雾霾的天气，我们呼吸的是混浊的气体。空气中的霾会引起肺炎、咽喉炎、气管炎、心脏衰落等疾病。1952年，英国伦敦的那场大雾似无形的杀手，在短短五天内就夺取了4000人的生命，在之后两个月内有夺去了8000人的生命，可见大雾的威力，也该给我们敲响了警钟。

我们要的是清新的空气，要的是健康的体魄。请不要以牺牲健康为代价，而换来所谓的美好生活。少开车，绿色出行，多种树，保护森林。治霾，从我做起。

这几天，天总是灰蒙蒙的，见不得阳光，明天出门妈妈都要让我戴口罩，说有雾霾空气太脏。什么是霾呢?爸爸给了我答案： 霾又称大气棕色云，在中国气象局《地面气象观测规范》中，霾天气定义：“大量极细微的干尘粒等均匀地浮游在空中，使水平能见度小于10千米的空气普遍有混浊现象，使远处光亮物微带黄、红色，使黑暗物微带蓝色。”据研究，目前在我国存在着4个霾天气比较严重地区：黄淮海地区、长江河谷、四川盆地和珠江三角洲。

霾与雾有什么区别? 一般来讲，雾和霾的区别主要在于水分含量的大小：水分含量达到90%以上的叫雾，水分含量低于80%的叫霾。80%——90%之间的，是雾和霾的混合物。霾和雾有一些肉眼看得见的“不一样”：雾的颜色是乳白色、青白色，霾则是黄色、橙灰色;雾的边界很清晰，过了“雾区”可能就是晴空万里，但是霾则与周围环境边界不明显，城市化和工业化是霾产生的主要因素。 霾分：轻度霾、中度霾和重度霾。 一：轻度霾：空气相对湿度小于等于80%，能见度大于5公里且小于10公里;二：中度霾：空气相对湿度小于等于80%，能见度大于2公里且小于等于5公里;三：重度霾：空气相对湿度小于等于80%，且能见度小于等于2公里。

爸爸还说霾是由于人们过度追求享受，而忽视了大自然的承受能力而产生的不自然的天气现象。妈妈赶紧加了一句话：咱家决定不买车，出门就骑自行车。低碳出行我光荣。

在我的记忆中，虽然我的家乡是个小城镇，但是很美丽。当我还小的时候，我喜欢在河里抓鱼，河水是如此的干净以至于我能看到河里的鱼。由于抵挡不住对家乡的思念，上周，我回到了家乡，我发现我记忆中的城市再也不是它原来的样子了。树没以前的多，道路变得宽阔，然而河道却变得窄些了，我看到河中有一些死掉的鱼，河水是如此的脏，河流污染是如此的严重!我无法相信眼前的一切，美丽的家乡被污染给破坏了，人们的贪念导致了这个结果，他们为了追求利益，不惜以牺牲环境为代价。我希望人们能注意保护环境，这也是在保护他们自己。

最近几天像仙境一般，那是因为雾霾，雾霾我一开始以为是普通的雾，可并不是，雾霾和雾的区别就是雾霾有毒，而雾没有毒。

1.对呼吸系统的影响。霾的组成成分非常复杂，包括数百种大气化学颗粒物质。其中有害健康的主要是直径小于10微米的气溶胶粒子，如矿物颗粒物、海盐、硫酸盐、硝酸盐、有机气溶胶粒子、燃料和汽车废气等，它能直接进入并粘附在人体呼吸道和肺泡中。尤其是亚微米粒子会分别沉积于上、下呼吸道和肺泡中，引起急性鼻炎和急性支气管炎等病症。对于支气管哮喘、慢性支气管炎、阻塞性肺气肿和慢性阻塞性肺疾病等慢性呼吸系统疾病患者，雾霾天气可使病情急性发作或急性加重。如果长期处于这种环境还会诱发肺癌。

2.对心血管系统的影响。雾霾天气空气中污染物多，气压低，容易诱发心血管疾病的急性发作。比如雾大的时候，水汽含量非常的高，如果人们在户外活动和运动的话，人体的汗就不容易排出，造成人们胸闷、血压升高。

3.雾霾天气还可导致近地层紫外线的减弱，使空气中的传染性病菌的活性增强，传染病增多。

4.由于雾天日照减少，儿童紫外线照射不足，体内维生素D生成不足，对钙的吸收大大减少，严重的会引起婴儿佝偻病、儿童生长减慢。

5.影响心理健康。阴沉的雾霾天气由于光线较弱及导致的低气压，容易让人产生精神懒散、情绪低落及悲观情绪，遇到不顺心的事情甚至容易失控。

6.影响交通安全。出现霾天气时，视野能见度低，空气质量差，容易引起交通阻塞，发生交通事故。

“雾霾天气”是因为空气中漂浮着很多细小的连肉眼都看不清的小颗粒而造成的，给我们的日常生活和出行造成严重困扰。为了减少空气污染，提高空气质量，减少雾霾，让我们从自己做起，从这个春节做起，用实际行动来倡导绿色环保理念，少放一串鞭，少一点污染，少一片雾霾，给天空增添一抹蓝，让我们在蓝天白云下幸福生活。在此，我发出倡议，今年春节，我们来做一回“弃炮族”，不放鞭炮，远离雾霾，过个环保年。

雾霾天气我们该如何预防呢?

