somebody argues that the taes on birth proclaim to the public what the government wants. thats true. but will the public take birth control without hesitation just because the government wants it? besides, we cant always count on taes to reverse peoples behavior. the doubled taes on wine and cigarettes over the past years dont discourage the consumption of them at all, not to mention other luuries. to a certain degree,drinking and smoking have become more attractive to people as a symbol of financial abilities. how can we epect things to work out better if we simply apply the similar kinds of taes on birth?with the taes on birth policy, the government seems to suggest to people that it is acceptable to have more children, as long as their families can afford the taes. thus new challenges to social equality were posed. rich people can enjoy larger families while poor people are supposed to have fewer children. the rights of giving more births seemed to be entitled to wealthy people under the taes policy.

besides, once a child is born, he should be guaranteed the very best his parents could offer. in poor families, wouldnt the children, who are taed be regarded as burdens by other family members because theyve imposed more economic pressures on their families? the ta also directly deprives his or her rights to grow up in a better economic condition while such deprivation to a child in a wealthy family doesnt have much influence at all.

the taes on birth policy is, after all, gentle to the rich and tough to the poor, especially to the taed children in poor families. thus, it is not worth so much recommendation.

Although I’ve had a busy school life in the past three years, getting along with such amazing classmates has made me the luckiest person in the world.

In one of those unforgettable days, we had a basketball game. During the tough time, I could feel that everyone in my class was so concentrated that our hearts were beating together fast. We brought the players not only encouragement but also some real help and skills. Though there were only three people on the front line, I knew it was 39 people fighting side by side and we would never give up. At last, we won the game. Hello everyone.Today Im glad to be here to give a speech about my fresh

experience in China Agriculture University.

First I must say the campus life is really different from what I have

experienced in high school.For instance,I used to lean upon my dormitory teacher

早上，伴随着晨光，我踏进了学校，顾不上欣赏美丽的校园，我们就开始早读了，同学们的读书声传遍了学校的各个角落，那一刻风不吹了，鸟儿也不叫了，蜜蜂也停止了工作，好像都被同学们的琅琅读书声给吸引住了。

接下来是做早操，大家做得很认真，一个个精神饱满，精力十足！

“叮铃铃”我们开始上第一节课，语文张老师走进了教室，张老师讲课很生动，那声音时而高昂，时而低缓，把我们带入了一个童话般的世界，我喜欢上语文课。

不知不觉就下课了，同学们如潮水一般冲出教室，走廊上瞬间热闹起来，有跳绳的，有丢沙包的，还有玩抓人游戏的……也有在教室里看书的，有动有静，我们的课间活动真是丰富多彩！

学校是我们成长的地方，也是我们扬帆起航的地方，这就是我的学校生活，希望你会喜欢！

1、水是一种自然资源，它的确会有用尽的时候，只要我们爱护环境，多栽树，少砍树，明天大家就会有水喝。

2、比如说，石竹花，它代表仁慈和母爱。如果你们要送花给母亲，就应该选石竹花。百合花，代表百年好合，如果跟谁结婚，最好送一束百合表示祝福。还有牡丹，是富贵的象征。玫瑰，代表爱情。有一句关于玫瑰的诗，写得好——‘赠人玫瑰，手有余香’……

3、这时笨狼已经脱离秋千的惯性，开始往下掉了。他背上气球也受到高空的压力，相继爆炸。笨狼像一块石头一样，直往下坠。

4、夜里，有许多萤火虫飞到树上来，大约一百只萤火虫聚成一团，像舞厅里的旋转灯一样在鹳鸟家的天花板上旋转，虫子们在屋外的树叶上唱歌，鹳鸟先生和鹳鸟太太跳舞。

5、他因为眼睛只盯着黄玫瑰，结果，踩倒了一盆百合，弄翻了一株牡丹，还让大约十枝石竹花受了伤。

6、笨狼再也招架不住了，他松开车把，从空中翻了一个漂亮的跟头，“扑通！”落进池塘，溅起一丈高的水花。

7、我们做事情，最起码要一次达到一个目的，一次能达到两个目的更好，一次达到三个目的最好。简而言之，一石三鸟最好，一石二鸟次之，起码一石一鸟。

8、虽然隔着两张课桌，但拳头凶猛，虎虎生威。眼看聪明兔的脸上要开花了！说时迟，那时快，笨狼举起一把椅子从斜刺里冲过来，恰巧挡住了棕小熊的拳头。

9、离我们最近的中国，现在六百六十座城市，有三百八十座城市缺水，一百二十八座城市严重缺水！‘东方水都’上海，每年要向江苏和浙江两省借水。

10、森林是水资源的保护神，可是地球上百分之八十的原始森林已经被砍伐了。以前，我们森林镇方圆几百里都是茂密的森林，根本没有人类的足迹，现在，猎人不是经常出没我们森林镇周围的树林吗？我们经常能听到人类“叮叮当当”的锯木头的声音！这样下去，不久的将来我们森林镇也会闹水荒，也会没有水喝的！大家一定要记着节约用水，保护我们的环境。

校园，这个词对我们并不陌生，她陪伴着我们要一起学习、一起成长，所以在校园也会发生一些令我们难忘的事。

现在的我刚步入初中的校园，既熟悉，又陌生，王禺舒是我在这所学校里第一个好朋友，她表面上是一个大大咧咧、脾气急躁的人，其实她的内心非常细腻。

有一天我不舒服，一整个上午都没精打采，我趴在课桌上，她就坐在我旁边陪我，我去呕吐，她也不介意，一直拍我后背，给我递纸，放学后，我已经没有力气回家了，她二话不说送我回去，一路上嘱咐我回去一定要吃药。

在一次家长会上，她拉我去她们家的车上坐会儿，我怕妈妈找不到我会着急，所以就没答应她，她硬拉着我去，没办法，我说我只陪她十分钟，她也很爽快的答应了，为了以防万一她把我的电动车钥匙拿走了，可人算不如天算，家长会只开了一会儿就散了，果然不出我所料，妈妈找不到我了，我一时紧张，连钥匙都忘记拿了，碰巧遇到了班主任，我借用老师的手机找到了妈妈，可一波未平，一波又起，要是被王禺舒拿走了，最后又通过老师联系到她，原来她也把钥匙事件给忘了，她过来是我看到她眼睛红红的，一定是刚哭过，她不停地向我道歉，像我妈妈解释，我本以为这件事会影响到我俩的交情，没想到，因为这件事我俩比以前更要好了，我想这就是所谓的祸兮福所倚，福兮祸所伏吧。

不管在哪个学校，一定会发生许多事情，请记住我们的校园生活。

Early in senior high school, we longed to be enrolled in a university. Now the dream has come true. But how do we college students like our campus life?

Certainly, some relish it, finding it colorful and rewarding. Besides study, they spend considerable amount of time improving themselves in various aspect. Yet others do not think much of their college life, thus do not benefit as much. In their eyes, the university is just a bigger high school. The only difference is that they have more time at their disposal without parents looking over their shoulder.

As to me, college life is ideal if only I have abundant books to read, some bosom friends to keep me company, a couple of conscientious professors to instruct me, and an easy access to the Internet.
