三、作品要求

1.不规定题目，各类体裁、题材的作品均可参赛。

2.作品结构完整、内容具体、语言流畅，能够写真事、说真话、诉真情，清楚地表达出作者对事物的认识和感受。

3.提倡写1000字以内的短文。反映生活热点和时代风貌以及在立意、构思、选材和表达上有新意的文章，将在评审中受到特别关注。

四、注意事项

1.本次大赛不收任何参赛费。参赛作品每人仅限一篇，全部采用电子稿形式，纸质稿不予参评。

六、评选办法

大赛由省内小学语文教学专家、高校作文教学研究学者和辽宁少年儿童出版社《小学生优秀作文》编委组成评委会，经初评和复审，对参赛作品进行评审(初评确定入围作品，复审确定获奖等级。)

作品分低段组(一、二年级)、中段组(三、四年级)、高段组(五、六年级)三组进行评审。每组评出一等奖20名，二等奖50名，三等奖120名，优秀奖300名。

按学生投稿数量和质量高低，评出参赛的学校集体奖30个。

所有获奖作者均颁发获奖证书，荣获一、二等奖的另发给纪念品。学生获一二等奖的指导教师，发给指导奖证书(选所获最高等级填写一个)。获集体奖的学校发给奖状。

一、对中学生“自主式”创新作文教学的认识

创新教育的时代要求决定了教学必须发挥学生的主体探究精神，新的世纪，竞争激烈，知识爆炸，培养创新人才已成为中华民族复兴的重要任务，创新人才的重要特征是能打破常规，积极发挥主体意识。近几年国家也认识到应试教育的种种弊端，提出了素质教育。而素质教育的核心就是给学生创造一个适宜于学生发展的良好环境，体现学生的主体原则，让学生自主学习，培养和发展学生的个性，培养学生的创新意识、创新精神和创新能力。

在语文教育领域有一个很知名的“三主论”，即“教师为主导，学生为主体，训练为主线”。这实在是一个科学的命题，指出了学生是学习的主人，是教育活动的主体。可是，我们的教育却违背了“三主论”的精髓：“主体者”的“主动”。教师的主导演绎成了潜意识的领导。由于教师过分主动，压抑了“主体者”的主动，学生的主体意识还沉睡在四周禁闭的“铁屋子”里。

《义务教育语文课程标准》指出，写作是运用语言文字进行表达和交流的重要方式，是认识世界、认识自我、进行创造性表述的过程。写作能力是语文素养的综合体现。但现实是作为语文教学重头戏的写作教学，随意性大，严重束缚了学生的个性，限制了学生创新能力的培养。学生中，虽有几篇好作文，但总体情况不能令人满意。学生作文要么人云亦云，缺少自我；要么内容空洞，胡编乱造；要么词汇贫乏，错别字连篇。作文是反映学生语文水平高低的一面镜子，从中可以看出中学语文教学特别是中学作文教学的境地依然尴尬。步入这种难看处境的原因是作文教学观念落后，方法陈旧，最根本的就是没有发挥学生的主体意识。没有让学生真正表达自己的思想，发挥自己的见解。因此，走出作文教学的困境，提高写作能力，让学生充分张扬个性，提高中学生“自主式”创新教学应该是当前中学生作文教学的首选突破口。

二、对中学生“自主式”创新作文教学的探究

1.探究的内容

“自主式”创新写作教学与语文教师的创新意识；鼓励学生有创意地表达；写作教学中兴趣的培养；课程写作资源的开发；利用网络写作；写作英才的发现和培养等。

2.探究实施策略

本课题以自主探究为作文理念，以学生生活感悟为基点，以课堂作文教学为中心，以课外阅读和练笔为两翼，努力提高学生的写作水平。

（1）放飞学生的心灵世界

《义务教育语文课程标准》在写作目标中提出了“写自己想说的话”，“乐于书面表达，增强习作自信心。”正如叶圣陶所说：“要我手写我心。”因此，应该把握好作为写作主体的不同心理，以及在不同状态下的心理特征。“自主式”创新作文追求学生写作的最好心理状态，尽力寻找学生写作的最佳兴奋点，并努力使学生在有兴趣写作的时候写作，尽可能让他们有自由写作的空间，激活写作才思，发扬他们的写作激情，培养写作兴趣。

