. What’s more， we’d better be aware of the seriousness of pollution around us. Thus the idea of environmental protection may become a common occurrence in our daily life. It is necessary that effective actions should be taken to protect our campus from waste and pollution， and hence these activities are to play an increasingly important role in our day-to-day life. Certainly， there is little doubt that further consideration must be paid to our green campuses.

With the development of our society and economy,people are confronting with serious environmental problem,including environment pollution and resource scarity.So for modern college students,it is of great importance to create and maintain a green campus in our university.

As we all known,the idea of green campus has become the focus of the most colleagues.What measures should we take to creat green campus?As far as were concerned we can take action from the following two aspects.Firstly,wed better be aware of the seriousness of pollution around us and the importance of protection of environment.Only in this way ,the idea of environmental protection may become a common action in our daily life.Secondly,it is necessary for us to take effectie measure to protect our campus from pollution and waste,for example,we may call on student to save water and electricity and refuse sorting equipment treatment by the way of the slogan or other effective form of our purpose of make green campus.

Certainly there is no doubt that the further consideration must be paid to our green campus.And there is an increasing number of college students will participate in the action which is meaningful for our development.Under everyones joint effort,I believe that our environment

will become more and more beautiful.

上下楼梯要注意什么?

1、 不要因为赶时间而奔跑。

2、 在人多的地方一定要扶好栏杆。

3、 整队下楼时要与同学保持一定距离。

4、 上下楼时不要将手放在兜里。

5、 不要在楼道内弯腰拾东西、系鞋带。

6、 上下楼靠右行。

集体活动中要一切行动听指挥，遵守时间，遵守纪律，遵守秩序，语言文明。

课间活动应当注意什么?

l.室外空气新鲜，课间活动应当尽量在室外，但不要远离教室，以免耽误下面的课程。

2.活动的强度要适当，不要做剧烈的活动，以保证继续上课时不疲劳、精力集中、精神饱满。

3.活动的方式要简便易行，如做做操等。

4.活动要注意安全，切忌猛追猛打，要避免发生扭伤、碰伤等危险。

三.学生饮食、就餐的安全注意事项。

不吃过期、腐烂食品，有毒的药物(如杀虫剂、鼠药等)要放在安全的地方。

禁止购买用竹签串起的食物：油反复使用，竹签容易伤人，食品卫生得不到保证，油炸食品有致癌物质。

四.交通安全注意事项

行人靠右走，过马路要走斑马线，注意观察来往车辆，红灯停，绿灯行，遵守交通规则。

乘坐公交车注意事项：

1. 车停稳后，方能上下车，上下车时注意秩序，不要拥挤。

2. 乘车时，要站稳扶牢，不要把身体任何部位伸出窗外，人多时，应该注意看管好自身物品，谨防扒手。

3. 注意公共场所礼仪，时刻牢记“寿春品牌，当我责任”。不要大声喧哗，保持环境卫生，主动为老若病残让座等。

骑自行车须知

1、 要学习了解、自觉遵守道路交通法规。

2、 保持车况良好，车铃、刹车齐全有效。

3、 行驶中要遵守交通信号灯，不得抢穿红灯。

4、 穿越无信号灯的十字路口，必须"一慢、二看、三通过"。

5、 必须在规定的非机动车道内行驶;在无分道标志线的道路，必须靠边行驶。

6、 行驶时不要随意抢占机动车道、不要多车并排行驶。

7、 行驶时要集中思想，不要带着耳机收听广播、音乐。

8、 在转弯时必须看清后面来车，先伸手示意，不要突然转弯、斜行转弯。

9、 对于不同天气特点，做到安全行车：顺风不要借助风势骑快车;逆风不要低头猛骑不看路;雾天视线变差要慢速骑行;下雪结冰路滑要扶稳车把;雨天穿戴雨披更要多留心

五.其他校园安全的注意事项：

1. 如何正确对待老师的批评，甚至误解?

敢于自我反省，认真反思。如果真是老师误解，应该和老师好好交流。切忌偏激，甚至做出什么过激的行动。

1.你与同学发生矛盾怎么办?

自己的所作所为也要有安全意识。青少年时期容易冲动，容易感情用事，因此，在同学间遇到矛盾时，一定要冷静，要理智，切忌用拳头代替说理，给自己和同学带来不良的后果。

2.如何加强教室安全

要注意教室的安全。学生上课离开本班教室一定要关好门窗，要将钱和贵重物品带在身上，不能给小偷有可之机;不要把球带到教学楼，在教室楼的走廓上踢，这种行为既违反了校规，又存在着很大的安全隐患，试想一想，若把玻璃窗踢碎，玻璃片飞入哪一位同学的眼中，哪后果是不堪设想的。

3.为什么不能提前到校?

校门没开，一些学生在校门发生矛盾，无人调解会造成不必要的伤害。

在校门外拥挤，会造成意外伤害。

4. 当自己感到身体不适时，怎么办?

