(三)奖罚有度，实事求是，孩子发脾气冷处理

孩子做对了，我们要用心的夸奖，孩子做错了，我们也要及时的纠正，奖励和惩罚都要有度，适可而止。虽然此刻教育专家都提倡多称赞，多赞美孩子，但是我觉得还要分什么事情，因为我这是有切身体会的。在我女儿刚上幼儿园学习写字的时候，一张纸写了半篇，我觉得孩子刚会写字，写的不错，就表扬她写的工整清楚，当时没有告诉她要把每张纸都要写满，从小不要浪费东西，以至于后来看她的练习本，几乎没有一篇是写满的，后来上小学后，这种状况才慢慢改正过来。这让我想到，如果在她第一次写的时候，我就给她纠正，后来也不至于在出现这种这种状况了。所以我坚持家长在称赞孩子方面，还是要实事求是的，因为一个习惯一旦养成了，改正是很难的。当然批评孩子就更要有度，如果批评过度，甚至打孩子，慢慢的孩子就会变的叛逆。由于我的脾气比较急，说话语气比较重，有时急眼了还会对孩子动手。我女儿10岁以前基本上是批评教育为主，后来慢慢发现她不如别的孩子活泼，回家很少和我们沟通，甚至在三年级时，她班主任反映，孩子都产生了厌学的情绪。这让我一度感到后悔，后悔不该对孩子要求过于严厉，后悔自己的教育方式过于偏激。从此以后，我克制自己不管在多么生气的情况下，都要想到我这样说会对孩子产生什么样的影响。我改变自己的观念，当孩子做错的时候坚持以道理说服，而且就事说事，不能翻以前旧账，最重要的是我们说的话，要让孩子听懂听进去，而不是空泛的讲大道理。而且，在孩子任性发脾气的时候，你说任何道理她都听不进去的，所以我的做法就是冷处理，让孩子在自己的屋里冷静，我们要再旁边冷眼旁观，看她的反应，等孩子觉得闹也没有意思，冷静下来的时候，我在去跟她讲道理，这样反而更能让她理解。

(四)让孩子学会尊重他人

让孩子学会尊重他人，首先我们要先学会尊重孩子。有人会说，这么小的孩子能有什么意见，其实不然，虽然孩子小，她也是一个独立的个体，她也有独立的思想，我们更要尊重她。记得女儿2岁的时候吧，有邻居的小朋友过来和她一起玩，看到别的小孩哭着和她要玩具的时候，我不假思索的把女儿玩具拿过来，给别的小孩，后来她就养成了抱着玩具不撒手的习惯，即使睡觉一拿下来就哭，我想那时候，我没有考虑孩子的感受，伤害了她的自尊，我对她的不尊重，造成了严重的后果。逐渐的我学会了，做事要看孩子自己的意思，不能强加大人的意愿。在以后的生活中，不论是生活用品还是学习资料，我都会提前和孩子沟通好，就是去年上初中择校的问题，都是她自己决定的。让她慢慢学会有主见，能独立，从而更好的适应各种环境。

(五)培养孩子的学习习惯，劳动习惯

我女儿从上幼儿园开始，我就要求她，每天放学后必须先写完作业，再玩或者吃东西，周末才能看电视，这个习惯一直延续下来了。俗话说，行千里路胜读万卷书，只要我有时间，就会带孩子出去走走，在大自然中学习知识更能让孩子理解。在劳动方面，家里只要能让她做的事情，都是坚持让她自己做，比如扫地，洗菜，收拾自己的房间等等。许多家长认为孩子那么小，能做什么，还不是越帮越忙，其实刚开始做不好是肯定的，但是只要她参与就好，如果你总是阻止她干活，她就会觉得妈妈不需要我，久而久之就不愿干了。而且养成劳动的习惯会让她更加珍惜别人的劳动成果。

总之，孩子毕竟还小，他分辨是非能力和良好的行为的养成，要来自平时生活中看到的，所接触的环境和接触的教育，对孩子要选用正确的教育方法，现在我已经深深地体会到做家长是一门需要终身学习的艺术，在关心孩子的吃穿和身体健康的同时，更重要的是在各方面对他能正确引导，耐心的教育，让孩子将来成为有用之人。家庭教育是教育的基础和根本，没有良好的家庭教育就很难搭起良好的学校教育。当然，学校教育反过来也影响着家庭教育，孩子在学校的时间长，同学的交往和老师的鼓励将影响孩子一生的成长。孩子的成长必须靠家校共同努力。

I live with my father and mother in a very big house in dongguan. my parents are both very busy. they leave for work very early in the morning and don’t return home until late in the evening.

When i am home on weekends from school, we spend a lot of time together. we talk about my studies, my health and my school life. i love my parents very much.
