我们除了学习，最重要的就是身体，要是免疫力低，刚放假四五天就感冒了，岂不是白白浪费了一个假期?所以我要多多锻炼身体，多打乒乓球，俗话说得好：“每天锻炼一小时，健康生活五十年，幸福生活一辈子。”还有我们要吃晚饭要去外面走走，还有一句古话说的也很好“饭后百步走，活到九十九”。最后，我还要说，暑假，暑假，毕竟还是假日，我们也要玩一玩，放松一下。
