Can Money Buy Happiness?

Can money buy happiness? Different people have different opinions. Some

think yes, while others hold the opposite.

It is true that with enough money one can buy all the things one wants, and

live a life of comfort and security. However, it is equally true that lack of

As temperatures continue to drop in Northern China, many winter holiday resorts in the Jilin Province are seeing booming business.

How I Spent My Summer Vacation

The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. Last May 4th was my birthday.I had a party at my home.

My relatives and friends came to my home in the evening.And I got a lot of presents from them.My mother prepared a big birthday cake for me.
