今年陕西电视台开播了两种电视短剧――“百家碎戏”和“都市碎戏”，这是一种讲述老百姓小故事的电视短剧，非常贴近老百姓的生活，老百姓很喜欢看，收视率还不错。每晚上一部，因此电视台需要大量的优秀电视短剧。于是，乔伟的机遇来了，就像遇到了春风的抚慰，他的电视导演梦像一棵小草一样，在发芽在开花。人常说，机遇总是等待有准备的人的，不错，具备了一定专业知识和实践经验的乔伟和他的同学们瞄准了这两档节目，开始了电视剧的创作和拍摄。他们干得很投入，经常废寝忘食，通宵通宵的熬夜拍摄、剪辑、制作，有时候我看他们熬夜也为他们所感动，他们在繁重的课业的夹缝里还在追求着自己的梦想，真是一群不错的年轻人!

今年的五一节长假，我亲历了他们的电视剧拍摄，那是一部讲述当代中学生的电视剧，剧名就叫作《演讲奇遇》，说的是一位中学生在准备参加教育局举办的“八荣八耻”演讲比赛的过程中遭遇了自行车被盗、车祸的发生等等，后来用自己的实际行动言传身教使一个小偷改过从新的故事。

那是一个炎热的午后，在县城的一个繁华路段，他们拍摄剧中一场车祸的片断。小偷(剧中人)的父亲在建筑工地上出了事，小偷得知这一消息后，从家里飞也似的跑出来，一不小心就让一辆小轿车撞伤了，小轿车撞人后逃逸了。这就是这一片断的简单剧情。但他们硬是拍摄了四五次，饰演小偷的同学一次又一次地撞上汽车，头上血流如注(剧情需要)，然后倒地昏迷不醒，然后肇事汽车开始逃逸。就这么简单的情节，但乔伟硬是说不行，拍得不成功，说什么演员的表演不到位，什么摄像“切”得不行，汽车快了、汽车慢了，角度不对等等。于是，那个饰演小偷的同学在表演完后虽然洗了脸、洗了头，但通不过导演的检验，又不得不再撞一次车，又来一次“血流满面”，就这样，一连表演了四五次，直到后来终于非常成功、非常逼真、非常惊心动魄了，乔伟做了一个手势“OK”，才算通过了。

多么不容易啊，我在一旁暗暗惊叹，也像许多围观的群众一样，不由得向他竖起大拇指发出由衷的称赞：“好样的，像个敬业的导演!”

后来他拍摄的电视短剧又有三部在陕西电视台播出了，我真为他高兴。

前不久，他打来了电话说，小叔，你也别写散文了，你有时间为我写一部电视剧吧，我们正缺剧本呢。我说，好啊，我可以尝试一下。他又说，我准备在毕业后要拍一部长篇电视连续剧呢，至少也要拍30-50集，到那时候，你就从中央电视台看我的作品吧，哈哈!
