今天这是什么天气啊，我一出门就下雨，说不定真的“被雨盯上”了。

今天上午，真的是十分有幸。能参加这样一场意义深刻的德育沙龙：文化生态下的德育实践——文化生态下的班级凝聚力。围绕这样一个主题，来自通州市和如东县掘港小学的各位德育工作者，他们有的是一线班主任教师，有的是教研室先进工作者，展开激烈的探讨。我们这一边旁听的实习生也是受益匪浅。

从他们对文化、对文化生态、对凝聚力理解的各抒己见里，我们也收获了不少感悟。最深刻的一点便是：我们现在懂的专业知识真是太少了。专业知识不只是英语水平，更是小学教育。对教育，我们就算有些看法，也只是皮毛罢了。看来在以后的学习中，要多阅读、多涉猎，拓展自己的知识面。

再者，听了一些一线工作者的对自己班主任工作的总结和汇报。我真的是很受感动。他们对自己的工作是倾注了多么大的心血和激情。在聆听一位班主任对自己班级班旗的阐释和班级小故事的讲述的时候，平日里不怎么流泪的我也是热泪盈眶。

真的，那时我便明白了。文化生态？什么是文化生态？其实它就存在于日常生活之中，没我们所想的那么高深。和谐的校园环境不就是一种文化生态吗？良好的师生关系不也是一种文化生态吗？所以作为一线的教育工作者，不能将它束之高阁，而是应该尽一切努力做好自己工作。这样便是为你的学生们创造了一个良好的文化生态环境，班级凝聚力便自然而然地加强了。

As a middle school student, I learn many subjects, I study so hard every day. When I get home, I will do my homework and then go over the book. But when holiday comes, I feel a little confused, because I don’t want to study and do something new. Then I don’t know what to do, my mind get blank. I decide to develop my interest. Some day, I happened to see a tennis match and I couldn’t stop watching, then I fell in love with tennis. So I started to learn playing tennis, I felt so happy. Now tennis is my favorite sport, I find a way to relax myself.

作为一个中学生,我学许多科目,我每天那么努力学习。当我回家时,我会做作业,然后复习书本。但当假期来临的时候,我感到有点困惑,因为我不想学习，想做一些新的事情。我就不知道要做什么,我的头脑一片空白。我决定培养我的兴趣。有一天,我碰巧看到一场网球比赛,我无法停止下来看,然后我爱上了网球。因此我开始学习打网球,我感到很高兴。现在网球是我最喜欢的运动,我找到一个方法来放松自己。

August 12,20xx Friday Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not very healthy and I decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will feel happy and become better.

Suddenly, an idea hit me that it’s terrible to grow old becuase you have to worry about both your health and others’ opinions. Once again, I make a decision to be a good girl.

今天，是汇报课进行的倒数第二天了。管佳静在上午第三课进行汇报。整个见实习过程，她都是和我在一个办公室。所有的活动，我们一般都会两个人先一起讨论。我们各自的课堂，在之前的教案设计，教具准备也都是一起进行的。我的汇报课在明天，她的先于今天开始。但是很可惜，因为指导老师管老师临时的任务，我没能去观摩管佳静的汇报课。

结束后，管佳静很失落地告诉我，课堂不是很成功。整堂课总感觉不是那么顺利，她不太明白为什么？因为她的准备还是相当充分的，这点我也是感同身受。结果她的指导老师一语中的，原来是因为管佳静在课堂上太过严肃，面无表情，没能放开，所以不能调动孩子们的积极性。

管佳静开玩笑地和我说自己本身就是个感情匮乏的人。虽是句玩笑话，却让我从中看到了自己的影子。我也是个很内向、很容易羞涩的人。站在讲台上给学生们上课对我来说已经是一种挑战，要做到有声有色，更是难上加难。

但是众所周知，小学教育特别讲究艺术性，就像一个演员，说哭就哭，说笑就笑，而小学老师的语言表达和肢体动作之丰富也不是那么简单就能做好的。对于一直很羞涩的我来说是种挑战。可那是小学教师的必备素养，我想我会突破自己，学会教育的艺术性。

明天的汇报课，便是突破的第一步。希望我能做好。

我们的艺术老师没有很年轻，但是也不太老，他有黑色的头发，两只又大又黑的眼睛，小鼻子和大嘴巴。你看，他穿着蓝白色相间的外套，蓝色帽子，棕色的裤子和一双旧鞋子。他非常幽默。他是一个很好的艺术老师，我们都喜欢他。

“随风潜入夜，润物细无声。”提到雨，肯定有绝大多数人想起的是细细的密密的温柔委婉的春雨，但雨只有春雨吗?不，还有洒脱的夏雨，以及清爽的秋雨和冰凉的冬雨，今天我们就来认识一下夏雨，这位暴脾气的小伙子。

夏雨来得飞快，它的速度可以比一位随叫随到的仆人还快。这不，刚才还是万里无云，晴空万里的好天气，之后马上就聚拢来了一群“不速之客”——不请自来的乌云。天渐渐被这群“不速之客”“霸占”了，现在明明是下午一二点钟，太阳正好着的时候，却黑得就跟傍晚七八点钟似的，许多人家点起了明晃晃的灯，空气闷得让人喘不过气来，既潮湿又厚重，小草轻绵绵地趴在了地上，毫无生机，花朵们也垂下了头，像犯了错正在挨批评的孩子一般，树叶有点卷曲，倒像是脱了水，树上的蝉一直不知疲倦地叫道“知了——知了——”好像在抱怨说：“什么天气呀，怎么还不下雨。”路上的行人飞奔回家，生怕这雨突然掉下来，把自己淋成落汤鸡，一辆汽车急忙“飞”过，扬起了灰尘落在了树叶上。这时的树叶没有任何生机，死一般寂静。

