reading classics have significant implication for a person’s development. a sea of classic books are usually written by a lot of well-known folks. different kinds of books tell us their own special subjects, which teach us how to effectively do our jobs, carry out problems from different parts and do a successful man.

recently people who tend to read classics are shrinking, while in the past classic staff had a large popularity for all kinds of individuals. why does this phenomenon come out? the reason for this problem is from many aspects, mainly as follows.

the first reason is that people do not have enough time to read and reluctant to spend their valuable time in books. as the economic development is becoming increasingly fast, a multitude of characters surge into their money. in order to earn more incomes, they kill their all time in their jobs, and they even don’t want to take a little of their all time to read. the second reason for causing this phenomenon is next.

“知识产权”是一个让人们值得重视的问题。现在有些人，没有经过作品或发明、发现等一些东西作者的同意，也没有付给作者应付的费用，就私自做成一些盗版的，没经过法院同意的东西出去用便宜的价格销售出去。或许有些人会这样想，虽然盗版的东西是没有正版的好。可是，正版的影碟，作品等都非常贵，有些经济条件不允许的可买不起，盗版的比正版的好点。其实，这样的理解是错误的。

回家后，我高高兴兴的打开电视机，刚要播放到一半时，电视里就死机或是屡见不鲜的状况。看了这个事例后，我明白了一个道理：盗版的东西就算再好也只能是正版中的害群之马。我也知道了为什么正版的作者都在喝“西北风”了，这是因为正版的东西太贵了，老百姓迫不得已才买了盗版碟。我认为正版的销售上应该少要点利润，把价格先降下来。这样才能让人们尊重、重视你的知识产权，让老百姓出得起钱来买。这样，买的人就多，人多自然就会卖得火了。只有这样做，作品的作者就不会再为自己的知识产权而烦恼了。

特别提醒: 根据历年高考阅卷的情况, 考生写句子最易犯的错是: 不用be时却用了, 或者该用be时却没用。因此, 我们须注意:

1.英语句子通常要有谓语动词, 否则就不完整。如表达 “他很累”, 不能说He very tired.

而要说He is very tired. 因为tired是形容词, 句中无动词。切记: 当句子意思完整, 但句中没有动词时, 一定要加上be。

知识产权在我心如果说你有诚信，那么知识产权这死个字永远烙印在你的心底。如果说你认为知识产权对于你来说是一件可有可无的东西，那么你将是一个没有品德，没有策划你诚信的人。大家对知识产权这几个字并不是不了解吧。其实知识产权主要指个人及其组织在脑力劳动方面创造并完成的智力成果而依法享有的专有权利。它具有无形性、双重性、确认性和独占性的特点。根据我国知识产权法的相关法律规定，公民和法人所享有的知识产权有著作权(版权)、专利权、商标专用权、发现权、发明权，以及其他科技成果权等。如果我们要转载他人的作品，那就必须经过他人的许可。

我相信人们完成的智慧成功都会申请专利，这个专利不只是有自己的专利权，还有发明权等等，这个专利一旦公布后，也是你对你自己的认可，对自己的信任。这个社会上的人转载了他人的作品并没有告知他人或经过允许，这样的人很多，甚至随处可见，而且我也有这样的遭遇。他们往往都是自己在网上随意的转载，而没有通知我，只要自己在网上一搜索就会有一大片出来。我当时就在想，他们是不是没有知识产权这方面的意识，还是自己的文化水平不够而不能理解其中的含义。他们又为何不自己创作，又为何转载不通知他人，按理论来将这也算是强制获取，也可以说成偷盗吧。

这个社会上的人都应该对知识产权有一定的认识，除非我们自己承认自己是文盲，而且我们还要对人们的非法侵犯别人的作品举报，要大力的宣传知识产权对我们经济贸易有着重要的作用，对我们的生活有紧密的联系。所以知识产权将深深的烙印在我们的心底，从它可以看出一个人是否诚信，是否有没有的品质，是否可以成才，是否可以用诚信去创造美好的明天!——这是历史的另外一个作文。

With the development scientific technology and the improvement of people’s life standard, a growing number of e-books have been available for the readers. Therefore, some people hold the idea that e-books will replace traditional books in the future, because the former is more advantageous than the latter, such as more convenient and less expensive.

随着科技的发展和人们生活水平的提高，读者可以看到越来越多的电子书。因此，有些人认为电子书在未来会取代传统书籍，因为前者比后者更有优势，如更方便和更便宜。

However, as far as I am concerned, e-books will not and cannot replace traditional books. First, compared with traditional books, we cannot get the same pleasure from reading e-books in that e-books are easier to make our eyes to be tired and dry when reading. Second, with concern about copyright, there are many books are not available in digital form, especially classics. In other words, the resource of e-books is quite limited and cannot satisfy the readers. Third, there is a function of traditional books that e-books do not have—as a gift and a collection. I suppose that those who love reading would be willing to keep a printed form even though he has read the electronic form of it.

