12月2日上午，兴山县2016年国家宪法日、法制宣传日广场主题活动在文化中心正式开始。龙珠社区干部、网格员及社区部分居民参加了“大力宣扬宪法精神、全面推进从严治党“为主题的法治宣传活动。

活动中，县直许多单位在活动现场摆放了图文并茂的展板，安排工作人员发张宣传资料，设立解答平台等形式对前来咨询的群众进行现场解答释疑。

同时还安排了丰富精彩的节目演出，主持人运用答题有奖的方式提出了许多有关法律的知识让观众进行回答，深入开展法治宣传教育，从而大力提高了公民法律素养。

这是偶尔在网上看到的某一小学勉励孩子们的一首小诗。该校的理念是：让学生学会学习，让孩子每天像整理家务一样整理自己的学业。

此次活动的时间虽然不长，为了不让我的感触悄悄溜走，我也试着去问自己，我确实需要去理一理我对本次活动的思考与反思。

此次活动的主题是文本重构。先由新联小学的莫艳芬老师上一节汇报课，内容是PEP教材五年级下册Unit 4的 What are you doing?的对话课，随后，张凝老师为我们作了点评，并就文本重构为我们作了精彩而实用的讲座。

本次教研活动，让我感叹最深的是：教师能走多远，学生就能走多远！在平时的对话教学中，我们应该为学生创设一个又一个贴近生活，真实有趣的情境。只有有效的情境创设，才能让学生有重大突破的可能，由老师逼着说转化为情境使然，乐意说。也只有基于文本基础的情境创设才是有效的，才可以优化语言的输出。在充分考虑教学各环节的设计下，让学生的语言是有意义的，让学生的语言是有情感的。由此可见，创造语境乃是英语对话教学的一大核心，如何创造有效的语言情境也是我们面临的一大难题。只重情境再造，而忽略的文本重构，往往会造成教材文本情境的浪费。而张凝老师的讲座，清晰地向我们验证了：教师有多远，学生就能走多远！

反思一：如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出

在英语教学中，要优化语言输出必定离不开优质的语言输入。这种输入必须基于教学目标，合理创设语言情境，才可以让学生更好地接受。而听了张凝老师的讲座，引发了我的诸多思考，如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出，我们需要做到以下三点：一是给学生搭建一个基于文本的语言支架。二是给学生提供基于学情得语料。可以根据学生的兴趣爱好进行补充，可以激活学生的旧知，可以参考学生的生活经验，还可以从学生的心灵体验出发……三是教师要给学生展示各色各样的范本。最简单的莫过于诵读示范了，还可以进行表演示范和体态语的示范。总之，在创设情境时，要多关注学生的心灵，倾听学生的心声，学生需要的，适合学生的才是最好的。

反思三：如何做最好的自己？

课堂上，我必须有一个清晰的自我定位。如果连自己都无法认清自己在课堂上的地位，还怎么去教学生呢？如果自己都感到迷惑了，感到痛苦了，那么很有可能把学生也弄迷惑了，害惨了。教师不仅仅是教案的执行者，更要做一个明白人？

在平时，要极力做一名反思型教师。反思是一种美德，学会自我反思是一个老师的必备素质。两千多年前的孔夫子的就我们教导“吾日三醒吾身”，可见不断反思，才能逐渐进步。

最后引用李开复博士的一句话：“有勇气来改变可以改变的事情，有胸怀来接受不可改变的事情，有智慧来分辨两者的不同”，做最好的自己，做快乐的自己，相信自己一定可以成功！

Also,there are some people who don`t pay attention to hygiene and they can`t stop littering the rubbish casually or spitting everywhere all the time.And in addition, there are a few factories often cutting down the trees, discharging chemicals and dirty water and so on.And it causes many problems like the Greenhouse Effect.If they do these day by day and our life will be harder and harder,so we have to stop them. To stop them we can put up commonweal advertisements and tell them the detriment of destroying the environment.So we can start from now to make a beautiful life.

国庆节，我参加了一场很值得一写的跳蚤市场。

我们来到大剧院，看到这里人山人海、比肩接踵。大人、小孩儿都喜气洋洋。孩子们都各显其能，用尽了自己的买卖智商进行交易、买卖。我找到一个位置就开始摆摊了。我的摊位上有丝网花、小包、首饰、过年的摆设等。我把布拿了出来，把这些货物全都摆在布上。

这时候，来了两位姐姐，她们问了一下丝网花是怎么卖的，我说：“五元钱一朵，十元钱两朵。”但是姐姐却走了。之后，我就拿了两朵花去换东西。我首先是看中了一本《查理九世》，但是我跟摊主说的时候，他却不同意。随后，一位姐姐用了一本《植物大战僵尸》换走了我的花。我回到摊位上，把书给妈妈，妈妈说这是本旧书，换陪了，这本书最多才值两元钱。但妈妈并没有吵我。

随后，我又用爸爸写的字，画的画换了小印章、《查理九世》和一张卡片。和在我一个摊位上的武思颖也卖出去了四朵花，挣了16元钱。

回到家里，妈妈非常的开心，奖励了我一块面包和一瓶果酱。直到现在还开心的不得了。

跳蚤市场活动让我学会了怎样买卖，还让我学会了换东西的时候花要换给女摊主，字要换给男摊主。

今天，我参加了东方夏令营活动。这个活动是川沙少年宫组织的。我在夏令营中认识了很多小朋友，同时也有以前就认识的小朋友。虽然只有短短两天时间，但是两天时间里，我感觉到很开心，有很多收获。

东方水上步行球

这个活动是这样的：有一个大球，往里面放好气后，然后有3个小孩子进去，滚到水里，往前爬，工作人员叔叔会帮助我们往前滚，我们在里面也会用力往前，使大球滚得快一点。

大球是透明的，很大很大，里面很热，而且不会进水。虽然我们用了很大的力气，但是大球还是滚得很慢。我觉得玩这个活动很开心，同时要我们大家团结合作，往一个方向用力，球才会滚得快。

东方嬉水

我们穿着游泳衣到一个小小的游泳池去泼水。那个游泳池的水很少，只到我们的膝盖，但是我们玩得还是很开心。

东方打水仗

东方打水仗就是拿把水枪打别人，工作人员给我们在地上放了一个小毛头充气游泳池，里面放满水，是给我们装水的。

在夏令营活动中玩了东方嘉年华、打水仗、水上步行球、水上拔河接力赛、钓龙虾、晚会等，我觉得水上步行球、嬉水、打水仗最好玩，我还喜欢接力赛。

夏令营的两天里，太阳火辣辣的，气温达到了39度，但我还是积极参加每项活动。

呵!冬天来了，就连我们暖和的苏州也下起了鹅毛大雪。你瞧，放眼望去，简直是来到了一个银妆素裹的世界——美丽的雪花给万物披上了一件漂亮的衣裳，一切都是白茫茫的，屋顶上、地上、树梢上……就连车子上也都是白花花的雪，似乎整个世界都被皑皑白雪笼罩了，整个世界都被皑皑白雪装饰得洁白无暇。温暖的冬日也出来了，照得我们暖洋洋的。啊，冬天也有可爱的一面!

不管是鸟语花香的春天，艳阳高照的夏天，还是金凤送爽的秋天，我还是喜欢银妆素裹的冬天!
