网络给了人们许多便利，但是，现在有许多人因为网络而疯狂。有人为了买游戏点卡而去抢劫;有人因为长时间通宵上网而猝死;有人为上网和父母吵架而离家出走……一件件事情都触目惊心。我曾经看到过这样的报道：在一个网吧里，一名工作人员发现一名男孩倒在楼梯间，当时还以为他通宵上网睡着了，便上前想叫醒他，谁知叫了半天也没见应答，这才觉得不对劲，于是就报了警。不久，120救护车赶到现场，医生说：男孩已死亡。这名男孩连续上网时间太长，可能是因长时间打游戏精神亢奋且体力透支，牵动了病情。我们中小学生在上网人数中占较大比例，但同学们是否注意到上网安全，控制过上网时间?有些同学天天上网，每次上网都有两三个小时;有些同学沉迷于网络游戏不能自拔;有些同学去一些不利于身心健康的网站……

我想问上网真的那么重要么?难道比生命还重要吗?那些虚幻的东西那么重要吗?我想：不，其实我们可以抛弃这些。我们可以走出家门，在草地上和小伙伴们做游戏增进友谊，在房间里多看课外书增长知识，和父母谈心增加亲情……我们还有很多选择，不单单只有上网。

同学们，我们作为新一代的小学生，也是祖国未来的栋梁，我们要好好保护我们自己，远离网瘾。

以下我给同学们几条建议：

1.合理安排上网时间。每次上网不超过2小时。

2.上网时，多查阅资料，少玩游戏。

3. 上网时不浏览不健康网站。

4. 尽量少上网。

网络是现代高科技，现代社会离不开网络，但有的网络游戏对青少年产生了极大的危害。

网络游戏被现代人称为“电子海*因”，网络游戏不但使青少年成绩下降，影响视力更会使青少年走向犯罪的道路，误入歧途。那些贪婪的制造者，制造出一个又一个看似有趣的游戏，而且让众多网迷沉醉于中，网络游戏使人变成魔鬼，使善良的青少年贬称可怕的刽子手，网络游戏正一步一步的蔓延而来，我们青少年是祖国的未来之花，我们应该用坚定的语言对它说‘不’，有人说网络游戏可以玩，因为它可以让人放松。不错的网络游戏是可以让人放松，但对于没有自制力的青少年来说网络游戏仿佛是毒品，它正无声的侵蚀着我们那幼小的心灵。网络游戏它主要的吸引在于它设置的级别，每个人心里都会有赢和升级的欲望，因为现代人太讲究现实抬爱面子，都希望在同龄人那儿大赞一番，让他们羡慕，在人类里面青少年这种不甘落后的心理现象最大，因为他们没有自控力，一心想着玩和升级，有的甚至昼夜不分的网游戏导致视力严重下降，他们为了自己的一己之私害了被人也害了自己的家人，一步一步走向监狱。

在此我想对那些沉迷与网络游戏的同龄人说：良药苦口利于病，忠言逆耳利于行。不要再沉迷于网络游戏了，回头吧！后面将是大好前程，前进键是万丈深渊。

近年来，科技日新月异，每个家庭都拥有一台计算机已经不稀奇了，虽然计算机为人们解决了许多的麻烦，但在这同时有让许多人深陷于这无止尽的深渊-网络游戏。

人的一生之中，玩乐是不可或缺的，可是一但玩过头，往往都会替自己带来一些麻烦。有新闻报道过：新的学期即将开始，但宜兰县一名考上国立高职的新生还来不及注册，就因为爸妈将计算机用密码锁起来，不让他打在线游戏电玩，而烧炭自杀身亡。父母亲虽然是为了怕孩子上网交到坏朋友，亦或者是担心影响到课业，甚至是身心的发展，但是万万没想到却在无息之中，封闭了孩子唯一可以抒发情绪的管道。不能玩到游戏，竟能让一条宝贵性命就这样牺牲了。

由此可见，网络游戏的威力是多么的可怕。能够使人像吸毒一样的上瘾，玩到无法自拔，只专注于游戏的世界，而忽略了这世上的人事物。还能让人的课业逐渐退步。人家说眼睛是灵魂之窗，但过度的的待在计算机前，是很容易让人近视的，也会让健康受损。但是玩在线游戏也不一定全然都是一件坏事，不但可以打发一些时间，也能替自己的生活增添一些色彩纾解一些压力。重要的是，你还能结交一些新朋友。如果是外国的朋友，或许还能学习到一些课本所没有的知识呢!

俗话说：「水能载舟，亦能覆舟。」虽然在线游戏对我们有好也有坏，但是这就取决于你是如何去使用它。

Nowadays, there is a widespread debate about the influence of the Internet upon peopleslife. Undoubtedly, there are both advantages and disadvantages in the Internet.