然而，我认为电子书不会、也不能取代传统书籍。首先，与传统书籍相比，从电子书中我们不能获得同样的乐趣，因为电子书阅读的时候更容易使我们的眼睛累，干燥。第二，因为版权问题，有许多书是没有电子形式，尤其是一些经典著作。换句话说，电子书的资源是非常有限，无法满足读者。第三，传统书籍有一个电子书没有的功能——作为礼物或拿来收集。我想那些爱阅读的人会愿意保存着纸质版的书，尽管他已经阅读过电子版的了。

If we have no knowledge, we cannot succeed in doing any work. Why? Because knowledge is power. With knowledge we have conquered nature and invented steamers, trains and airplanes. We can send messages by telegram. We can talk with our friends by telephone. As is well known, we students are the future masters of the nation. She needs us very much. If we do not make efforts to acquire knowledge, how can we render service to her ?

Whatever one does, one should do it with confidence. If one has no confidence, there is little possibility that one would ever achieve anything, especially when one is faced with drawbacks or hardships. This troth seems to be self-evident. However, in reality we do see a lot of people who complain that they lack the ability to do ,something or that their difficulties are too great to be overcome,For someone, this might be true. But for many others, this only shows that they have lost heart.

Why do people often feel frustrated even though they are capable of doing some thing? There are, among others, two main reasons. First, these people do not have a correct estimate of themselves. Second, they overestimate the difficulties.

It is passible to build up faith in oneself by having the right attitude towards ones own abilities. We should never underesrimate our abilities but should believe in the proverb: "Where there is a will, there is a way." Confidence is the promise for fulfilling a task successfully.

In the Information Age, public awareness of the value of knowledge critically affects the economic growth of a nation. The schematic diagram clearly shows how the value of knowledge evolved in China in the past 50 years.

The schematic diagram mainly consists of three parts. From 1950 to 1966, the curve was roughly a straight line slightly above zero, showing that China was a poorly-educated nation then. In 1966, the curve drastically dropped below zero, moving down hopelessly in the next 11 years. This periodcoincided with the "Culture Revolution". Our society went mad then, books were burned,schools were closed and all kinds of academic activities were banned. Knowledge inflicted its masters nothing but disasters. Life was a nightmare for Chinese intellectuals, including famous scholars as well as common people who received higher education or whose profession had anything to do with knowledge. It was a time when ignorance was a virtue and knowledge was a crime. People tried desperately to be away from knowledge. As a result, China lagged farther behind the rapid progressing world. This was the darkest time in the history of New China. The curve returned to its original non-zero position around 1978 and moved up but slowly. From 1984 on, it has been shooting up. The open-up policy encourages people to study and to channel their knowledge to the market economy. Millions of Chinese are bettering off by means of their knowledge and more Chinese enjoy the fruits of knowledge and say goodbye for good to poverty that haunted them for generations.

As our world is rapidly advancing towards the Information Age, increasing number of people realize that knowledge is power and creativity is everything. Only when China becomes a better educated nation, can China be a great nation with international prestige.

Praise of knowledge has never come to an end since ancient times。 Apparently， knowledge is a treasure that everybody volunteers to possess and much of success could be attributed to it directly or indirectly。

As far as I am concerned， the beauty of knowledge can be explained in three aspects。

Firstly， knowledge is open to all human beings。 People can learn whatever they wish in one way or another。 Secondly， knowledge learnt can be reflected in ones later life， so that one knows how to savor the present moment in peaceful times and how to deal with problems in difficult times。 Last but not least， one of the most prominent features of knowledge is that one carries it throughout his life。 Even if one loses a large fortune， he will never be a beggar if he already knows how to make money。

(2)为智力成果的推广应用和传播提供了法律机制，为智力成果转化为生产力，运用到生产建设上去，产生了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。

(3)为国际经济技术贸易和文化艺术的交流提供了法律准则，促进人类文明进步和经济发展。

(4)知识产权法律制度作为现代民商法的重要组成部分，对完善我

国法律体系，建设法治国家具有重大意义。

但是如果过于强调知识产权，那也会带来一定的负面影响。

迈克尔·赫勒在《困局经济学》中提出："私人所有者大多会避免过度使用，因为保护和留存自身掌握的资源，与个人的利益息息相关。遗憾的是，私有化也会过火。有时候，我们为一种资源创造了太多的所有者，人人都可以禁止他人使用，合作搞不成，资源被浪费。困局即是悖论：私有产权能提高社会福利，过多的所有权却造成反效果-破坏市场，阻碍创新，耗费生命。"他举出的例子是：公司的科学家研发了一种治疗老年痴呆症的新药，但不能上市出售，除非公司能买下几十种专利的使用权。任何一位专利持有人都可以信口索价，有些干脆不答应这笔交易。故事的结局不怎么美满：原本可以拯救上百万条生命、赚取数十亿美元的新药，就这么束之高阁了。
