今天就是英语外研比赛的日子了，我被安排在下午2.30那场，老妈的单位离考场比较近，上午我便跟她去单位值班。

只是在去年夏天，我才真正懂得了它的意义。

我是妈妈的心肝宝贝，掌上明珠。衣来伸手，饭来张口，家中一切事物我从来不去也不需要做。那是一个夏天的星期天，妈妈在田里干农活，累得腰酸背痛，筋疲力尽。可是昨晚换下的一大桶衣服还在等待妈妈去清洗，是等妈妈呢?还是自己去学着洗一洗，帮妈妈减轻一些呢?想想自己已经十岁了，也该帮妈妈做一下家务了。
