中国是一个水之源严重缺乏的国家，被列为十三个贫水国家之一。既然说是贫水国家的话，那我们就更应该节约用水，不要浪费水资源。记得我有一次非常地浪费水资源，我在洗澡的时候，我已经洗好了却还在那里一直冲水，妈妈看见了对我说：“你怎么可以这样浪费水呢？你应该要懂得节约用水呀！如果有一天我们没水用了，那一定就是被你浪费掉的，所以你要学会珍惜每一滴水才对！”听了妈妈的话，我很内疚。觉得自己真不该开着水龙头任水哗啦啦地流掉，今后我一定要学会节约用水，把洗脸洗衣服洗菜的水再度利用，也要做到关掉一些不用的电源，不浪费纸，不乱扔垃圾......保护地球从我做起，爱护地球就像是爱护我们的家园！

The passage mainly tells us the importance of protecting traditional Chinese culture, which is challenged or facing extinction because of the developing society and changing lifestyle. Besides, China is nationwide sparing no efforts to do it.

The protection of national and folk culture is of great significance to Chinese cultural diversity and also to the harmonious development between local economic and social development. It is reported that the Guangdong government pays special attention to protecting Chaoju(潮剧)， a local drama born in Chaozhou in the eastern Guangdong province.

In my opinion, some measures should be taken to protect traditional culture effectively. To start with, we should make a law to regulate the society’s performance. Besides, we should draw more people’s attention to it, for the more they know about the importance of culture protection, the stronger the support we can get from the public.

In a word, it is high time for us to treasure and develop our own valuable culture.

One of the most serious problems is the serious pollution of air, water and soil. the polluted air does great harm to people’s health. The polluted water causes diseases and death. 4、多种树，春天，我种下一棵小树，我永远也忘不了它，因为它和我一起长大，它开出一朵朵小花，和我一起拍照，而且不止这些，还结出甜甜的果子请我尝，又香又甜可好吃啦!我种下一棵小树苗，却年年有回报，所以我们要多植树。

6、如果上班需要开车，那你还不如骑自行车出去呢!自行车又省钱，又不污染空气而且，长时间骑车还可以煅炼身体，增强体质，灰尘也小。

Water is the source of life.We cant live without water.However,with the increasing population and industrial development,water pollution has become a serious problem.Large amounts of wastewater go into rivers and seas directly without being treated,which can be dangerous to people.Also lots of people pay no attention to saving water in daily life,while in some place water is badly needed.

在每年汛期，大瀑布的气势更是雄伟壮观，每秒钟都有1万立平方米的水从几千米的高空飞流直下，撞到地上就可以开出千万朵美丽的莲花，溅起的水雾飘飘洒洒，大瀑布的声音震耳欲聋。据说在3千米外，瀑布的声音都可以清晰可闻。远方的游客常常置身于这细细的雨雾中，感受这世外桃源的清新空气，他们为此陶醉不已，留连忘返。

但是，这雄奇的景观，竟然在逐渐消失。

20世纪80年代，人们为了发电，为了城市面的繁华，在塞特凯达斯大瀑布上游建起上世界上最大的水电站——伊泰普水电站，水电站挡住了大瀑布的水源，工人们毫无节制地乱砍伐树木，污染大瀑布的水;即使在每年汛期，也见不到大瀑布雄奇的景观，它就像一位生命垂危的老人，在美丽的群山中无奈地低下了头……

据有些科学家所认为,要不了多长时间,塞特凯达斯大瀑布将永远从世界上消失!这雄奇的景观将永远消失在我们眼前!这也意味着我们已经犯下了滔天的罪行!我真为我们所做的一切而痛心不已!
