欢快的时光总是很短暂，我感觉像只过了一分钟那样，最后是我们女生队赢得了胜利，但我觉得胜负其实并不重要，重要的是我们通过游戏体会到了快乐！

Nowadays, a lot of recreational activities are available for people to release their stress of work or study. Recreational activities have aroused a hot debate in society. When it comes to recreational activities, people’s ideas are not cut from the same cloth.

Abundant recreational activities make people’s life more colorful and people can release their stress with amusement. Also, participating in recreational activities helps promote our competence. There is a little girl named lili, she is very lovely, very beautiful!

操场的北边还有一个小女孩和一个小男孩在踢毽子，毽子好像花蝴蝶在空中飞舞。操场的南边有两个小女孩在跳绳，她们跳得可熟练了，嘴里还“一、二、三、四……”地数道。教学楼上边还有同学在打乒乓球，打的可好看了。

今天下午，我们上了一节课外活动课。

到了操场，练了差不多20分钟的队列，我们就开始了自由活动。这次，我带了毽子。我们开始玩毽子了，我们比赛看谁踢的最多。我先开始，我一边踢，别人一遍数：“1、2、3、4。”突然间，我的力量太大，一踢，哎呀，没接到。“哇，宋思雨踢了4个，看看闫秋彤能提多少个。”我在心里默默的想着：我这几天可不能白练了，一定要赢！

我们有一次开始数了：“1、2、3。”YES闫秋彤踢了3个，比我少，后来，史怡珂和刘佳心也开始踢了，“1、2、个。”刘佳心只踢了2个，再看看史怡珂只踢了1个。哈哈哈哈，哎呀，我赢了。我知道我赢得了比赛以后，别提有多开心了！

后来，我再踢的时候，来了一个后踢，呀，踢了5个，破了一次记录，嘻嘻，虽然踢得并不多。后来，老闫，诶，诶诶，诶，哦，我又赢了，她有比我少一个，刘佳心和史怡珂也只踢了2个。

我们一直比赛，比到了课外活动结束。课外后动真开心，我以后还要上课外活动课！

今天跟母亲一起去青少年宫报名参加一个写作阅读班，心里是有点不高兴，但是后来想想又是高兴了。母亲让我去青少年宫参加写作班我是不太愿意的，好好的一个星期天又变成不能休息，要学习了。但我去到青少年宫见到好多小朋友都在那里学习各种特长。有学钢琴的、有学奥数的、有学画画的、还有人学我喜欢的拳击。今天我去时刚好看到了喜报，学习写作的小朋友们获奖了。母亲对我说：“希望艺凡也能像他们一样获奖，把梁艺凡的名字写在喜报上。机会是给有准备的人，孩子你要获得大家的表扬就只比别人更努力才行!你看大家都在你追我赶的学习，你也行的!加油!母亲相信你是最棒的。”

老鹰捉小鸡的游戏真好玩啊!课外活动时，老师刚说(我们要做这个游戏)好一个游戏名称，同学们纷纷举起手，争着要当老鹰和母鸡。老师扫视了一下，指着机灵的小新说：“你来当老鹰吧!”只见小新高兴的像疯了一样。又指着聪明的正楠说：“就让你来当母鸡!”正楠当然也非常高兴了(他们高兴的样子是怎么的?给大家说说呀)。

游戏开始拉!只见同学们一个个紧紧的拉着前一个同学的衣角。母鸡张开庞大的翅膀，保护着“小鸡”们。老鹰骄傲(地)的说：“我一定会吃了你们的!哈哈!”可“小鸡”们左一躲右一闪，。老鹰怎么也捉不到。老鹰(这)着下火了，张开鹰(爪)抓，左一扑，右一捉，还是一无(所获)硕货。看着那么多的“小鸡”，“口水”流下三千尺。突然老鹰灵机一动，想出了一个好办法，看!它一直往一个地方捉，果然不出所料。捉住了好几只“小鸡”呢!可是(它自己也)它以满头大汗，气喘吁吁。母鸡也快要不行了!老鹰说：“捉小鸡一定要捉到底!”它好像一下子充满了活力。眼看最后一只小鸡要被捉住了，母鸡一下子转过身，逃脱了老鹰那凶恶的利抓。可是(在紧要关头)再仅要观头，还是被老鹰给吃了!

