今天下午，英语老师拿考卷来发，没想到第一个就是我，我连害怕的时间都没有了。

可我拿到考卷的时候，这简直是老天送给我的惊喜。我考了98分！从四年级开始，我英语考试就没有一次能上九十分以上，不是七十几，就是八十几。可这回，竟然得了个98分！太让人不敢相信，连我自己感到不可思议。当我看到扣分数的那一道错题时，脸一下阴了下来——只是四个开头没写大写字母，就扣2分！这2分扣得未免太冤了吧。我把考卷拿着，快步走到位置上时，刚好老师叫到了姚子恒的名字。我以为他的分数会比我的分数高。没想到，哈哈，竟然比我的分数少。我得意扬扬，只能用考卷挡在我面前，好收敛我的得意。

记得考试的时候，我是擦了又改，改了又擦，前面两面才全对的。还有，第一题连线的，连单词和意思，这几单元的单词我都能背出来，称得上倒背如流，这种小题难不倒我。哦，我太激动了，还是收敛不住。

还有，还有，第五题简直是奇迹！这题的意思，我都不明白，只能跳过，等我全部写完了，再返回来写。这时，英语老师已经要收卷了，我也不知道是什么意思就随便填，没想到我瞎猫碰上死耗子，全蒙对了！

哇，这次我考得很满意，我又收敛不住了……

First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

world.

雷锋叔叔艰苦朴素的精神也非常值得我们学习。他在生活中十分节俭，衣服是破了再补，从不舍得买新衣服，生活用品能将就着用就绝不买新的。看看现在的我们是多么奢侈，衣服不喜欢了就不穿;食物不爱吃就扔掉;书本从不知爱惜，不是掉了封面就是少了底面。想想雷锋叔叔，我们是多么惭愧啊!没有革命前辈的抛头颅、洒热血哪有我们今天的幸福生活，我们更应该珍惜这来之不易的生活。

雷锋叔叔还是一位善于学习，善于抓紧时间的榜样。他读书的时间来自于在日记中形容的“钻”与“挤”：“钉子有两个长处：一个是挤劲，一个是钻劲。我们在学习上也要提倡这种‘钉子’精神，善于挤和善于钻。”他不但这样说，也是这样做的。他常常在紧张的工作之余利用一切空闲时间抓紧时间学习。想想自己平时总嫌时间不够用，往往放学后把作业写完就已经很晚了，其他什么事都干不成，就为这不知多少次挨妈妈批评。后来我发现其实时间都被我“磨蹭”掉了。回来不是立即写作业而是先要休息一会，写作业时注意力不够集中，所以效率很低。我看了雷锋叔叔的日记后，决心要向他学习“钻”和“挤”的精神。抓紧一切时间，合理安排作息时间，提高写作业的效率。现在我的写作业时间大大缩短了，还可以在空余时间看看课外书以拓宽自己的知识面。

I am very happy today for I had the chance to help the old people in our

I opened my eyes in the morning and looked at the clock. "Oh, dear! Its

half past seven already. Ill be late again," I thought. Without breakfast, I

刚才洗了个凉水澡，爽得很!

我不习惯用凉水洗澡，刚开始有点怯火，就用毛巾蘸了凉水擦，使劲的擦，擦得我身上红一道白一道的，像猫抓了一样。身体慢慢热起来了，我就往身上撩水，撩的我直打哆嗦，又快速的搓，越搓越暖和，越搓越舒服，我就叫起来了。最后干脆端起盆子往身上浇，半盆子凉水顺着脖子往下流，这一下凉气席卷了全身，从未有过的感觉让我爽到了极点，就跳起来了。我迅速用毛巾擦净了水，穿上了衣服。这会儿感觉到身上微微发热，舒服得很，比洗了热水澡还舒服。看来凉水澡是先难受后舒服，先冷后热，先苦后甜，以后要坚持洗凉水澡!

This evening I went to the KTV with some of my good friends.

This was the first time that I had been to a KTV and at first I didn’t want to go. I had been in a bad mood the whole afternoon because I didn’t do well in the math exam. At the KTV, everybody sang his favorite songs very happily except me —I as only one of the audience . I dare not have a try because I was afraid that I couldn’t sing well. Today, the weather was fine and I take a bus to Hangzhou, the students play, starting 7:00 am this morning, we have toured the West Lake, where boating.
