The smiley face knows no politics, no geography and no religion. Harvey’s idea was that for at least one day each year, neither should we. He declared that the first Friday in October each year would henceforth be World Smile Day.

The very first World Smile Day took place in Worcester, MA on October 1, 1999. What a celebration it was! State and local dignitaries gathered and read proclamations in support of the day. Another proclamation recognizing the day was read on the floor of the United States Congress and is now part of the Congressional Record, the reporter of the official proceedings of the US Congress. Thousands of Worcester school children created World Smile Day® cards that were then delivered to area hospitals and nursing homes. The event became national and even international news.

The US Postal service came to Worcester that day to unveil its new Smiley Face stamp design. And, the Postal Service issued a special cancellation just for that event. Each year since then the USPS has issued a different cancellation commemorating the day.

Everyone in the world is not alone. We have families also friends. People become friends with millions of reasons and also some become friends without any reason. People have different characteristics may also become friends as a kind of     mutual compensation. The three friends below can all give me some advice when I was misled in life.

My friend’s name is Jack. We did not become friends immediately when we met in middle-school. He is the same age as me, but he is like some kind of a tutor to me. And he is tolerant to my fault all the time. It is he who made me know the definition of friendship. I was a mischievous boy at that time and I was hanging out with some hooligans. Jane is not the most beautiful girl I have ever met. But she is the most suitable one to be my girlfriend. She is optimistic and progressive. Before meeting her, I thought I was some kind of a loser of life and I treated everything in the world with hatred. It is Jane that gets me to the right way. One day she asked me what I wanted to be in the future. I said nothing. That was the only moment I saw sadness slipped over her face. 有一次数学考试，平时成绩数一数二的我竟然只考了86分，我背着如泰山一样重的书包，迈着沉重的步子走在回家的路上，心想：今天回家，爸爸肯定会骂死我的。

I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .

I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2007.

I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

In July 2007, I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because Im capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.

And in August 2007,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, Id like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.
