1.规范安全管理。在学校，同学们每天都有许多应该注意的事项，而做得是否规范，是否符合学校的要求，这对自身的安全很重要。比如：上下楼梯时，应当靠右慢行。不准在楼道上拥挤与喧哗和攀爬扶手。课间活动时间，要多开展健康而有意义的活动，如：跳绳、踢毽子、打乒乓、下象棋等。不准同学们玩不安全的游戏活动，如：在地上滚爬、摔跤、在楼道上追逃等。打扫卫生要注意安全，如：擦玻璃门窗时，不要将身体置于窗外，以防高空坠落的意外发生。教室内的电源插座、电器设备的使用，都需在老师的指导下使用。校内所有的体育器材，未在老师监护下，不得私自玩耍。学生应当在学校食堂就餐，不能到校外的个体摊点买不卫生的食品。

3.尊重每位学生。不管其家庭背景、学习成绩、行为表现如何，都不应该受学校的歧视，甚至放弃他们。有的同学因为家庭原因，从小行为习惯差，在学校经常打闹，不认真学习。从另一方面来说，其实他们也是受害者。我想，如果他们出生在一个良好的家庭，不用因为跟着父母打工而转来转去的就学，或许这些同学书会读得比我们好。所以，我认为老师和学校也要为这些同学的茁壮成长创造良好的条件，使他们在德、智、体、美等各方面都有进步。

为切实做好学校食品安全宣传活动，进一步提高广大师生的食品安全意识，巨野县教育局根据国家、省、市通知要求，结合该县教育实际，在全县教育系统开展学校食品安全宣传周活动。

提高认识，加强组织领导。各级学校进一步提高对食品安全宣传工作重要性的认识，成立食品安全宣传活动领导小组，制定具体的宣传活动方案，紧紧围绕宣传周主题，按照宣传重点和活动安排，积极组织开展食品安全宣传活动。

突出主题，注重实效。在宣传过程中，使用统一的“全国食品安全宣传周”标志，突出宣传主题。在教育系统食品安全宣传活动主题日，向学生家长发放《致学生及家长的一封信》，并充分利用多媒体、校园网、校报、宣传栏、班级黑板报等宣传阵地，宣传食品安全有关法律法规、科普知识等，引导学生观看电视台播出的食品安全系列节目;组织专家深入中小学校，通过专题讲座、主题班会等形式宣传食品安全知识。

灵活多样，广泛参与。要结合全国食品安全宣传周活动，采用灵活多样的活动方式，积极开展食品安全进校园活动，激发广大师生主动参与活动，使学生食品安全知识知晓率达到100%。

安全，是一切生产的前提。然后我们却不断地看到各种触目惊心的事故。事故的发生的原因有天灾，但更多的是人祸。不注重安全宣传，不注重安全生产，不注重安全操作，使得多少生灵涂炭，多少幸福家庭惨遭不幸。

近期，我国安全生产状况呈现持续稳定好转的发展态势，但重特大生产安全事故仍接连发生，安全生产形势非常严峻。当前，正值水文大建设、大发展的重要时期，中小河流水文监测系统建设等重点工程全面实施，加之全国各地相继进入主汛期，水文监测工作更加紧张繁重，影响水文安全生产的不确定性因素大幅增加，水文安全生产形势错综复杂、异常严峻。水文安全生产是水文事业科学发展的重要基础和保障，作为水文工作者，我们时时刻刻要树立“安全第一”观念，不断增强责任意识和忧患意识。我们要深刻汲取已经发生的水利行业安全生产事故的教训，深刻认识做好安全生产工作的重要性，将安全生产工作摆在更加突出位置，这不仅是对我们工作的负责，更是对我们的家人还有自己负责。

安全靠的是责任心，还有细心，在工作的每一个时刻，我们首先要排查有可能出现的危险因素并时刻警惕当心，只有强化安全意识，增强责任心，生命财产才不受威胁，只有多一份细心，安全才有保障，安全生产才有可能实现。因此，把安全牢记在心中，是我们必须坚守的神圣职责。把安全印在心中，时刻绷紧安全这根弦，让安全生产、安全工作切实落实到实处，从身边的小事抓起，消除一切可能发生危险的隐患，让我们的生产和各项工作都处于一个安全的环境之中。

对于安全生产，我一直以为安全和生产是同等的，但现在意识到，更重要的还是安全，首先应该是安全的生产，然后是生产的安全。我们是坚守在一线的水文工作者，我们的工作关系到国家防汛抗旱的基础，所以不能因为安全而误了生产，更不能因为生产而误了安全，生产与安全对于我们来说，对于我们的国家来说，都是一样的重要。因为安全而造成的生产事故对防汛抗旱工作来说是一种失误，而因为生产造成的安全问题对我们的同事、我们的家人来说是永远的伤痛。

要搞好安全，真正做到安全为了生产、生产必须安全，除了严格按照各项安全操作规程规定作业外，最重要的一点就是要多一份细心。事故往往就在注意力不集中、粗心大意中发生。出了事故，单位受损失不说，自己轻则受皮肉之苦，重则残疾，甚至会付出生命!生活是美好的，家庭是温暖的，我们的一时失误有可能会毁了自己的生命也会使我们的家人陷入痛苦。因此，为了生命，为了家人，请多一份细心!