Generally speaking, it is widely believed there are two major positive aspects of the Internet asfollows. Firstly, the Internet has provided us with easy access to the necessary information andmaterials we want for living, learning and entertament. And secondly, the Internet haspromoted greatly the efficiency of our daily affairs such as shopping and communicating, saving us a lot of time, energy and money.

However, as a popular saying goes, every coin has two sides, and the Internet is noexception. The negative aspects of the Internet are also quite apparent. To begin with, thecomfort and convenience we get from the Internet is gradually making us lazy and dependtoo much on it. In addition, the Internet is a fertile soil where many dishonest people areborn and grow.

To sum up, we should try to bring the advantages of the Internet into full play, and reduce thedisadvantages to the minimum at the same time. In that case, We will definitely make a betteruse of the Internet .

As been popular in young peoples daily life, the social network service have influenced not only the ways we are socializing but also the culture and the tradition of the country.

Take the spring festival as an example, traditionally, in the evening of the Chinese New Year eve, the whole family usually would have a reunion meal. Many of the family members are not really be at home quite often spending time with others especially with their old parents, so this reunion meal is very important for every family to have a chance to talk, enjoy the together time. But today all has changed. The most common look of the reunion meal now is that all young people eat quietly meanwhile the eyes are staring at their cell phone, checking out their “Friend Circle” to see if anyone update the status. They only make sounds when someone grab a red envelop with very lousy money in it. The old parents feel awkward when facing this weird situation, no one would even like to talk to them, the reunion meal turns out that there is just a bunch of strange people eating at the same table.

And the TV shows are pushing this more far ahead. They will set some interactive sessions to encourage people use the social network service on their cell phone to get some bonus. So even TV time people still stick to their cell phone and have no word for others sitting around. Seems like the social network service is completely replace the normal communication offline. That will obviously ruin the relationship with family.

I wouldnt say the social network service is all bad, but somehow, I prefer to communicate face to face with someone I really care.

在当今这个科技高度发达的社会，上网已成为一种时尚，一种品味，一种享受。但对我们这些十四五的校园学生来说，上网是一种游戏，一种有益于身心健康，有利于增长知识，有利于交朋识友的游戏。

在网上，当了解到北约的恶行时，我义愤填膺。而当得知中美签署关于中国加入世界贸易组织双边的消息时，我欣喜万分。在网上，我对祖国，对世界有了更深一层的了解。

信息科技的高度发展给社会带来了翻天覆地的变化，国际互联网使人与人之间交流的时空大大增加，给人们带来了极大的方便。

在互联网上，你可以跟远在大洋彼岸的朋友直接通话，你可以随便翻阅世界各地的网上图书资料，你可以交流最新科研成果，你可以坐在家里进行网上购书，你可以请最好的老师为你上课。。。。。

在网上，我明白了卫星如何上天，什么是所谓的UFO之谜。百慕大三角之谜，埃及的金字塔之谜等一切系列世界上奇妙的事情。我增长了知识，扩大了知识面，我认识了许许多多的朋友。有学生，也有工人，教师各式各样的人物。他们当中有的年过半百，有的还上小学。他们有的学识渊博，有的不知鲁迅是何人物。

在网上，如果遇到麻烦，大家会帮助你，遇到困难，伙伴们会站在一条战线上。他们会在精神上、物质上、实际行动上给你无限的关心。在那里，大家都是一个集体，是一个大家庭。

网络，对任何人都充满了吸引力。它是一个游戏世界。但它的游戏不是儿时所玩的“过家家”之类的游戏。它是特殊的游戏，是充满欢乐与激情的游戏世界。

我原本是快乐活泼的小男孩，可因为游戏机让我变得脾气暴燥，成绩下降了。

那时候，我家刚买了一台电脑。不久就连了网线，我被那电脑上的大型网络游戏迷惑住了。整天想着玩电脑，想得失魂落魄。每天玩一两个钟也不够，妈妈总是劝我说：“不要玩了，再玩就会近视啊。”可我就是不听，还继续玩。有时还偷着玩，吃饭也吃一丁点。上课就在开小差，想着游戏怎么通关，还被老师罚站。期未到了，我的英语原来考80多分，可现在才考了50多分，数学我最拿手的也只考了60多分。回到家我躺在床上想着为什么考那么着的成绩……

“啊!我想通了，原来是游戏让我考得那么差的了。”想着，想着。我流下了眼泪，这时我想起妈妈告诫我的话：“游戏可以占你一大半时间，这样又有什么收获呢?和不好好读书，将来做个对社会有用的人。” “对，我一定要好好读书，不玩游戏，将来做个对社会有用的人!”
