another bad effect of television is that children are over-exposed to violence. they watch hours of murders, fights, and crimes every week, with no adult around to tell them that life is not like that most of the time. the effect of the heavy dose of violence is to suggest to children that violence is an ordinary way of life, and that shooting and cheating are ways to success.most serious of all, children who often watch tv are becoming passive. they just sit back and let things happen to them. children are inventive; they have the ability to imagine a whole world of their own. but what happens when their imagination is not needed, when tv does all the imagination for them? obviously, these children are not going to grow up as inventive and imaginative as their parents, for they have been robbed of creative impulses by television.

to sum up, children’s indulgence in television is harmful. the problem, nevertheless, is not one of prohibition. parents should supervise and guide their children’s watching tv instead of parking them in front of the tube, hoping it will act as a baby-sitter.

Nevertheless, those teens hold that the media only provide information, what they as viewers do with that knowledge is up to themselves. They have to learn to make their own choices and accept responsibility for their actions. To blame entertainment figures for certain crimes committed by teens isfunny. Its not the fault of TV. Media are an expression of our culture--not the cause. Its time we stop making the media a scapegoat for our nations problems. Its not the medias job to make sure kids understand what theyre watching; that responsibility belongs to parents. Parents and schools should dedicate more time to establishing clear rules of discipline.The influence of parents and teachers--the teens true role model--carries more weight with teenagers than what they hear on the radio or see at the movies.

让创新为英才铸魂

千帆竞过的时代浪潮下，创新为发展坐标。对于新时代的青年而言，开拓进取的能力是最亮丽的名片。

当今世界，创新驱动发展战略日益成为当然之举。创新从哪里来?身负创新潜质的人才是重要基础。政府所着力支持的入才，用发展的眼光来看便是创新发展的引擎。人才被需要，而我们努力使自己变成人才。人才强省、创新强省的战略，同时激励着尚未完全具备创新素养的大多数，使创新为发展赋能，让创新为英才铸魂

要想在创新的轨道上走得更远，首先要了解创新本身。创新表现为一种不再因循守旧的魄力，一种创造性解决问题的思维。拥有这种能力，意味着手握独立攻关发展的钥匙。因而在新时代中唯创新者进、唯创新者胜，并且科技创新日益成为大国重器。对于个体而言，创新是在自己的位置上做出新突破、干出新事业，更是勇创无人区，成为新时代的领航人。

学习，是辛苦的，我承认这一点，但你有没有能力将苦日子过甜?

有的，肯定有能力，那这能力是如何培养的呢?在我看来，“敬学乐学”便是最好的诠释了。也就是说，对待学习要敬、要乐。

第一，就是要敬学。学习是一件痛苦的事，又是一件幸福的事。如果你成天想着如何应付作业，怎样对付考试，或干着与之无关的事，那学习一定很痛苦。你应该把学习当作一件快乐的事，当成一件神圣的事。如果你以一种怨天尤人的心态来对待学习，那学习也不会让你好受。学习就像一面镜子，你哭它也哭，你笑它也笑。无论你的成绩如何，你都要对学习有“恭敬心”，“敬学”才可能“成学”，“敬”是“成”的前提。不能认为自己的成绩不够优秀，便敷衍了事，这不是错上加错吗?对待学习，一颗恭敬心是最重要的，也就是所说的要敬学。

第二，就是要乐学。子曰：“吾十有五而志于学。”孔子终成一代大家，那是什么原因?这与他青少年时期对学习的热爱有着很大的关系。对学习要快乐，你才能在学习中收获快乐。乐学，简单地说就是要以一种积极、乐观的态度去对待学习，遇到多大的困难也能坚持住，能够每时每刻想一想：“学习真是太美妙了!”那样，你就不会陷在痛苦的沼泽中爬不起来，反之，你会愈来愈快乐，越来越热爱学习，学习成绩也自然就提高，“乐学”自然就见成效。学生如果从学习中领略了趣味，从学习中实现了价值，那他至少可以算是一个成功的学生，而不论他的成绩好坏。苦乐全在主观的心，不在客观的事，这一点能给大家许多启示。

成学的关键是“敬”与“乐”，敬学才有一份态度，乐学才有一份心态，一份好的态度加上一份好的心态，在我看来，就得以成学。

那么该如何“敬学”、“乐学”呢?

首先，是该如何敬学。有人会说，我放松惯了，成绩一塌糊涂，哪有那种心情去敬学。其实，你无须害怕。你从自己的起点出发，不断向制高点飞翔。从自己现有的高度向上走，怎么都不晚，关键如果你那份信心与敬心而特别是敬心长存，你成功的希望便很大。

然后，是该如何乐学。有人会说，我对每门功课都发怵，怎么可能会产生兴趣呢?不急，找找你不爱学习的原因。功课太枯燥?一定不是。倒可能是你上课不认真听，作业不认真做，试不认真考，父母老师就骂你，你继续不听课、不作业、不考试，形成了“多米诺骨牌”效应。那你要从根本上解决问题。

敬学，乐学，方成学。
