从1929年起，日军陆军参谋本部和关东军在中国东北三省先后秘密组织了四次“参谋旅行”，侦察情况，制定了侵略中国东北的作战方案。1931年6月，日本陆军参谋本部和陆军省制定“满蒙问题解决方案大纲”，确定了以武力侵占中国东北的具体步骤;7月，陆军参谋本部把攻城重炮秘密调运至沈阳，对准东北军驻地北大营;8月，日本陆军大臣南次郎在日本全国师团长会议上叫嚷：满蒙问题只有用武力解决。随后进一步做了发动此次战争的各种准备。

一、普通话的由来

普通话的语法标准是“以典范的现代白话文著作为语法规范”，这个标准包括四个方面意思:“典范”就是排除不典范的现代白话文著作作为语法规范;“白话文”就是排除文言文;“现代白话文”就是排除五四以前的早期白话文;“著作”就是指普通话的书面形式，它建立在口语基础上，但又不等于一般的口语，而是经过加工、提炼的语言。

普通话前身是古代北方官员的官话，因为北京做过多朝首都，官话也就更接近北京话，今天南京方言不像其他苏南地区，也因为南京做过多朝首都，有点接近官话。

“普通话”一词，是朱文熊于1906年首次提出的，后来瞿秋白等也曾提出“普通话”的说法，并与茅盾就普通话的实际所指展开争论。经“五四”以来的白话文运动、大众语运动和国语运动，北京语音的地位得到确立并巩固下来。

新中国成立后，1955年举行的“全国文字改革会议”上，张奚若在大会主题报告中说明:汉民族共同语早已存在，现在定名为普通话，需进一步规范，确定标准。“这种事实上已经逐渐形成的汉民族共同语是什么呢?这就是以北方话为基础方言，以北京语音为标准音的普通话。”“为简便起见，这种民族共同语也可以就叫普通话。”

1956年2月6日，国务院发布的《关于推广普通话的指示》中，对普通话的含义作了增补和完善，正式确定普通话“以北京语音为标准音，以北方话为基础方言，以典范的现代白话文著作为语法规范”。“普通话”一词开始以明确的内涵被广泛应用。

二、从方言闹笑话看普通话由来渊源

话说一个北方人到宁波出差，向人问路。宁波人以“灵桥牌”答曰：“呱叽呱叽向前揍，前面一个大坏蛋!”北方人愕然。原来，宁波人的意思是：“骨直骨直向前走，前面一个大花坛!”像这种因方言不同闹出的笑话随处可闻。其实，即使是在同一个方言区内，也常如“鸡同鸭讲”，不知所云。如福建就号称“八闽互不交通”，虽同为闽语，却分闽南话、闽北话、闽东话、闽中话、莆仙话等，保管听得你一头雾水，不辨“南北”。普通话由来渊源跟我国多个民族多种方言的现状有着不可分割的联系，普通话由来便是以此国情为出发点，方言闹笑话也可看出说普通话的重要性。

再过几天就是春节了，家家都在准备着年货，打扫着卫生，迎接着这个节日 的到来。

走在街上，人人脸上都洋溢着喜庆的笑容，手里提着大包小包，不用说肯定是新年的衣服。商场里，也是人满为患:有小朋友牵着父母的手一起买衣服的，有夫妻俩甜甜蜜蜜买衣服的，还有儿女牵着长辈有说有笑买衣服的，总之大家都是喜气洋洋的。

来到农村，杀猪宰羊……以各自的风俗庆春节，在有的地方还开始了集市，他喊一声买饮料，他喊一声买衣服，这边喊减价了，那边喊买二送一了，各个东西应有尽有，真是琳琅满目，热闹极啦。

到了春节的大年三十晚上，春节晚会就开始了，演小品、说相声、唱歌什么节目都有，一个节目演完台下掌声一片，直到三更半夜人们都困了，节目才完。节目完了，可人们还兴致勃勃，因为还没发压岁钱、放烟花呢!等干完这一切，差不多十二点了，小孩子们都拿着压岁钱去睡觉了大人要闲聊一阵才去睡。

第二天，人们又得起个大早，带着买好的礼物去走亲戚，亲戚多的要走好几天呢，少的也至少要走一天多。