乌云越压越低，空气越来越厚重，空气潮湿又闷热。闪电突然划破了天际，雷声随之而来，打破了沉寂。之后豆大的雨点敲打着玻璃，“嗒嗒嗒”雨水落在房檐上，溅起一朵小水花，又顺着房檐滴下去，就像断了线的珠子一样落了下去，雨点落在了雨伞，溅出了夏天最晶莹的花，渐渐的，薄雾笼罩了远方，远方越来越让人看不清，迷迷蒙蒙的。

夏天的雨，来得快，去得更快，前一秒还乌云密布，让人感到压抑，下一秒，又晴空万里，雨把世界洗礼得干干净净，轻柔的白云又出现在天空，青青的小草挺起了腰，充满了生机，花朵抬起了头，就像一个个无忧无虑的孩子一样快乐，树叶喝足了水，也不卷曲了，树上的蝉在树上欢乐地叫着“知了知了。”待在家中的人又出了门，出来呼叫雨后清新的空气，马路上再也没有飞扬的尘土。

雨，你洗净了世界，带来了生机，你滋润了万物，又不求回报，雨，我爱你，爱你带来的生机，爱你的不求回报。

As is well known, books teach us to learn life, truth, science and many other useful things. They increase our knowledge, broaden our minds and strengthen our character. In other words, they are our good teachers and wise friends. This is the reason why our parents always encourage us to read more books.

Reading is a good thing, but we must pay GREat attention to the choice of books. It is true that we can derive benefits from good books. However, bad books will do us more harm than good.

如众所周知，书籍教我们学习 人生，真理，科学以及其它许多有用的东西。它们增加我们的知识，扩大我们的心胸并加强我们的品格。换句话说，它们是我们的良师益友。这是为什么我们的父母终是鼓励我们要多读书的理由。

读书是一好事，但我们必须多加注意书的选择。不错，我们能从好书中获得益处。然而，坏书却对我们有害无益。

In my dream

Last night ,I dreamed I became a very beautiful brid.I dreamed that I was in a forest. In tht forest,there were a lot of animals.Then,an old bird told us,"we have a very beautiful forest,we should therefore protect it from pollution."All the animals agreed with him.

But the second day,people came into our forest.Many animals were caught.The people wanted to build house and parks in our forest.Many old trees were felled.And then suddenly,nothing was left standing.

I was so shocked and then I bursted out crying.I woke up at midnight.It was only a dream.

在梦中

昨晚我梦见我变成一只非常漂亮的鸟.我梦见我在一座森林,森林里有很多动物.然后有一只老鸟告诉我们,"我们有一座非常美丽的森林,

因此我们应该保护它,免受污染"所有的动物都赞成他.

但是第二天,人们进入我们的森林,许多动物被逮捕.这些人要在我们的森林地上建造房子和公园.许多年老的树木被砍下,然后,突然间,一切都被夷平了.

Today I found time was a cruel thing.Whatever man is, time always goes

夏天，天气是炎热的。可我感觉今天最热，太阳不再像平时一样散发着温和的光茫，而像一个恶魔在向大地-着无形之火，致使我不敢出去，我在心里：快下雨吧！不知是天空听到了我的呼唤，还是某种原因，乌云大叔带着小雨点儿来了，太阳走了，“啪、啪”雨越下越大，渐渐地，那些高楼大厦变得模糊了，平扁的矮房也变得模糊了，整个世界都变成白茫茫的了。

原先被太阳烤得枯黄的小草，在雨中挺直了腰板，张开了手臂，吸收着这新鲜的空气，吞咽着这甘甜的雨水，颜色也变成嫩绿的，在雨中挺立着。原本被太阳晒得没有光泽，像被搓过的袜布似的玫瑰花，在吸饱了雨水之后，花儿又变成红艳艳的，富有弹性，她在雨中舒展身体，仿佛在跳着一支美妙的舞曲。最开心的要算门前的一排排树了，它们原本为人们送去清新和凉爽，可是这些日子，它们身上布满灰尘，全身的毛孔都被灰堵住了，现在，大雨把它身上的灰尘都冲去了，全身的毛孔都舒展开了，它吸着雨水，那些树叶也全部立了起来，更绿了。门前那片土地，原本被太阳烤得干裂而灰白的土地，而现在，也在吸足了雨水后，变成棕色的了。

我也想出去，可雨太大，出不去，渐渐地，雨小了，我再也等不住了，抓起一把雨伞，穿着拖鞋，跑到街上，我跳进了一个水坑，那水花在空中绽开，溅到了我的脸上，好凉爽啊！这时，其他小孩子也跑出来，跳进水坑中，玩得不亦乐乎……

下雨天真好啊！

National Day is coming,and we can have a seven-day.My family are going to

Hainan.Its a good seaside city.We are staying there for a week. We are going to

the beach and going swimming in the sea.Were visiting Tianya Haijiao,Wanquan

River and many other beautiful places.I think well have a good time there.
