今年暑假，我学会了蛙泳和仰泳。

说起我的游泳经历，还怪有趣的。刚开始，我头一次见这么大的游泳池，心里不由得愣了一下，这么大的游泳池，我进去，不会沉底吧?但学会以后，一想起来这个想法，感到很荒唐。就在我蛙泳还不熟练的时候，每次，我一游，一看岸边还没人的时候，就拼命地往岸边游，生怕自己抢着水，沉到底部。就连吐气的时候也不敢把头往下钻，吐气时间也不敢长，一下一下的，最后，把自己弄得怪累的。然而，在学蛙泳期间，一次偶然的机会，彻底改变了我害怕游泳的心理。

那一次，我、晨晨和一个小男孩，他们俩个都是游泳好手。我们玩抢水枪，我和晨晨一组，小男孩一个人一组，晨晨将水枪抛出去，让我赶紧游过去接住，我一看，傻了眼，我游得不怎么熟练，万一呛着水怎么办呀?可是，没办法，为了不让小男孩赢，我豁出去了，可一游，我发现，其实吐气时间长一些，钻水深一些也没什么大不了的。

今年的暑假是由我做主，自己安排下的暑假生活丰富多彩，并且充实了自己，学到了很多东西，所以我感觉非常的开心。

July 5th Monday cloudy

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. But I also write English dairy too. Because of the wrong computer, the message didn’t here. I wish myself to live more better tomorrow.

July 6th Tuesday cloudy;

Ah ha, when I get up, it was time for lunch. But I really have a lot of work to

do, I must write words and English dairy, then learned “Li yang” English, and then …… .

Oh, my god, if I do it in the afternoon, I will ready to dead. So I wrote words, and now

I’m writing my English dairy. Wish I could finish these works today. Bye!

How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. Because of this, I write English dairy eight in the morning. But I wrote it in the evening in the pass day. Everyone, if you can finish the work quickly, not lazy, just try your best.

How tired am I! I went back from chongqing three hours ago. In the city I nearly lost the way. Thanks for the hot heart man and woman. They help us to find the way. Yesterday I came to the center of Chongqing with my mother. We came to a place named “toward the air door”. I think many people know it. The night view is so beautiful that we all don’t want to back to home. I have a photo here. In the nine, we had to go back home. I didn’t wash my face before I went to bed, I’m too tired.

This holiday is my best busy holiday for I am learning English, computer and word and I fall in the weekend exam. Many times I want to take today off, but my mother said to me:“go on, you must belive that you can do it.” So I have to try. Now my English is better than 2months ago. I want to kill my bother named kewang because every time and every day he makes me very tried. If yesterday he hut you, tomorrow he will heart you. He is a silly man, he went to bed at 9:00,then he woke up at 6:00 and then he shouted very loudly to makes me up. But I went to bed at 4:00 morning for my home web. I really want to kill him.

暑假里，我和家人来到了石泉县，欣赏了石泉十美的中坝大峡谷。

在大巴车上，我看见了绿油油的稻田，一大片一大片的，层层叠叠，呈现出不规则的图形，沿着两边的大山延伸到远方。

我们来到大峡谷，一股凉气扑面而来，不由得精神一振。峡谷里千曲百折，最宽处只有十米，山崖上两边都是茂密的树林，有时抬头都看不到天，峡谷或陡峭，或蜿蜒，有的高耸入云，有的悠长深邃。走着走着，我们来到了一个山峰，导游告诉大家这叫鹰嘴崖。我抬头一看，这座山崖光岩峭壁，直穿九霄，形状就像雄鹰锋利的铁嘴，威风凛凛，我不由感叹自然造物的神奇。不一会儿，峡谷里飘起阵阵凉风，我看见调皮的雾娃娃在峡谷里嬉戏，自由自在地飞翔，给峡谷蒙上一层薄纱，一切变得朦朦胧胧，像在人间仙境一般。

俗话说：“山无水则无趣”。我们来到落花湖，这是石泉景区的湖泊。只见湖水波光粼粼，清澈见底，像一块碧绿的翡翠，湖边开满了不知名的野花，星星点点，煞是好看。接下来，我们走到迎宾瀑布，它是景区的第一挂瀑布。百米水帘，倾泻而下，状若满山飞雪，色彩斑斓，宛如仙女妙手编织的山水壁画。不由得让我想起：“飞流直下三千尺，疑似银河落九天”，瀑布落下的水花溅在我的脸上，令我心旷神怡。

“有瀑必有潭”，我们继续向前走去。一路上水帘千丝万缕，互相交织，到处是“滴滴答答”、“哗啦啦”的声音，水声让我想起：“大弦嘈嘈如急雨，小弦切切如私语。嘈嘈切切错杂弹，大珠小珠落玉盘”。好一派山水风光!

在石泉，我们还品尝了当地特色：豆腐干、腊肉、烤鱼，那麻辣鲜香的滋味一直回味在我的口中!

中坝大峡谷是石泉的一颗明珠，它优美的风光深深地印在我的脑海中，令我难忘!

When we were children, we often say that I want to grow up, or I want to be

an adult. As children, we cannot do many things, while after we grow up, we can.

However, we often complain that I don’t want to grow up when we become adults

actually.

Firstly, growing up means more responsibilities. We should make a living by

ourselves or we should support our parents when they can’t earn enough money to

make a living.

Econdly, after graduation, we need to work instead of accomplishing

nothing. We should have a target and work for it, so we have pressure on

jobs.

Every coin has two sides. Grow up can also broaden our horizon, offer us an

opportunity to know more about our world, love and protect the important person

in our life. Don’t be afraid of growing up, just be a better person and enjoy

our life.