及时告知班主任或任课教师，与家长取得联系。

5. 你不认识的人自称是你家人的朋友，要将你接走，你怎么办?

先让班主任与家人取得联系再视情况而定。

临危逃生的基本原则：

保持镇静，趋利避害;学会自救，保护自己;想方设法，不断求救;记住电话，随时求救：

打电话时要说清地点、相关情况、显著特征。

去韩国游学的时候，正是层林尽染的秋季。阳光普照，连绵的山峦正遇上最美的季节，那里有大片大片如火的枫叶将秋季的天空点燃，渐渐走过的草坪，金色与绿色交织的夺目。有一种不可思议的恍惚与惊异从心底漫起。曾经在网上看过的那个韩国小城的秋景，如今却这般真实的出现在了自己的眼前，世界因为这样的一个秋天在网上而被联系在了一起。走在未曾真正看到的陌生国度上，踏着自己瞧着这般熟悉却又无比陌生的土地。

傍晚时候，墨色浸染了天空，我瞧见了那个女孩——我游学期间即将住进的那户家庭的女孩，我的同伴。圆圆的脸上有一种狡黠与天真的热情。起初大家相互之间有一种紧张而陌生的尴尬，但后来因为交谈而悄然浮起的熟稔，让各自都产生了一种微妙的轻松自在，小小的拘束也逐渐被冲淡。

可是有一种身在异乡的的特殊与格格不入还是时刻提醒着自己只是到访的来客。吃饭时，饮食处处都有不适。韩国人多喜吃辣，几乎所有的菜都是红油油的。且洋葱等放的很多，着实是不适应。彼时自己心中会突如其来的涌起一种孤寂，可这温暖如昼的灯光，他们热情灿烂的微笑，有什么可孤独的呢，脑海里叫嚣着的矛盾，让自己食不甘味。

但我很快的寻到了一种安慰。在她家有一台电脑，那台小小的电脑，让我可以在网络上自由的驰骋，那里仿佛抛却了隔海的遥远的距离，将两个国度的人们紧牵。而此时，她就呆在我的旁边，盘腿而坐，挨得很近。她的脸上有一种奇妙而惊异的光芒，有一种渴望，对于在那台自己很熟悉的电脑上，看到的那些柔软而陌生的文字的新奇的渴望。就像我在这台满是韩文的电脑上寻到的那种新奇。在异国他乡登上同一个的网络，在不解其意的韩文中寻到让自己满是亲切的中文，就像茫茫无果的飞鸟终于觅得了栖息的归处。我看小说，在自己于中国用了千百次的网站上。大片大片的中文，一种踏实的感觉油然而生，而此时那个圆脸的可爱的女孩，喜悦又很快交织上来。她用蹩脚的英语指手画脚地告诉我。

她也喜欢看小说。

小说，所谓风起云涌，爱恨交织，刀光剑影，辛酸夺命。那些不同于平淡生活的别样刺激，让自己的内心充满了与主角同样经历的刺激与激动。但我未曾想过，在这隔海的国度，网络上单单一篇小说就让我们这么快发现了彼此之间共同的爱好，我爱的小说，在韩国的网上，以不一样的文字，同样地映照在了对方的心上，我们很快高兴地交谈起来，即便用的是第三方语言，彼此之间指手画脚，又手忙脚乱，但却未曾阻挠心中的热情，讨论着最爱的小说，对于文字故事的不同见解。而此时，之前的孤寂感奇妙的消失了，我感到在心中勃勃跳动着的是一种难言的激动，这种激动甚至让我燃烧起来，清冷的秋仿佛是倾城阳光流淌。

第二天晚上，她上网。我看她登陆的那个小说网站，浅绿色的干净的背景，像极了中国的百度文库，我看着她阅读的韩文，于我是全然不知的，但不可忽略的那种细细流淌泛开的波澜，让我第一次，对于网络的存在有了更深刻的认识，原来它真能让世界各方人民成为彼此之间最近的同伴，交流相互的感情，寻找自己的爱好与朋友，不同的语言却能探知对方心底的柔软。

晚上，月光淡淡，我们躺在同一张塌上，在应深眠的夜，用细碎的声音交谈，感觉对方细小的心意，一种友谊在远方无人察觉的夜蔓延，跨越国度，无关语言风俗，只是因为网络，让一篇小说将我们相连。会心的笑，关怀的眼神，以及在昏黑的清晨即将离别的时刻，相互之间无言又包含千言万语的拥抱，让我心底里一种感激翻涌而上。

我想，即便飞机就这样飞离了那个异国他乡被山包围的遥远的小城，但网络依旧与我们同在，因为它让我们在那样几天彼此心灵相依，笑靥如花的肆意轻狂。

那时漫天无暇的云，与碧蓝剔透的如水天空，还有她可爱热情的笑容，依旧会因为网络，让其成为彼此春秋流转，岁月逝世间的如花隽永。
