As a Senior Grade Three students, I am very busy in preparing for the

college entrance examination. I have seven classes a day, and two self-study

classes at night. And only a day left for the weekend. So, most of the time I

have to spend on the study, after all the college entrance examination is very

important for almost all of us. Aside of study, I would play football with my

friends after school and the weekend. I like playing football very much. When I

二是下课不追逐打闹，与同学之间聊聊天，或者在教室里安静的写作业，看课外书也行。因为追逐打闹不小心容易摔伤，老师看见也会挨批，做到这点我应该没问题。

三是当天的作业要当天完成，不要拖拉到明天或后天去做。我不想做第二个金珠，做一个拖拖拉拉的人，别人不但不相信你。而且养成拖拉的习惯好多事都做不成。

四是空闲时间多看看课外书，不要总看电视或玩电脑。因为这样对眼睛不利，容易得近视眼，而近视眼戴着眼睛做什么事情都不方便，而多看课外书不但增加阅历，而且可以学到好多书本上没有的知识呢！

五是帮妈妈做一些力所能及的家务事，一来煅炼自己的生活自理能力，二可帮妈妈减少劳动时间，真的是一举两得的好事情。

六是作文水平要有所提高，不能总是语气不通顺，或前言不达后语。而多看、多写、多练就是提高写作水平的基本方法，我一定要做到“三多”。

七是不能说脏话。一个说脏话的人别人都不喜欢，因大家都喜欢文明说好话的小朋友。不学其他同学说脏话的坏毛病。

八是每次考试做完试卷不要马上交卷，而是认认真真地检查一遍，这样才能考到高分。否则又达不到95分的要求，取消玩的资格就太可惜了。所以我一定要认真、认真再认真，决不犯同样的错误。

九是多煅练身体，尽可能让自己不感冒，不生病。因只有多煅练身体，才能预防各种病菌的发生，才能增加身体免疫力与抵抗力。

十是自己的事情自己完成，不要让爸爸妈妈操心。因我已长大了，已是个读四年级的“大朋友”了，不能总象小时候那样，什么都依赖爸爸妈妈，我要学会自己的事情自己处理，不能处理的事情才让爸爸妈妈来帮忙，这样我长大去读“北大”或“清华”的时候才能生活自理，不然我总不可能把爸爸妈妈也带去上大学吧！所以从现在开始我要学会自己做事。

效率，就是单位时间内所做事情的多少。要想提高学习效率，必须在尽量短的时间内，作尽量多的事。要这样，就必须设法尽量减少犹豫时间，减少走弯路，减少无用功，减少精力的浪费。而一个科学而周密的计划，恰恰具有这些作用：做什么，做多少，计划中全有了，这有利于尽早进入实战，无需观望犹豫。先作啥，后作啥，具体步骤计划中有了，这可有效地避免走弯路;某一步用什么办法，某个问题采取什么措施，这些也都是事先反复考虑，一般不会出大错，也能有效地避免精力的浪费，而增加学习的数量和质量。这些情况综合在一起，就会促成学习效率的提高。一些平时无计划的同学，到考试前必然连天加夜苦战，造成负担过重，脑细胞大量阵亡，不仅学习效率提不高，还会严重损害身体健康。

3.驾驭生活，增强能力

人们总是用自己以往的经验指导未来的生活，学生也不例外。计划，考虑的是未来，但它的依据是“过去”。同时一个好的计划还必须顾及当前实际和个人的主观条件，在对“过去”的经历的回忆中，在对当前客观情况的考察中，在对个人主观条件的分析中，不仅提高了自我认识能力，而且对客观世界认识的能力也会得到锻炼和提高。比如学生中的干部，接触和从事计划的实践就多些，因而生活能力，工作能力，认识问题的能力，也普遍高些。

4.养成良好的学习习惯

心理学家告诉我们，一种习惯的养成，一般需要三周左右的有规律性的持续的锻炼与培养。采用计划学习，计划的连续性短则一学期，长则一学年，只要同学们在执行计划的前21天内能坚持按计划学习，一个良好的学习习惯就可能变为自觉行动。于是学习积极性、主动性也随之增强。

5.形成优良的学习品质

在实际学习生活中，会遇到一些意外的情况冲击你的学习计划，也就会产生计划与现实的矛盾冲突，这时可以调整一下这一天的学习计划，但有时是不能调整的，要努力克服困难，保证计划实施。如这几天电影院放映精彩的影片，或者手中的一本感兴趣的小说等等。这时一定要排出干扰及各种诱惑，认真按计划学习。在这个过程中，意志品质受到考验与磨炼，良好的意志品质得以形成和发展。

新学期的到来，意味着我们又将进入到新的学习阶段。随着新学期来临，我们也应该在新学期里制定自己的新目标。

在这今年即将到来的新学期里，我就已经在假期里制定好了自己的新学期目标。我的目标就自己在新学期里取得更好的学习成绩，能够取得大的进步，挤进班级里的前十名。

综合我之前的学习，成绩都是趋于中等。我的学习成绩足够稳，这是优势，但是我的学习成绩却一直不进不退，那这也就能算是劣势了。现如今，新学期来临了，我一定要好好的突破自己的劣势，让自己的学习成绩得到进步。

那么我首先要做的第一步就是上课认真听讲，将新学期里的新知识一一牢记。光记住这些新知识还不成，我还得将这些新知识准确的运用到题目之中。我得学以致用，只有这样，我才能将老师传授的知识贯彻，只有在不断的运用当中，我才能更为透彻的理解一些较难以理解的知识。也只有这样，我才能真正的在学习上得到突破的。

Since I went to high school, I have had many annoyances.

I am taking a long vacation this National Day .

My mother told me to make vacation plans. So I am thinking about what I am doing for vacation. My father wants me to go to Beijing with him, my mother wants me to visit my grandma with her , but I just want to spend time with my friends and relax at home, because I am tired and sleepy after long weeks classes.

Later on , I decide to go to Beijing with my father on October 1st . I am visiting Tian’an Men Square, Bird nets and taking a lot of beautiful photos there. But I don’t like going away for too long, so I am staying there just for four days.
