春节是什么味的呢？咸的。当看到新闻中那些身在他乡的人们给家乡的父老乡亲打电话时落下的泪水时，我感受到，春节的味道，像思乡的眼泪，是咸的。春节的味道是什么呢？甜的。在天空五彩缤纷烟花的映衬下，老人满足的笑容中，孩子们俏皮地捂着耳朵等待鞭炮在耳边炸响的动作里，我感受到，春节像醇醇的美酒，是甜的。

我想，我懂了。春节在每个人的口中的味道是不一样的，关键在于，你是怀着怎样一颗心和一种态度，去品尝这个充满了爆竹声的红色的春节。

在我的记忆中，春节是最热闹的节日。每当想到春节，我便想起去年春节我和爸爸放鞭炮的情景。记得年前大人们都忙着买东西办年货，妈妈又是买菜又是**联又是包饺子。我们小孩却不像大人那样忙。大年三十那天，妈妈让我和爸爸贴好了春联，爸爸忽然想起了忘记买鞭炮了。我们爷俩就决定一起下楼买鞭炮，来到卖鞭炮的摊位上，鞭炮的花样可真不少啊！有冲天炮、旋转炮、刺花炮、摔炮、礼花炮、黑蜘蛛炮、还有大炸雷……

反正各种各样的鞭炮说也说不完。爸爸给我买了比较安全的摔炮和刺花炮，又买了噼噼叭叭的鞭炮和冲天炮又叫二踢脚，还有五颜六色的礼花炮。走在路上，我就忍不住往地上扔了几个摔炮，摔炮摔在地上“啪啪”得响了起来，我感到好玩极了。到了中午，我就听到震耳的鞭炮声。爸爸也拿出了我们买的鞭炮。点上火只听到鞭炮辟天开地的响了起来，整个楼层都回荡着鞭炮声。我躲在远处捂上耳朵，直到鞭炮声结束，我才敢走到近处看一看。接着，爸爸又拿出一个二踢脚，把它拿在手中，点上火只听到“嗖”的一声，二踢脚像小火箭一样冲上天空，然后爆炸。我高兴得拍着手，难道真正的火箭就是这个原理发射上天的吗？到了晚上，整个城市灯火通明，天空中闪耀着五彩的礼花。我点燃了一个刺花炮，刺花炮“刺刺”的发出耀眼的火花。

我把手舞动起来，刺花炮跟着我的手臂舞动，划出一个个闪亮的光环。接着，爸爸开始放最美丽的礼花炮。点上火一个个五颜六色的彩球从礼花炮的炮管中冲上天空，色彩斑斓美丽极了。快到最后的时候，只听到“嘭”的一声，从炮管后面冒出一股黑烟。我和妈妈吓了一大跳，只见爸爸的手和脸被熏的乌黑。我和妈妈看到爸爸这个样子，笑得前仰后合的。爸爸哭笑不得的说：“都是劣质炮惹得祸，以后放鞭炮一定要注意安全，不要再卖劣质炮了！”这个除夕我过的真得很快乐，这是我最快乐的春节了。

春节就是每年的第一天，家乡人叫这一天为大年初一。大年初一这一天，有“开门爆竹"一说。即在新的一年到来之际，家家户户开门的第一件事就是燃放爆竹，以噼里啪啦的爆竹声除旧迎新，而且放爆竹可以创造出喜庆热闹的气氛。这也是节目的的一种娱乐活动，可以让人们感到愉快，在新的一年里为人们带来吉祥。

春节还有一个习俗，当然就是吃饺子了!为驱邪恶，图吉利，饺子必须要煮得多还得有余，饭后还要在锅里放上几个馒头，这些都意在年年有余。要是饺子煮破了，不可以说“破了”要说“挣了"，就是赚了的意思。就餐时，除每人一碗外还要多盛一到两碗，意思是希望新的一年里家里人丁兴旺。吃饺子时还有许多乐趣呢!新年里吃的饺子里包有枣子、栗子、钱、花生米等物质。吃饺子时吃到的第一个饺子里包有什么象征物质，新的一年里就会像物质象征的那样。如果吃到红枣，新的一年里就会红红火火勤劳致富;吃到栗子，就意味着新的一年里，身体健康，做事有干劲;吃到花生米，就意味着长命百岁，行大运;吃到钱，那就意味着发大财，日子红红火火……不管谁知道哪一种，大家都会衷心的祝贺。如果是小孩吃到钱，那就代表学业有成，大家都要祝贺他(她)。

春节时还有拜年的习俗，大家互相问好，晚辈向长辈问好时长辈要给晚辈压岁钱，还有用手机发短信、打电话拜年，给别人送上美好的祝福。

从考完试放假的这一天起，我就天天盼着过年的到来，做什么事都感觉有些急躁，感觉时间过得很慢，可能是想过年的缘故吧！于是奶奶和我说：“我小时候快过年的时候比你还急，那时候，没有现在的高楼大厦，也没有什么好吃的，有也要留到过年来吃，吃一次饺子都难，现在条件这么好，想吃什么就有什么，别着急！”通过奶奶给我讲的这么多，我明白了原来的艰苦，想：现在的过年的年味越来越淡了，因为现在的社会越来越信息化了，条件好了，都不觉得过年有什么稀奇的，只有我们小孩子才会非常高兴，因为我们会有压岁钱……大年三十这一天下午我起的很早，我太兴奋了，睡不着。我兴高采烈的起来了，可是写完作业了就觉得无聊，玩电脑、看电视都觉得没什么意思。正好看见爸爸、奶奶都在包饺子。于是我默默的想:咦？既然没什么事情做，我还不如包饺子呢！这样既打发了时间，有体验了一项新工作，真是两全其美啊！我说干就干，我把手洗得干干净净，跑到桌子前，提高嗓门说：“奶奶，我也想包饺子！”奶奶笑着对我说：“这那是小孩干的事，好不容易考完试，好好玩玩吧。”，爸爸也很赞同。“可是我的确没什么事干，让我包一次饺子呗。”我再三请求，奶奶最后同意了。我开始包饺子了，我学着大人们的样子，先把一张饺子皮铺平放在手上。接着用筷子加适量的馅儿，先对折饺子皮用手捏紧，再把别的口子捏紧，这样一个饺子就包好了。前面几个步骤都完成的不错，可是捏好皮以后，这个饺子就显得很扁，于是我请教奶奶，奶奶说：“你把馅儿往前放一点，一捏这个饺子就站起来了，不信你试试。”我试了试，果然，我掌握了要领，我包呀，包呀，包呀……饺子最终包完了。夜幕降临，渐渐地渐渐地，新年的钟声敲响了！外面礼炮齐鸣，把天空映的亮堂堂的，就像白天一样，我和爸爸来到楼下放鞭炮，祈福我们在新的一年里幸福平安。我张开双臂，感受着新年的气息。我们开始吃饺子送年，热腾腾的饺子出锅了，自己包的饺子比以往的更加香甜，这个年我过的有滋有味，开心无比……
