在中国女排的里约冠军路上，22岁的朱婷不仅是重大功臣之一，自己也荣获里约奥运会女排最有价值球员与最佳主攻手称号，并入选奥运会女排最佳阵容。

奥运会之后，朱婷留洋海外，前往土耳其瓦基弗银行俱乐部效力，在女排世俱杯赛和土耳其联赛中也都有优异的表现。

由于身在海外打球，由女排选手徐云丽代替她领取了奖项。

不过朱婷通过视频连线表示，“很开心，2016年是特别幸福和难忘的一年，感谢郎导和我的姐妹们，感谢我的团队和一路陪伴我的粉丝。”

最佳教练奖的比拼同样激烈，不仅有三位里约冠军教头孔令辉、郎平和刘国梁，还有带队完成了世锦赛登顶辉煌的短道速滑队教练李琰，以及鞠躬尽瘁的田径队教练袁国强。

最终，在观众的一致欢呼声中，这一奖项众望所归地归属中国女排主帅郎平。

“里约奥运上的过程其实挺折磨人的，我们队员挺会 折磨 教练和观众的。希望下次不要再这么 虐 教练。”郎平幽默地表示。

“我们中国女排有句话，走下领奖台，一切从零开始。希望年轻一代的姑娘们戒骄戒躁，今后向更多的冠军冲击。”

关于续约中国女排主帅的问题，郎平透露，这个星期将在美国做手术，“我希望尊重自己内心的决定，希望能和家人一起把这个决定做好。”

带血旧衣翻新成外贸尾单?广东:未发现非法加工场。近日，一则以“暗访：带菌带血旧衣翻新成外贸尾单”为题的视频在网上传播，其内容主要是曝光广东省陆丰市碣石镇非法加工经营旧服装现象。据陆丰市政府新闻办通报，1月13日至14日，碣石镇工商部门对当地城乡结合部进行了巡查监管，相关村居也对各自辖区进行排查，没有发现非法加工旧服装工场，执法人员对个别经营库存旧服装的“三合一”门店予以了取缔清理。

曝光视频触目惊心，除了肮脏的服装加工场景，从业者笑言“消个屁，消毒”的镜头更是令人心中苦涩。更惊悚的是有知情人士透露，不少洋垃圾来自国外停尸房及废品站，有的从尸身上扒下，还带血……无疑，这是一个看了很容易给人带来“不适”和担忧的新闻。食品领域的问题曝光过不少，穿衣原来也暗存这么大的风险，安全感何在?

还好，遭到曝光后，当地当即回应称“未发现非法加工场”，似乎给公众吃了一个定心丸。可细想却觉得有点不对劲——如果当地没有非法加工场，此前媒体暗访所拍摄的画面从何而来?并且，所谓巡查监管，是在事情被曝光、迅速形成网络热点之后进行的，有“马后炮”之嫌。会不会是非法加工场为了自保避风头，所以关门隐藏起来?事实上，碣石地区非法加工经营旧服装问题由来已久，曾多次受到媒体关注。非法之徒应对舆论监督和曝光的经验想必极为丰富，打一枪换一个地方的套路应该也无比熟稔。当然，风紧扯呼、风声一过卷土重来的现象，似乎也不止一次上演过。

非常耐人寻味的，还有“未发现”的说法。“没有发现”、“暂未发现”、“尚未发现”……类似的说法近年来颇受某些地方政府和部门的青睐，时不时就要拿出来用一用。“XX最牛夜总会”被查后，当地称“还未发现有公权力参与其中”;嫌疑人在看守所突然猝死，家属怀疑其遭遇刑讯逼供，专家调查后作出结论：“未发现死者生前有遭受刑讯逼供的迹象”……另外，“XX警方称暂未发现谋杀证据”、“广西北海称暂未发现公务员考试泄题证据”一类的新闻更是频频见诸报端。

上述说法和措辞很是巧妙，似应归入“外交辞令”和“模糊语言”之列。这种“模糊语言”的好处，就在于“进可攻、退可守”——如果舆论不再深究、可以蒙混过关，“暂未发现”理所当然就会变成“永不发现”;如果舆论穷追不舍、无法搪塞，也可以见风使舵，毫不脸红地将“暂未发现”变成“经过努力终于发现”。

翻新旧衣的问题，有就是有、没有就是没有，两者必居其一。非要拿“未发现”来搪塞，显得很心虚也很不负责任。纳税人养着“相关部门”及其工作人员，就是要让其“发现”问题并解决问题的。啥事你都是“没有发现”、“暂未发现”，又何谈解决?说难听点，如此滑头的部门和官员，是否有失职渎职的嫌疑呢?并且，之所以总是“没有发现”，某些时候并不是源于水平不够，而是“不敢发现”甚至是“不愿发现”。

“洋垃圾”服装产业在我国并不是新鲜事。据媒体报道，这一产业在国内至少已有18年历史，而且并不局限在某一地区。几乎每年都有类似新闻曝光，安徽、海南、广西、陕西、山东、福建等多个省份均现洋垃圾店铺。包括出入境检验检疫局、国家工商局和卫生部、医学专家在内的多方权威单位及人士均曾公开表示，这些洋垃圾来自日本、韩国、美国等国家的垃圾场、废品处理厂及医院、殡仪馆，有些是病人不穿的，有的甚至是从死人身上扒下来的。如此严重和普遍的问题，很显然一句轻描淡写的“未发现”是无法消弭公众疑虑的。

碣石镇党政办有关负责人表示，相关职能部门及地方党委、政府将继续加强日常巡查与监管，打击库存旧服装非法加工经营活动，防止非法加工经营旧服装行为出现反弹。态度很明确、话语很铿锵，下一步就要看实际行动了。如果总是“未发现”，以至于今后再被曝出同样的问题，必须“翻旧账”对工作不力者依法处置，看有无失职行为，查有没有人充当保护伞。