一、在家不要出来活动，告诉老人、小孩要懂得保护自己。

二、在雾霾天气里，减少出行，出行的时候要带上口罩，避免将空气中的微小颗粒吸入肺中。

三、在雾霾天气里，在家不要开窗换气。

雾霾天气里，我们不但要会“防”，还要能“攻”：

一、新春佳节里，首先我要做到不放鞭炮，并且劝阻亲朋好友不吸烟、不放鞭炮。

二、尽量绿色出行，用自行车代步，少用汽车，不排放尾气，不吹起公路灰尘。

三、节约用电，节约能源，化工厂要提高排放废气的处理能力。

四、多种植绿色植物，净化环境。

清晨天空中弥漫着灰色的雾气，每个人的面部都被一个大大的口罩覆盖住，快步疾行在雾气缭绕的街道上。也许你会想这是《生化危机》的拍摄现场，但这确是我早晨起来看到的世界的样子。原本我以为这样糟糕的天气与我无关，于是我抱怨、愤怒、谴责，但后来我才知道这竟与我有关。

许久前“雾霾”这个对我来说极其生僻的词汇，如今却成了街头巷尾，茶余饭后必聊的话题。雾霾不在是一个简单的天气现象，它已经影响到了我们的生活。

繁忙的学习中，我最期待的就是体育课。一到体育课我们就如放出笼子的小鸟，自由的奔跑在操场上。天空蔚蓝如同被清水洗过的蓝宝石一样，透彻洁净，偶尔掠过几只生灵，划破原本的宁静，给这片静如蓝玉般的天空带来几分生气。绿草如茵，我们奔跑在草地上，挥洒着汗水，你争我夺将球踢进对方的大门。那份奔跑的热情，大口的呼吸着空气，整个人都感到酣畅淋漓。

可这已经成为了梦中的场景。明净的天空被灰色覆盖，就连太阳也消失了。体育时我寻找那片蓝天，寻找那片绿草，寻找那一只只生灵，可最终我只能蜷缩于教室内，带着厚重的口罩，费力的呼吸着并不干净的空气。只能用想象在回到那片曾经奔跑过的草地。于是我开始诅咒哪些冒着黑烟的工厂，怨恨马路上那些车辆，谴责那些伐木的工人。可万万没想到我为雾霾也“贡献”一份力量。

每天早上为了多睡一会儿，我总是央求着妈妈开车送我上学，却不知这正是为雾霾“贡献”一份力量。这一去一回间无形中妈妈的车辆向空气中排放了许多废气。学习中的不良习惯也为“雾霾”添砖加瓦。每当我做数学作业时，题海中畅游的快乐，让我的笔在草纸上不停的舞动，我竟忘了规整的书写，有时一整页纸只写几个字便被无情的扔进了垃圾桶，可我现在才知道那一页页被我丢弃的纸正是一片片森林。阳光不错的日子，家人总是喜欢带着我去江边家庭聚餐。那美味的烧烤是必备的食物，可我现在才知道美味入口的代价是给雾霾“添油加醋”。

我控制不了外来的空气，但可以控制自己，少开一次私家车、少浪费一张纸、少一次烧烤的家庭聚餐，多养一个盆栽……我相信，除了抱怨，如果每人都能做到一点点，那蔚蓝的天空，如茵的绿草，奔跑的我们都会再次出现。那时我可以骄傲的呼喊雾霾的离开与我有关!

天空雾蒙蒙的，整个城市都被雾霾笼罩了，到处模糊一片，这是怎么回事？让我给你从头讲起吧！

不知从啥时候起人们开始不爱护环境了，他们乱扔垃圾，总是随便砍伐树木，乱吐痰……周围的环境都被人类污染了。这时雾霾看到了眼前的场景，看到人类居然如此摧残着自己生存的环境，它趁着机会就从被关的瓶子里逃了出来。它兴奋地四处游荡，咆哮着，整个城市到处都有它的可怕踪影。雾霾一出来可真是糟糕透了，人们出门都要带着口罩，孩子们都不能去室外上体育课了，小蝌蚪宝宝怎么找也找不到青蛙妈妈，蓝天先生和白云女士都被关进了关雾霾的瓶子……大家都冲着雾霾喊：“快走开雾霾，我们不需要你！”雾霾冷笑道：“不，我不会回去的，这是你们自找的，谁让你们不爱护环境，把我害怕的敌人树木爷爷一棵一棵砍掉，是你们使我变得更强大。”

太阳公公听到雾霾说它最怕树木爷爷，就跟人们说：“人类们，你们快多种树，树可以释放出强大的力量与雾霾斗争。”人们听到了太阳公公的话，立马行动起来，他们把树木一棵棵地种起来。

终于有一天，当绿树成林的时候，雾霾变得越来越虚弱，最后消失得无影无踪了。