每一次的教研活动都是对前一阶段教学的反思，反思我们的教学常规，反思我们的教学理念，反思我们的教学基本功。反思的同时探究更好的，适合我们的孩子的教学方法。因为我们都追求一个目标——让学生真正学到知识并运用知识，感受学习英语的乐趣。通过这次的教研活动，让我受益匪浅，体会颇深。

一、提高自身的专业素养。每一次参加完教研活动后总是觉得我还有很多东西需要加强。如提高口语表达能力，驾驭课堂的能力等等。只有这样才能更好的完成教育教学工作。

二、不断完善课堂教学。应该说每一次英语教研活动，我们都会从中汲取很多好的教学方法。也就是说。很多英语老师在平日繁重的教学过程中，都在不断地学习，探究，不断地完善自己的课堂教学，从而不断地提高课堂教学效率。

三、重视评价，关注学生的情感。英语课并不是简单地知识的累加，而是一个综合体。每一单元的内容都是有思想的，都是很好的教育材料，应该把情感教育应用到每一节英语课上。简单地让学生只学一些词和句子没有什么实际意义，有些学生态度冷淡，情感脆弱，关注学生的情感态度培养是必需的。一句鼓励的话，让学生兴奋，促使他们集中精力，积极完成课堂上的各种教学活动。

今天下午第三节课是我们的课外活动时间，我们在操场上跑了一圈之后就解散开始玩了。

我一开始不知道玩什么，就开始瞎转了，这边看看，那边看看，结果没什么好玩的。最后我看见了吴东宇和陈浩阳在打乒乓球。“吴东宇乒乓球借我玩玩吧。”我们打乒乓球并不是在乒乓球台上打，而是在拿着羽毛球拍打乒乓球，我把这个打法叫做羽毛乒乓球。吴东宇爽快的答应了，他给我示范了一下就把拍子交给我了。

我和陈浩阳开始打了。乒乓球很轻，只要我们用羽毛球拍轻轻的一大乒乓球就飞出去很远，我一开始的时候不会把握力度总是非常使劲的打乒乓球，球飞出去很远，陈浩阳总是要跑到很远的地方去捡球。后来我才明白，我这样太用力了，打他乒乓球不想打羽毛球那么简单不能用力过度。我们这样太费力了操场上风很大，有时候把球发出去时候受到风的影响，像回旋镖一样飞回来，反而打在自己的脸上，还有的时候，风大了，需要非常使劲的打球，有一次我把球发出去之后，球和风互不相让在天空打架。陈浩阳玩着玩着我就不玩了。

后来又来了几个人，他们这几个人没有球拍只能用手打，发球的时候只能用手投过来，他们几个徒手打球就让我累的气喘吁吁，后来他们说要拿球拍，他们觉得这样不公平，我只能拿着乒乓球拍打了，乒乓球拍玩着不顺手，因为它太短了，不好发球，也不好接球，玩着非常别。

快乐的时光总是那么短暂，快乐的活动课在不知不觉中就结束了，我们大家都还没有玩够，就已经结束了，期待下次的活动课，能比这次更加有趣。

下课铃响了，同学们快步走出教室，到操场上参加自己喜欢的课间活动。校园里顿时沸腾起来。

校园的西面，有四个篮球架。篮架的旁边坐着一些同学，不时传来喝彩声和欢笑声。瞧，篮球小将们打得多起劲啊!就一分决定输赢，可是常常打好长时间还不分胜负。

篮架的东面，也围了一些同学。他们在跳绳。一个同学刚刚停下来，另一个同学连忙接上他，继续跳。

踢足球的同学玩得最有劲。两面传球的同学密切合作，不让另一队的同学抢到球。球从空中飞过来了，一个同学来了个临空飞射，把球踢进了另一队的球门。“噢!我们赢了。”获胜的队员欢呼起来。

我们的课外活动真是丰富多彩。有的跳橡皮筋，有的踢毽子，有的跑步。最有趣的是幼儿园的小朋友。他们在大哥哥大姐姐的带领下，在做老鹰捉小鸡的游戏呢!
