据科学家测定，烟草中含有数百种复杂的化学成分，大部分对人体有害，其中焦油、尼古丁、酚类、醇类、酸类、醛类等40种是有毒和有致癌作用的物质。烟在点燃后，所产生的烟雾，包含了烟草中所有的化学成分，同时比烟草本身又增加了一些有害物质，如一氧化碳和烟焦油等。这是因为除烟草本身外，在制成卷烟的过程中，要在原料中加入一些可可、甘草、糖、甘油、乙二醇等调味、湿润、产香、助燃物质。这些添加剂虽然本身无害，但在燃烧过程中却起了变化。例如，在鼠背涂上可可燃烧后产生的烟油，可长出皮肤瘤。甘草中的甘草酸在燃烧后，与其他成分化合，可生成有致癌作用的多环芳烃。糖与烟草一起燃烧后增加了焦油量，而糖燃烧后的产物是烟中的一个重要致癌物。甘油和乙二醇在燃烧后的物质，不但可能使吸烟者患膀胱癌，而且所产生的丙烯醛可抑制气管和纤毛分泌物从肺内排出，从而增加患气管炎和肺气肿的机会，并使患有这两种病的人病情加重。

烟对人的危害是多么大啊!所以我们不能吸烟。杜绝吸烟，造福后人。

Grow up, friendship is a piece of transparent glass, light the lonely heart failure. Broken, is hard to together, can only hide in a corner crying silently, quietly wake up... Where fall where it on their own strong to climb up, thats our footprints of growing up.

小时候，友谊是一盒水彩笔，用稚嫩的手涂鸦出一张张五彩缤纷天真无邪的笑脸，一不小心湿了糊了，哦，没关系再画一张更好更真切的。儿时的友谊像一团热烈的火，是肆无忌惮的争辩，是互相赌气撅起的嘴，是共同哄抢的那一大包甜甜的爆米花……友谊是个大大的蜜饯，无论何时尝起，都是美滋滋的。那是童年时的友谊，是一项皇冠，天真为珠宝，烂漫做流苏——那么美丽那么纯真。这是只属于童年那片蔚蓝色天空的友谊——友谊地久天长。

长大了，友谊是一块透明的玻璃，照亮着失败落寞的心。打破了，就很难再拼凑起来，只能躲在一个角落默默地哭泣，默默地醒悟……在哪里跌倒的就在哪里靠自己坚强地爬起来，那是我们成长的足迹。

寒假里的一天，天气很晴朗，但是在嵊州大桥却发生了一齐车祸。但那个老人的宽容，使我永生难忘。

一辆摩托车在嵊州大桥上飞驰，而一辆自行车却在慢吞吞地开。突然，“砰”的一声巨响，划破了整个宁静的天空。原先，是刚才的摩托车与自行车相撞了。在行驶的车辆纷纷停下来围观，我也挤进去凑凑热闹。

一个青年人扶起摩托车，向坐在地上还被自行车压着的老人，喋喋不休地骂了起来：“你这个老不死的，年纪这么大还骑自行车，还把我刚买来的新摩托车给撞坏了，你要赔，赔我医药费、维修费……”瞧，一句句脏话和蛮不讲理的话从他口中讲出，多么难听，多么肮脏呀!而那个可怜的老人，却坐在地上一句也不反驳。

那些围观的人纷纷为老人打抱不平，有的说：“你怎样能这样，明明是你撞他的，为什么还要他赔，我看啊，你赔还差不多!”“对啊!”另外一些人也附和道。这时，老人发话了：“年轻人，你这样做可就不对了，你要学会宽容，俗话说‘忍一时风平浪静，退一步海阔天空’，你难道就不能退一步，忍一时了吗?”青年人的脸红了，低下了头。老人又说：“医药费也不用你赔了，回去吧!”听到了这番话语，围观的人情不自禁地鼓起掌来。

青年人被感动了，深深地向老人鞠了一躬，轻身说了一句“对不起”，开着摩托车走了。老人扶起倒在地上的自行车，骑着走了。

望着远去的老人，他的形象在我心中渐渐高大起来……

Another new term comes again,so i should have a study plan to promot myself.

firstly,i descide to finish my homework more carefully than before.And pay more attention to the knowledge which i didnt know it clearly.

secondly,i will do a lot of read to widen the range of my knowledge.and try to combine thoery to practice.

Finally,i will learn to adjust, to be more positive and more helpful.

Thats what i plant to do in a new term.

新的学期马上就要到来了，因此，我应该给自己制定一个学习计划来提升自己.

首先，我决定做好的家庭作业比以前更仔细点，和关注那些我不是很了解的知识，其次，我应该扩大阅读面并，并把理论和实践联合在一起.最后，我应该学会适应，变得更积极更乐于助人.

这就是我新的学期计划.