思想工作是一切工作开展的源头问题，我们只有从思想上提高认识，才能使工作开展的有声有色。我们必须认识到安全生产重要性，意识到安全生产对于生命的重要性、对于家人的重要性。这说起来似乎是一件很简单的事情，但是做起来可能会很难，因为，每个人都有自己的惰性，刚开始可能真的会意识到这个问题是多么的重要，但是时间长了就产生麻痹思想，就松懈了，问题也就在这个时候出来了。所以，这也就要求我们接受更多的思想教育，要求我们不断的给自己充电，不断的强化思想上的认识，在工作中时时刻刻提醒自己，时时刻刻给自己敲警钟，认真分析危险点预控，只有这根弦绷紧了，才能从根本上解决开展所有活动的意识问题。

多一份细心，多一份安全。这份细心，不仅仅关系着我们的生产，更与我们自己息息相关!我们要知道，没有安全，就谈不上生产;没有安全，也谈不上我们个人的生存;没有安全，我们的幸福，我们的未来就都是空中楼阁。为了生产，为了我们的家庭，为了我们自己，我们必须把安全思想牢牢树立。我相信，只要每个人都做到爱岗敬业，忠于职守，牢固树立安全意识，就一定能把好我们的安全关!

Since the one child policy carried on, many families had only one kid. As the children growing up, they felt lonely, because they did not have anyone to accompany. They felt so envious when they saw others have siblings. There is no doubt that the one child policy has controlled the population to increase so fast and helped people to improve their life lever. Recently, the government tends to open the second child policy slowly. People hold the different opinion. Some people think that it is good to let the child have siblings, so they will not lonely and can learn the meaning of sharing. Other people don’t want to have one more child because they don’t have enough money. They want to give the best education to the child, so they think one child is enough. Anyway, the second child policy gives people more choice.

由于独生子女政策的执行,许多家庭只有一个孩子。当孩子们长大了,他们感到孤独,因为他们没有人陪。他们看到别人有兄弟姐妹时会感到很羡慕。毫无疑问,独生子女政策控制人口快速增长和帮助人们改善他们的生活水平。最近,政府趋向慢慢开放二孩政策。人们持有不同的意见。一些人认为这是好的,让孩子有兄弟姐妹,这样他们不会孤独,可以学习分享的意义。另外一些人不想要一个孩子,因为他们没有足够的钱。他们想给孩子最好的教育,所以他们认为一个孩子就足够了。无论如何,二胎政策给予人们更多的选择。

尊敬的领导：

安全卫生工作历来被人们所重视，尤其是学校安全卫生更是被人们所关注!作为学校，我们肩负着千钧重担，如何做好学校的安全工作，配合学校安全文化建设，让学校满意，让学生满意，让家长满意，更让社会满意,所以我认为要做好以下几点：

一、统一思想、提高认识

1、各校长要亲自担任安全领导小组组长，把安全工作看作是一件政治任务来抓，认识到安全工作关系到家庭的幸福、社会的稳定，树立“安全至上”、“安全责任重于泰山”的思想意识，对安全工作要小题大做、捕风捉影，保持对安全工作的高度敏感性。

2、完善学校各类安全工作责任书。安全工作责任书包括：《班主任安全工作责任书》、《交通安全责任状》等。

二、“防”字当头，多与班主任沟通，及时纠正偏差，防患未然 有了组织机构，规章制度，这是远远不够的。因为学校安全工作牵涉到学校的方方面面，可以说无处不在，无时不在。

1、与班主任多沟通。学校安全工作说到底还要各班主任密切配合才能见成效的，如果没有他们的配合，你就是“三头六臂”也于事无补。所以，为将学生中的安全问题扼杀在“萌芽”状态或从根本上消除安全问题，只有多与班主任沟通，才能及时的纠正工作中的失误。

2、消防设施要定期检查、及时更新各项安全设备设施，做到防患于未然。

总之，安全工作只有起点没有终点，必须做到长期的警钟长鸣，这是一项长期的、复杂的系统工程，必须从讲政治的高度认识并做好这一关系到千家万户的工作，不能一蹴而就。
