春节大扫除

Tomorrow is New Years Day, my family have had a completely cleaning for

two days. Then my father and I decorated our flat and my mother cooked delicious

food for our meal. After supper we watched TV program. How happy we were!

明天是春节，我家里以近在两天前做了彻底的大扫除。然后我和爸爸一起装饰家里，妈妈则在烧好吃的东西。晚饭以后，我们一起看电视节目，我们多高兴呀!

一个可爱的小妹妹一蹦一跳地走进这家小店。“冬天吃冰激凌是什么味儿呢?”她一边挑选，一边自言自语。

During the winter holiday, I was very happy because of the Chinese new year and other reasons. During the holiday, my parents and I went back to my hometown in the countryside in Hebei Province. I had not come back for several years, so that I was so surprised to find that great changes had taken place in this small village in the past years. Almost every family in the village had color TV set and some of them had computers. Many families had their houses newly built or rebuilt. Mostly, I went to school to have lessons this week. It was hard but we must experience, wasn’t it?

But on Saturday I finished my first learning. And the second learning will begin on Aug 1st. I can have a break and do what I want to do.

On Saturday I went shopping. Indeed I didn’t buy many things. I just wanted to relax.

It was cooler than yesterday. One of my father’s friends invited me to eat red bayberries. You must know it is unusual. Because we will climb the hill to eat red bayberries. 刚踢完毽子没多久，就跑进去看电视，边看边吃，一种神仙般的感觉逍遥自在，就在我们刚看完《天路八部》、《碧血剑》，《神雕侠侣》，《天国的嫁衣》时，就已经到了中午了。我问妈妈要20元钱，要去小店买吃的买玩得。到了小店，我买好多的东西只剩二元了。她们一看我手中的东西，便一拥而上，抢完了便一哄而散。到了最后吃的吃完了，玩的玩完了，什么都没有了，只剩下一些家里的吃的了。

吃完没多久，就吃年夜饭了，桌子上放满了好吃的菜，真是太好吃了，我们吃啊吃啊就吃菜里的冰山一角，还多着呢。接下来是给压岁钱，每人给一百元，加起来有一千多元。到了晚上，我们又看了《春节联欢晚会》看到二点多才睡觉。

Which is more important, health or wealth? When given this question, different people have varied answers. Some insist that health plays a more important role in our life, while others see more advantages arising from wealth.

Now, the new term begins. I live the life normal as before. Every morning,

I get up at 6:30. After washing, I eat breakfast at home. My mother always cooks

reading at 7:40 and the classes begin from 8:00. I usually have Chinese, math,

English and other subjects. I go home at noon and have a short rest at home.