（2）实现作文教学的开放

写作是最具开放性的，但传统的作文教学拘泥于书本，往往先传授作文“套路”给学生定规矩，使学生失去“自主性”，开放的作文教学，教师不预设刻板的教学目标，不勾画教学流程的运行轨迹，而是积极创造条件，引导学生走进多彩的生活空间，积极指导学生上图书馆或上网阅览，开阔视野，不但开放空间，还注意拓展学生的思维，创设民主化、立体化的思维场景和和谐的思辨氛围，放开学生手脚，张扬学生个性，拓宽写作空间，写出新意作文。

（3）提创作文的全程指导

“自主式”创新教学作文就要将写作指导贯穿于写作的全过程，包括写前、写时和写后，写前指导可以通过各种方式帮助学生准备写作的材料和培养构思能力，写中指导主要是指教师在作文过程中指导学生自行修改和相互修改，它能发现学生作文的不足，比写后写前更具有实际意义和价值。另外，提倡教师写下水作文，给学生提供鲜活的经验，提高作文指导的生动性、趣味性和实效性，写后指导一般是指批改和讲评，教师认真组织讲评，师生共同参与，以学生为主，并对每篇作文给予热情的鼓励，保护学生的写作积极性。

（4）建立新的作文批改模式

传统的批改方法存在两个问题：一是不能突出学生的主体地位，基本都是老师批改，二是写作周期长，作文数量不足。作为“自主式”创新作文教学，强调学生作文的主动研究精神，采用多种批改方式。除教师有选择地重点批改外，让学生自批或互批，更多地是让学生把文章发到校园网或中学生网站上，大家一起来评论，提高作文水平。

另外，还应自主开展深入广泛的文学阅读，在阅读中积累写作素材，在阅读中提升文学素养，在阅读中仿写经典文本。创造多元开放的文学对话，引导学生与学生、老师、周边环境、生活对话，培养学生关注他人，关注生活。创建真实的文学活动，成立班级文学兴趣小组，学生自主作文，自编刊物，引导学生积极参加各种文学专题活动，参加各种正式的作文比赛，在报刊发表文章，培养文学英才。

As it’s known to all, China is popular for its emperor of bicycles. This is because our country is still a developing country and few people can afford private cars. The demand for a means of transport is met by making millions of bicycles available.

Riding a bicycle has a lot of advantages over driving a car. First, it is a physical exercise to ride a bicycle. In contrast, sitting in the car, one tends to gain weight. Besides, it is much more economical to ride a bike than drive a car. On the one hand, the only fee a bike-rider has to pay is the annual tax. However, the annual fees for a car are costly. On the other hand, a bike neednt be equipped with a parking lot, but a car must. Most important of all, it is beneficial to the environment to ride a bicycle because the bike doesnt consume petrol; it is a pollution-free transport. In contrast, the exhaust released by the car is harmful to the environment.

Since China is a developing country with a large population, bicycles will still be the most popular means of transport in China for quite a long time. Most people will still ride bicycles to go to work or to school. The emperor country of bicycles will remain for at least dozens of years.

3.How time flies! Today was the forth day since I came here. Everyday was different. Today Mr. Brodie let us Wtch a movie. It’s called “pride and prejudice”. The heroine was very beautiful and clever. The environment was beautiful too. The movie was interesting but I thought our teacher was more lovely than it.

Miss Zhang taught us grammer. It was difficult but important. So we must learn it. It was important for us to learn English. It helped us to talk with foreigners.

In the night, we will have an exam about vocabulary. Our teacher said it was easy so I am sure I can do it well.

4.A good day begins from the morning. In the whole morning, we watched “pride and predudice”. One is lovely and the other is lyrical. They enlarged my idea. I liked them very much. The afternoon was wonderful, too. We read an article about hurricane. There were many new words in it. But we guessed their meaning from the context. I learned a new way to know new words.
