暑假期间我有幸在学校的组织下参加了初中骨干教师培训，在这次培训中无论是各所中学的骨干教师还是他们所讲的课程都在自己心目中留下了深刻的印象，即便是现阶段这次培训结束以后也能够在脑海中浮现一些专家教授讲的知识点，我在将这次培训中讲到的一些知识点进行总结以后也得出了相应的经验，至少在我看来这次培训获得的心得体会足以将自己的教学水平提升到一个新的高度。

在这方面可以了解到作为初中教师来说应该要懂得调动学生的学习氛围，尤其是在这个年龄阶段的学生心思比较活跃的情况下就更应该强调好课堂纪律，如何利用当前学生的心理来激发他们在课堂上的学习氛围也是一门技巧，因此对于师生之间的矛盾应该要处理好才能够逐步展开自己的教学计划，在当前的教学工作中应当懂得分析学生的心理需求才能够进一步思考作为教师的自己应该如何去做，因为相比起学习成绩来说课堂纪律问题往往让作为初中教师的自己操碎了心，这次的教师培训能够提到这样一点并提供解决的思路也是让我眼界大开。

今年暑假，爸爸妈妈带我去青海博物馆看摄影展。看完后我感慨万分。

I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and we had great fun. 按照往常我在这种题面前一定是在脑子里建立一个模型，可是，对于这道题我却格外谨慎，生怕有个闪失。我在纸上画了一个圆锥的透视效果。定睛一看，咦?这个图形如果是平面图形不就和三角形一样了吗，那这个圆锥的立方面积不就是和它同底同高的圆柱体的面积的2分之1了吗?我一下子喜出望外。原来圆锥体的面积也同容易求的嘛。只要知道圆锥体的高，和底面积不就可以求出了吗?再回到这道题上，它的条件里告诉了你底的半径，就等于告诉了底面积，它说高和底半径的比例是3：2，也就是底半径的长度是高的3分之2。那高不就是半径高。这么说来，高就是12分米，底面积就是立方分米，圆锥体面积就是立方分米。

提起滨海湾，没去过新加坡的人可能没听说过。滨海湾就像是我们杭州的钱江新城，那一带聚集了新加坡的许多地标性建筑。

directly to the aim hanging ahead. That suits my nature perfectly: love to take

risks conservatively. A smooth ride in a good car is an enjoyable satisfaction.

Seeing rows of trees moving backward rapidly, a feeling of stepping forward will

fill fully in my mind. With music hovering, breeze blowing, my soul flies in the

air.

I was always sick when took a ride of a car, especially when I was young.

Father told me that a driver would never have carsick. That may be one of the

important reasons for me to desire driving.

This summer I am going to learn driving and get my car license. The dream

with all my heart will follow the promise it had made.

关于暑假生活的日记：暑假聚会

暑假里，最好玩最开心的事情就是去参加爸爸的同学聚会。

那一天，天气特别的热，爸爸的同学来约我们去海边游泳、玩沙子，我一听，乐得一蹦三尺高。

我们到了海滩，一望无际的大海映入眼帘。海滩上、大海里都人山人海，非常热闹。沙滩上有的小朋友在玩沙子，有的小朋友在吃雪糕，真快乐啊!大海里，有的小朋友在嬉戏，有的小朋友却悠闲地在水里“泡澡”，真爽快啊!我们找了张桌子，搬来几张凳子，便坐下来。爸爸和他的几个同学一起谈话，我和照宇弟弟、吴广弟弟一起玩沙子。照宇弟弟说：“咱们来挖一个深坑吧!”我们都说：“好!”我们挖呀，挖呀，终于挖了一个很深的坑，接近1米深。照宇弟弟在深坑里踩了一个脚印，我和吴广弟弟也各踩了一个脚印，照宇弟弟还想再踩一下，可却差点儿摔了一跤，惹得我们哈哈大笑!

四点多，我们三个人和自己的家长下水游泳了。我们等着海浪冲过来，海浪一来，我们便迎着大浪高兴地喊叫着、蹦跳着。我们还在水里“泡澡”，真痛快啊!最后，爸爸妈妈叫我们该上岸了，我们三个孩子都还意犹未尽。我们赖在水里又玩了一会儿才上了岸，最后依依不舍地回家了。

参加爸爸的同学聚会真好，玩得真开心啊!我想下次还来玩!
